Very disappointed. Reserved a tractor over a week in advance with the arrangement that I would pick it up Saturday morning. When I got there with my truck and trailer ready to take it I was told I had to have a 3/4 ton truck. I brought my 1/2 ton Toyota tundra Wwhic is rated to tow over 12000 lbs. They said they didnt care. I was furious as I also have a 3/4 ton truck I could have used instead, HAD I KNOWN!!! The manager insisted I was told, yet he didnt take the original call with me and wasnt there for it. I suggest it is a very poor management skill to automatically defend your employee and not consider both sides of the story. I WAS NEVER TOLD, IF I WAS TOLD, I WOULD HAVE BROUGHT THE OTHER TRUCK!!!! This company has wasted several hours of my time and money. ....it was a long drive .. I am very disappointed and my plans were ruined. At this point I can not recommend this company to anyone.

Great place for renting any tool. I needed to refurbish an old deck. They advised me of the right tool and sand paper. Did the jpb beautifully.
