Dont rent here if you expect to get any of your deposit money back. I paid a 300$ pet deposit to have it not show up anywhere on my refund once I moved out. They acted like I never even paid it im assuming because management gets switched up every 2 weeks

Apartments are large. Wish there was a elevator and more guest parking.

Ive lived here for several years. Nice neighborhood and no major issues. The area outside is very nice.In the past year, they have made great improvements to the parking situation and the few times I have had any issues (hot water not working, heat going out) the problems were resolved before I got home from work in the evening.

Management would come into apartments unannounced claiming pest control was an emergency. Cars are broken into every night. There is no parking and no lighting at night. Easy target for thieves. Lots of hidden fees. Was advertised my rent was around $785 a month. Got my first statement and it was $830. Nothing you can do once a lease is signed. They also tried to charge me another months rent AFTER my lease was up because I “didn’t put it in writing that I was moving out”. When my lease is up and I did not sign a new lease, that means I’m moving out. They were not able to charge me the additional months rent because it was exploitation and also illegal. Truly I feel bad for the people who were conned into paying an extra months rent. Do not EVER do business with seldin.

Visited some friends that live here. Units seem to be well designed and safe. Some of the buildings seem noisier than others. Nice location and did not feel like we were in the city while there.

I would never recommend renting here. I filled out an application on a Friday and by the following Wednesday had been trying to reach the leasing office daily and multiple times per day. The leasing agent is never in the office and does not return voicemails. When I finally get a hold of someone, I was told that I cannot get my security deposit back because I didn’t let them know within 3 business days. How can you tell someone you no longer want to move in when they are never in the office and don’t return voicemails

People broke into cars here at least once a month, homeless people dumpster dived all the time, and the parking is even worse than the managements which is saying a lot! You can find nicer, safer places for cheaper.
