I will definitely start it up with wow but it ends with WTH So nice so helpful help me set up my 24 hour rental would returning the truck at drop off and I called and asked if you assured me I would get my money back and I did I got all my money back no issues nowhere but when I came back to rent you ladies said that I returned it damage and you may never come back again why would you have given me all my money back It could only be two things ladies or is it a small town

Very accommodating and friendly! I called in at the end of June after I got turned down at the uhaul in west sedona and the staff was super helpful and got me a nice, new van ready for pick-up. On my way back from my new place I got stuck because of a huge wild fire near Camp Verde and both the staff and owner were very understanding and didn’t charge me extra. Great experience and definitely recommend.

Moving service is ok. Maybe a good idea to reserve what you need, especially for a weekend

We liked the management. The restroom was nice and clean and smelled nice.The actual facility is older and run down.We did not like that the entrance is also the exit, and that you have to stop at the office every visit and show ID to get a key to THEIR second lock they put on your unit, then stop back in and turn in the key and get our ID back... PAIN IN THE ARSE!!! It may be a safety feature, but Wed never seen that before, even in the big cities. It SCREAMED that theft and break ins must be an issue (welcome to COTTONWOOD, land of the heroin addicts and meth heads). Also, NO ONSITE MANAGER and NO CAMERAS. It is not our intention to remain at this facility. It was just a quick place to snag a unit until we get settled.
