The office ladies are amazing and very sweet they went out of their ways to help me out more than any other place has ever Im very happy with and very pleased with my apartment its more than I expected.. I would so recommend this place to people.....

The office staff do a great job and I have been here 8 years. The maintenance man is one of the hardest working people in the field. I want to thank them and the great tenants in this community. Be safe during this unprecedented time.

Ive lived here since May and Ive had a great experience so far. The townhouse we moved into was very clean when we moved in. The maintenance crew is quick to get things repaired, and the rent is affordable. They give us at least five days notice for when theyre coming in for general maintenance. And the main office is super friendly. You can pay rent & utilities online, too, which is helpful. Pet rent is a little pricey, but theyre very up-front and honest with their policies. Definitely a good first apartment experience so far.

I LOVE these apartment. I lived here for a year and moved back to Omaha because I got a new job, but these apartments are amazing. Not to mention it’s a smoke free property. I’ve never had any problems while living here. The staff was always friendly to me and catered to any need or concerns I had for my apartment. I would definitely recommend living here it’s well worth your money! 😊

Office staff are completely insensitive and coldhearted. Ive been pushed to homelessness just before the holidays, and for what my backporch being too cluttered? If i would have been placed in the 3 bd unit like i was supposed to there wouldnt have been these issues. Leaving me not able to rent through seldin? You should be ashamed. Happy holidays to you and yours, my 3 children and i will be struggling,homeless,and cold. THANKS

I just applied for a apartment. I found the 2 office people I delt with to be very pleasant, informative and I dont see any reason why I would have any problem living at the Bluff apartment. Also a very clean complex from what I say. Im moving in.

Living here is a total nightmare we have fought to get things around our two bedroom apartment done and they are very slow at getting back to us we are suppose to be getting a new window and they said we would have a new one put in.In March and they informed us that now it will not be here till april I do not feel its wise to live in this place where people dont do right by their renters !! Well its may 2nd and still no window getting really tired of not being told the truth next year we will not be living here !!!

My experience living here for the last almost 5 years has been awful i would not suggest anyone to live here. The office people are completely rude regardless of how kind you are to them. Calling them and asking questions is a hassle a lot of the times they do not answer their phones and i have had to go to the office to ask for any maintenance to be completed or have simple questions answered. The maintenance that i need completed takes a long time to fix or they treat you like you are lying about what is going on. They went around and put clips on the outsides of doors to place letters they pass out. Mine did no hold and they can see that, they continue to put letters in my door or they just skip passing letters out to me seeing i have no clip and then when i tell them i never received anything in regards to resigning a lease or inspections they accuse you of lying and obviously if they pass out the letters they can see my clip is no longer half ass glued to my door. I have had to turn them in to seldin Company due to a leak coming from my bathroom ceiling and my ceiling cracking it took them almost 4 months to completely fix it because the first time they just went ahead and plastered the cracks WHERE THE WATER WAS STILL LEAKING FROM IN THE UPSTAIRS APT (not sure why they did that or how they would think just plastering over that would have stopped the leaking hole coming from a pipe) I am not pleased with my experience here and i wish i would have left a long time ago. Please make sure if you consider living here that you have looked at EVERY option for Apt living before moving here. I may not have always had my rent paid on time but it always got paid the 5 years i have lived here i have not asked for them to bend over backwards for me, i also understand that maintenance has other things to do then to tend to just my apt i get that but when you neglect to pick up the phone or treat someone like trash every time you step into the office or give them a call a person gets fed up. Please consider ALL options before this place.

Not cheap rent goes up 20 dollars every year and the people work in the office are rude as can be, its sad!!
