My husband and I lived here for almost 3 years and loved it! The rent is on the higher side but, for a couple of homebodies, it was worth it. The views were breathtaking (see photos attached!). The location is unbeatable with a quick commute to I-15, a Smiths down the road, and Crestwood Park within walking distance. The maintenance team is amazing and always responded the same day a work order was placed (even on holidays).Unlike other reviews, we did NOT have our cars broken into the whole three years and I felt safe walking around the complex on my own. Parking could be an issue depending on the time of day...the spots filled up quickly. That was the only downside. At move out, I was nervous as other reviews mentioned the high charges. We were only charged a $15 oven cleaning fee (which was understandable after three years of use). I do NOT feel they charge for extra things! We deep cleaned the apartment after we moved out and kept things clean while we lived there.Had it not been for active-duty military, we would still be living there. If you can swing the rent, this place is a great place to call home - we miss it!
Great pool and grounds. They staff were always very helpful and friendly as well.Apartments are a bit older, but theyve been doing really well at maintaining them.
Me and my husband were going to stay another year until we went to resign the lease. They raised the rent by 200 dollars claiming it is market price right now. I called around and that is not the case. After we gave our notice they raised our rent by 100 dollars with no explanation as to why for our last 2 months here. All of my neighbors are moving as well because they are raising everyone’s rent by an insane amount that is higher every week. I can’t imagine how much more it would have been by the time July came around. The apartments are not that nice it’s just the area. They also just sent a letter saying they are redoing there parking lot and if you can’t move your car from 7:30am to 6:00 pm they will tow your car and they are not responsible for any damages or towing fees. There will be people moving during this time and they will not be able to move but they are not willing to work with anyone. I would definitely steer clear of this place. It has been unpleasant to say the least. I just wanted to update my review since they responded. We were only going to renew our lease because we didn’t want to go through the hassle of moving. They did not address the reason they illegally raised our rent by 100 dollars for our last 2 months there. They also kept changing the asphalt project so nobody could park at all from Monday through Saturday. My husband saw older people having to walk uphill at least 10 minutes in the heat and they do not care. This place is heartless and money hungry. I know of many other sad stories from my neighbors recently. But again if you can avoid living here I definitely would. We found a much better place that is reasonably priced and nice not that far from there. I wish I could give negative stars.
I have lived here almost 2 yrs. My lease renews in mid-June. On March 15th, I began getting renewal notices - 3 months prior to renewal. I saw that they had raised my one bedroom/1 bath rent an additional $51 a month for 12 months. I felt I still had time to think about it since I wasnt even close to the 60 day policy if I intended to move out. When I didnt respond to that renewal, they sent another email a week later and raised the rent an additional $31. When I didnt respond, one week later, they sent another email and raised the rent an additional $21 for a total raise of $103 monthly. I still wasnt at the 60 day notice if I intended to move out. This is such bad practice. I contacted the office several times through emails and have been ignored twice...all leading to additional rent. Their non-responsiveness cost me $52. Thats how they get you...ignore your email, send a renewal email, raise rent, ignore your email, send a renewal email, raise your rent. The total rent increase that I received is more than they raised the rent on my friends apt who is in a 2/2. Her rent was only raised $70 and she expressed that she waited quite some time before deciding to renew. Thats in comparison to my 1/1. The lease says that they arent allowed to raise the rent until the initial period is over. If Im understanding that correctly, that means mid-June which is when it renews. They raise the rent every week you dont respond. Give your tenants, who pay their rent 7-10 days before its due, time to think about what they want to do before clobbering them over the head with constant renewal emails that are sent weekly and 3 months+ prior to your renewal. Respond to the emails that are sent to management instead of using your non-responsiveness as an incentive to keeping raising rent. Ive read the other reviews, Im in agreement with how people get treated. Poorly. Tenants are nothing but ATM machines. All take and barely any give.
**UPDATED** DO NOT LIVE HERE. Rent is going up at exponentially. Im looking at a $300 increase for a 2 bedroom apartment. Also my apartment was never fixed after the flood. The cheap linoleum floors are bubbling and lifting in areas of the house and molding is detaching from the walls. These will no doubt be things Ill have to pay for once I move out. Absolutely disgusting. My apartment flooded a couple weeks ago in the evening. The pipes burst in the ceiling. The whole place was covered in 4 inches of water. It took an emergency maintenance person 40 minutes to show up and that was after the fire department was already here. I didnt hear from the management team once since then. They didnt ask if anyone had been hurt, if anything had been damaged, or if they could do anything for me. When I called to confirm maintenance was coming to fix my apartment the management team didnt even know I had been flooded. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and inconsiderate. The only saving grace is the maintenance team. Theyve been wonderful and so helpful with getting my apartment back together.
I lived in two apartments here and was satisfied with my experience. The only complaints I had were with the noise from Highland Drive and limited parking in front of my building in the first apartment. I traded that with the second apartment for an abundance of parking and a different kind of noise from my upstairs neighbors!
I lived here for almost six years. I really enjoyed Pinnacle for the first few years but the quality of living fell off significantly the last two years I was there. Abandoned cars, people not cleaning up after their pets, pipes bursting, crime around the complex and no security, cars burning up in the parking lot, etc. Once I almost stepped in a bloody mess of used feminine products that was left on the sidewalk. The conditions at Pinnacle Highland are unacceptable for the premium rent prices. I would have left earlier but my out of state relocation took longer than expected.Getting management to answer requests, complaints or questions was tedious at best and at worst my concerns were ignored. There was no continuity between the leasing office staff when they had staffing changes. There were several times when I was incorrectly billed and it took months to receive a credit. NALS has a major culture issue with its employees that has to be corrected before I would recommend anyone live at one of their properties.
My partner and I have lived here for about six months now, and we really like it so far! Maintenance has been super responsive to our requests, and the community is quiet and beautiful. The only thing that does worry us is the security of our vehicles (especially when we travel and one is left here without us being able to check on it every day), as we know others have had issues with being broken into. We would feel SO much better if security measures were amped up instead of spending so much time on landscaping and such.
Great ppl and great community
#1 the apartments are not nearly as nice as they are in the photos. Highly disappointed. Not worth how expensive they are.#2 the leasing office is HORRIBLE to communicate with. I had a nightmare experience dealing with multiple people who were not communicating with each other. I had to call and leave messages and reminders to get back to me multiple times and for this, it is not worth living here. Rent elsewhere!
I really loved living here. It was great! The best part of living here was the maintenance crew. When we needed help with fixing something in the apartment we would put in a request and they are there quickly. If we put in a request the night before, they are there the next morning or time we requested them to be there. A job well done to the team. The part that sucked is parking. Its your typical apartment parking problem. If we werent moving to California, we would stay here another year or two.
Nice place, some units can have nice view. But for the price, should be remodeled, if the carpet of the model unit is old, imagine the one you will get.
These apartments have poor quality neighbors, and disrespectful arrogant old people that will harass you everyday. Sense the time I moved into my apartment I have been bullied and harrased by my downstairs neighbor all hours of the day. And seems like nothing is gonna change. dont move here if you have kids this is a older peoples community not recommended to anyone. And wish I was able to move because of my neighbor.
Ive lived here for almost a year and I have nothing to complain about! Maintenance requests are fulfilled very quickly and they keep up the buildings and grounds very well. The staff and management genuinely care that you are taken care of, and they have always been very responsive and taken input seriously. The fitness center and pool/spa areas are a huge plus and have always been clean when I visit. Also, they have been hosting food trucks on the property lately which is convenient and fun! Overall, I feel that NALS is a well-oiled machine of a company and they truly care about their tenants.
While I have had some positive experiences living here and in my dealings with management, I have also had ongoing issues ignored and unresolved for months. But the reason Im leaving a one-star review today, is because in the middle of pandemic, where rent laws are understandably altered due to mass unemployment, I have come home to a notice to pay my rent within 3 days or vacate. For context, except for a few times I have forgotten to pay (Ive always had an issue setting up automatic payments on the system) I have been an excellent renter who has always paid my rent faithfully.Pinnacle always gives until the 5th of the month as a grace period, so today on the 8th of the month, after a holiday long weekend, I am technically 3 days late on rent. This is unnecessarily menacing and heavy-handed and is not how I expect to be treated for being a few days late on this months rent, after a years long history of faithful rent payment.
$1300 a month for old appliances and zero upgrades, one bedroom. Car has been broken into twice, husbands work truck 3 times. Pinnacle spends thousands of dollars on landscaping but zero on security cameras. But oh. They do have a security guard who kicks people out of the pool. Don’t live here unless you want to be robbed and have zero security or anything to deter thieves. And if you’re a thief, this is your place!!! Come rob us!!! You will not get caught! And pinnacle will still redo their landscaping but not provide security for us!
I was a resident here for about a year, and moved out since my roommate and I had parted ways and I was looking for something a little more affordable for a one bedroom. However, I am truly impressed with these apartments. The way they take care of these apartments are top-notch. I have never lived at a complex where I saw people shoveling and plowing the roads and walkways as soon as snow started falling. They were always very communicative with me and the complex if there was anything going on, and the people here are truly so friendly. They are older apartments (at least mine was since it was not renovated), but they seemed to hold up OK. I do have to say the door was not sealed very well, so the temperature had a hard time holding up to what I wanted, and lots of spiders found their way in to my apartment, but this is really my only complaint. If we ever needed someone to maintenance our apartment for any reason, they were there the same day and fixed the issue ASAP. I loved this. I would also constantly see the maintenance people out and about maintaining the grounds and working all day. When I moved out, the only fee I was assessed was that of my final utility bill, which was about $30. I did have sheet rock putty to help fill in any holes from pins I used to hang decorations, and I used clorox wipes to wipe everything down and then vacuumed the entire apartment and windowsills. These people do not charge you for anything that you dont deserve. I would definitely recommend living here!
I have been living at Pinnacle Highland for 6 months and I have nothing but great things to say. The manager and staff are always helpful and friendly, and the few times Ive called maintenance theyve been very responsive. Even on the weekends. The apartments each have different upgrades which you can use to make your decision when selecting an apartment. I am downsizing and will be transferring to another apartment at Pinnacle Highland. Location is great as well. I would highly recommend this apartment community.
I have been living here for 4 months so far and I absolutely love it! Since day one everything has been simple and precise. Ashlie was wonderful when taking my wife and I on a tour of the complex and apartment! She helped us get the exact apartment we wanted! The front office has been remarkable! Lejla and Keisha are so friendly and helpful, anytime I have had an issue they are always eager to help! Nikkol has also been awesome! Anytime I have been confused regarding my account she has been there to answer all of my questions. Julie has been an amazing help as well! They are all just so awesome! The Maintenance team has been incredible! They have completed all of my work orders in 24 hours or less!!! They truly are first-class! I am extremely excited to be living here! Also the views are magnificent, just look at that picture!!! I have lived in multiple apartments in my life and these have been my absolute favorite! I highly recommend Pinnacle Highland Apartments to anyone looking for an amazing, beautiful, and friendly home.
Updated: I previously posted a very critical review of pinnacle highland apartments, which I will still leave below. However Julie Koch took care of those original problems within a week, and I believe the rude employee no longer works at pinnacle highland. Also I have since had 2 major maintenance issues and they were delt with in a reasonably quick and quality way. Pinnacle highland definitely has Julie in admission and Jose in maintenance to thank for me changing my review. Thank you for taking issues seriously and dealing with them quickly and effectively.I have lived here for a total of 8 years, even choosing this complex a second and third time after trying other living arrangements. I used to believe the management was mostly good. As occasionally happens, they scheduled an apartment inspection for a week from now between the hours of 8am and 4pm. My wife is disabled and can not be here when maintenance is working in the apartment, and it must be deep cleaned afterwards. In the past every time all I had to do was call and they would arrange an appointment or at least narrow down the time frame of when they would be coming to 1 or 2 hours not 8. This time when I called even though its more critical than ever for my wifes safety due to covid, they refused, were extremely rude and told me to call the district manager and hung up on me. It was so incredibly unprofessional, and the district manager doesnt answer her phone or return messages.
ZERO SECURITY!!! Do not move here UNLESS you want to get robbed, pay for broken windows and get zero response from the office. Police Department agrees that this is a hotspot for crime.
Overpriced, rent-hiking crooks
We have been here for 9 months and just renewed lease for 12 months. The maintenance staff is amazing. If you have an issue they will make sure it is repaired to your satisfaction. Jose and his staff care about Pinnacle Highlands and the tenants.
Ive called many times to get an opening date for the gym. They tell me they are working things out. Vasa gyms have been open for weeks, county rec centers are open. The office girls are great, but the upper management drag their feet in making decisions.
Management is alright and maintenence can be helpful but its super intrusive when they randomly unlock your door and come in to make repairs instead of knocking or reaching out to any of the tenants.
We really enjoyed our five years at Pinnacle Highland! The apartment was perfect for us, the rooms just the right size. Loved the garden tub! The maintenance crews were always so quick and helpful and friendly. We loved to entertain our family at our apartment, and the living room/dining room area just off from the kitchen was perfect even for a large group. The second bedroom made a perfect office and guest room. We wished we could have stayed!
We have really enjoy living here. The location is what sold us. Its so nice having shopping, dinning and a theatre within walking distance. And the pool is a favorite spot for us to hang out, especially since the weather has been so hot. There was some initial confusion with the new office staff but everyone has been so helpful and worked to get our lease renewed on time.
Very friendly staff at the front desk. Apartments are very high quality and reasonably priced. My neighbors have been very friendly, and the apartments themselves seem very sound-proof. The fitness center is very spacious. Maintenance staff are very quick at responding to requests and do a great job. The location is convenient.
I have lived at Pinnacle Highland for a couple months now and I love it! It is a beautiful community and in a great location. The apartments are clean, spacious, and well maintained. Maintenance is wonderful and fixed my garbage disposal within a day. Ashlie was very helpful and answered all my questions when I toured the apartments. All the office staff is very polite and helped my move go very smoothly. I really appreciate the care that is taken to keep these apartments in tip top shape!
I do not live here yet, but hopefully soon! I went in to have a look at one of the model apartments and it was very nice. The lady who gave me a tour was helpful and told me everything that would be different in the apartment we are wanting to get. I asked a lot of questions and she was more than willing to give answers. I have also called Pinnacles office many times during my search for apartments this week to ask more questions about the place and they have been happy to give detailed answers to all of my questions. It was clean, in a beautiful location, and very welcoming.
Pinnacle has been the best home to me! The fitness center is right near my building and saves me so much money! The apartments are wonderful. They are renovated and very clean. I had a hard time choosing which one I wanted to live in! Spectacular experience here!
Absolutely have loved this place since moving in in February ^_^
This place is truly amazing! They actually care about their residents! They know you by name. Their property inside and out is always very clean. Awesome neighbors. Also best customer service and if you ever need maintenance they are on it same day leaving a note if your not home saying what the issue is and what was done to fix it! I would highly recommend to anyone!!!
Pinnacle Highland has been amazing so far!!! Moved in last week and it has been great! My apartment was gorgeous, they even had my requested accent walls painted before i moved in! Office staff is prompt and professional! The maintenance team clearly has it going on! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE
LOVE Pinnacle Highland! Management is great, the leasing agents are super awesome and helpful, and the maintenance guys work quickly! They also really care about the people who live here! They know almost everyone by name! Not to mention their awesome amenities like the gym, pools, and hot tubs! Id recommend this place to anyone!
This apartment has been a great place to live. Weve had our fair share of problems, like any living situation, but not once have I felt that the repair and maintenance staff were untimely. Their routine inspections have kept the place safe, and have even offered to come on-site after hours for repairs that I didnt think were emergency repairs.Everyone is very friendly, both staff and neighbors, and grounds are well maintained. Its a little bit expensive, but everything is these days, so you might as well spend for a great apartment experience.
Pinnacle Highland has been one of the best apartment experiences I have ever had. I have been here for a few months now and I love everything about these apartments. The area is fantastic, not only are there countless beautiful hikes within a short drive, but the area is also full of great restaurants. If there is any issue in your apartment the maintenance staff will have it handled in no time at all, and the office staff members are some of the friendliest and most helpful people you will ever meet.
Thoroughly impressed with the facilities, units, and staff at Pinnacle. Loved working with the leasing staff! Very attentive and personable, not pushy, and I really appreciate their personal follow up during the leasing process. The one that stands out I think is named Lejla, such a pleasant person and does everything with a smile on her face. Awesome team at this great complex. Highly recommend!
I would give it 5 stars, but they keep raising rent and I have lived here for 4 years. I wish they were a little more loyal to well respected renters that have resigned year after year. That being said you get what you pay for and they take great care of the property and apartments.....lawn care, seasonal maintenance and cleaning, painting, winter snow service all done professionally and consistently. If I ever have a maintenance issue it is fixed 99% of the time in the same day. The pol and hot tub area is always clean and very well appointed ...always a fun time. Sure, I would love to pay a bit less, but its SLC and the location to the canyons, upkeep and great views go a long way here!
The office management staff is very friendly and courteous. They return your calls in a timely manner and follow up with you as needed on maintenance calls. The maintenance staff is also very friendly. The whole community is pet friendly, which is definitely a plus. They also gave me a present for my birthday! The office staff tries to have community get togethers often, which I think is very cool. Overall, its unlike anywhere else Ive ever lived.
Its going well, I just moved in and the office staff was very considerate and helpful. They did not drag on the process like my old apartment complex did. Everything was efficient and happened quickly. My apartment is nice and so far I have no issues. I have not even required the maintenance staff yet!
Great community with fantastic staff! the leasing staff worked with us around the clock getting us exactly what we were looking for in an apartment home. They were courteous, friendly and definitely made us feel like a priority. Not only will you get a lovely place to live full of amenities, you will get staff who put your needs first. 5 stars for the community and 6 for leasing!
I have had a wonderful experience with Pinnacle Highland Apartments. The agents have treated me so well and maintenance has fixed all of my issues in a timely matter! I love how the agents follow up with any questions I have! Living here is a wonderful experience and I would not trade it for anything!
Ive had a great experience living at Pinnacle Highland. I have a bright, sunny apartment with a great view and plenty of storage space (including a walk-in closet!) and the staff have been helpful and responsive. Ive had a couple of maintenance issues in my time here and they have all been addressed immediately. The apartment is close to a large shopping district and bus routes.
Were brand new here, but were loving it so far. The amenities are absolutely amazing, and our views are just gorgeous. The staff here is incredibly kind and helpful. Were walkable to tons of great restaurants, bars, and things to do, but not so close that noise or traffic are issues on our street. Were so glad we live here!
So far, my experience at Pinnacle Highland has been wonderful. The office and maintenance staff take care of you. The leasing office made my move in process simple. The apartments themselves are kept well and I have stainless steel appliances! The floorplans are so spacious and I love my walk in closet!
We love living in the Pinnacle apartments! Everybody here is so friendly and sweet including the staff and the maintenance crew! Once we have a problem we submit an request they are usually here within an hour. Also, we have never had problems with hidden fees anything like that. The apartments are so nice, we always have plenty of parking and it’s quiet! We live on the first floor and never hear our neighbors. We love it! They also arrange cute little contests around the year which makes the community feel like a whole. Plus the gym and the pools are amaizing! And they always have free popcorn. Absolutely love it and don’t have a single bad thing to say about these apartments:)
Great place, they maintain the apartments good. Maintenance service is quick. ****One big issue They say they have a none-smoking community. That is a lie, people smoke all the time. I couldnt open my windows at all because of the constant smoking. My house would smell of cigarettes and my kids constantly complained. So we could never enjoy a nice breeze. People smoked out in the parking lot and when I would open my door my car would smell. Weve brought it up to complex number of times. They said they will fix the issue. They never did. Im glad moved out. I will never come back. Its a real shame, because I really thought this would be a great place to live.I lived in other apartments and they actually have non-smoking policies, and they actually make sure residents follow the rules. Those apartments were half the price as pinnacle Highland Apartments.Extremely dog friendly, people don’t pick up after their dogs. There are no rules on that. There is dog poop everywhere.Good thing is you can’t hear your neighbors at all, so that’s good.If smoking doesnt bother you. These are the apartments for you.
Overall I really enjoy living here, I just renewed my lease for another year! The people in the office are very nice and understanding, any possible issues are resolved almost right away. I would recommend this complex to friends! Best property!
Ive lived here for about for about eight months now and I love it! The management is very helpful and they are quick to fix any of my maintenance problems. The landscaping is beautiful and well taken care of. The pool, clubhouse and fitness center are all really nice. Ive never had any problems with anything. I highly recommend this apartment community!
This place is not interested in helping its customers. Instead, its interested in squeezing every dollar out of its customers and purposefully inconveniencing them. I have truly never been apart of such horrible customer service. When our front door broke and we couldnt get in to our home (yes, we had the keys) at 1230 in the morning, we were told it wasnt their issue and we needed to call a locksmith. It too us an hour and several phone calls to get someone to fix THEIR door that malfunctioned. In the beginning when we were setting up our online payment account we accidentally added an extra number and so our rent did not go through. We went in THE next day to ask them why it wasnt going through, only for them to tell us we entered it in wrong and there would be $115 late fee. Let me tell you, as someone who is a very respectful tenant and who knows the first thing about customer service- there is always a grace period. Especially when.a customer is working through the kinks of a new product. Not to mention it is an inconvenience to live here as there is construction being done that relocates residents to park long distances away for several days at a time and the pool is always undergoing construction. Ironically only during the summer when its suppose to be of use. Oh yea, the plumbing is also horrible here as weve called maintenance several times regarding the same issue. I will not be recommending this place to any future tenants and I would strongly recommend any other apartment complex other than this one.
I just moved out of these apartments last month and I have been very pleased with my experience. Since the beginning the ladies in the office have been pleasant to work with and helpful. I have had a few issues with the appliances within my stay, but after being there for two years I believe that would be expected! Maintenance was fast in responding even if I called during after hours they would come out and help me. I cant say I have ever had a dissatisfying memory. The apartment I was staying in seemed a little costly but that was my own fault! I wanted a deluxe unit which was beautiful but a little out of my price range. Thats another thing I loved about this apartment complex, they really had a wide range of units to fit there residents needs. There units included standard, upgraded, and deluxe which was my choice :) ( I couldnt resist hard wood floors with stainless steal appliances). OH yes! and the fitness center is awesome ! I definitely saved some money considering I was able to cancel my gym membership.you wont regret it.
Great place to live for a number of years! Wonderful amenities such as covered parking, onsite fitness center, pool and hot tub! Hard-working and reliable Maintenance & Office Staff. Cannot say enough great things about living at Pinnacle. Easy access to the freeway!
I’m 6 months in this place, and been loving it so much! The top appointment view is just Gorgeous with all the mountains and snow. Their maintenance service is just 5/5, they are very fast. They always keep the place very clean and a police/security car Drive around every night. This place fits me very well.
Been here 3 years, plan to stay 1 more before I have to move for work. I like it. Its a nice area and reasonably priced (I do agree that the annual rent increases are annoying, but they arent major amounts). Current front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, neighbors are quiet and courteous (you might want to ask about smoking status though-- place is in process of becoming smoke free right now, I think), maintenance is very fast (even when I rate something a low priority) and everything has been fixed on the first visit (all minor maintenance issues). Id say one thing that didnt go well for me was when I first moved in and was having trouble setting up the on line rent payment. I called the office and left a message about it, and I submitted a message online about it, as well. I hadnt heard back from the office for either message, the rent due date passed, and I got hit with a $100 fine for the rent being late. That was pretty unfair, in my opinion. The people who work at the office now are a lot better than when I first moved here, though. Ive also gotten hit by fines like that when I renew my lease, because you have to re-set up the auto payments each time you renew your lease (obviously the second time was my own fault, but I dont believe they informed me that I had to set up the payment after renewing the first time it happened). Overall, Im happy with this apartment and would recommend it.
Entered my apt twice for no reason with no notice. Didnt apologize. When I had to move for health and safety reasons, they refused to work with me. Response to owner: You did not try to assist me. You were aware of its availability but did not make it available. It was in both parties best interest to simply show it as available. Instead you hid behind what you think the lease allows you to get away with. I think your wrong. I even offered a compromise settlement. You refused. Now a judge can decide. There is nothing you can say, but something you can do if you decide to do the right thing.
Just renewed my lease to stay for another year at Pinnacle. I have loved the first year and dont plan on leaving until I buy a house. The maintenance team is fast and responsive and the staff is excellent! I have zero issues thus far.
I have had an apartment rented here for 3 years. For the duration of my time here, it has been a good experience. Clean grounds, good layouts, and a very non-invasive complex. We have never had trouble when working with the recent management and staff, and when we had a recent technical glitch when paying rent, the resolution was swift and painless.I would recommend.
My wife and I have been living in these apartments for the past 2 years. We have had no problems. The community is very quite and maintenance has always responded in a timely fashion. We have noticed that if you follow the rules are are stated out in the housing contact, there are no problems. We hope to stay for a while.
I was nervous to move into an apartment because I was transitioning from a home. The leasing office made my process very simple and quick. They were very welcoming with any questions I had. The maintenance team solved any of my issues within 24 hours! I have had a great experience moving here and would recommend to any of my friends and family. I am excited for the pool this summer!
I’m not a resident here yet, but I plan on being one soon! We just finished a tour with Dylan & he answered all of our questions & was just genuinely a courteous, nice guy. The apartment we toured look cozy & the layout is fantastic. The area looks great & it’s definitely quiet as well.
We searched for 4 months before we got married and they had the best floorplans available in the area. The staff is very friendly and handles any fixes needed very fast. The property is well maintained and it is a fun place to live. I would recommend to live here!
I have been on many apartment tours throughout my life but none have impressed me as much as Pinnacle Highland! The staff was so polite and courteous. I asked to see a model and a few vacant units and they took me to see all of them! I never felt pushed to rent here which is something I have had happen in the past. Because of this, I have decided to rent at Pinnacle! I am more than excited to move in here!!!
Great location, great people! Dylan is kind and makes you feel taken care of. Very professional and helpful. Excellent, upgraded units, but its the customer service that won me over.
Ive been living here for 2 months and havent had any problems. Maintenance seems to always be quick to fix any issues and the leasing office is great. They did everything they could to make my move easy and pleasant. So kind and friendly! Everyone in the office is always nice and helpful. Seems to be a quiet neighborhood, I dont hear much going on. Cant complain!
A beautiful and relaxing place to live! What a great way to start off the day with a sunrise near the mountains! The office staff is caring and considerate. They are willing to help in any way possible.
Really beautiful property! I stopped in for a tour last week and all of the leasing agents were very polite and thorough. Im not planning to move until the fall, but this complex is definitely at the top of my list for when I do!
I wish I had seen Katelyn Bruschkes review earlier before I moved out, and Im now facing the same issue they had. While the people in leasing office told me on the phone and in person that its fine to sign notice to vacate paper in less than 60 days because their system made a mistake, they charged all the missing days once I moved out. Lessons learned: always ask for written statement when people make exceptions for you. Its sad to pay the money Im not totally responsible for, but I hope theyll get what they deserve for lying to so many people.
We just moved from NY State and have been here for just under a month. I think we have dealt with everyone in the office and everyone has been pleasant and courteous. We had a few maintenance issues when we first moved in, but they were taken care of in a timely manner. The layout of our apartment is wonderful, the bedroom sizes are fantastic and it is so nice to have a washer & dryer in our home so that we do not have to drag our laundry to a Laundry Room or laundromat. The views we have are amazing! So far, we are very happy here.
I have enjoyed living at Pinnacle Highlands the last 6 months. As far as dog-friendly apartments go, this was the best that I have seen in the Salt Lake area. I love the neighborhood of Cottonwood Heights and the apartment complex is extremely close to the Fort Union shopping area and a few grocery stores, including Whole Foods and Smiths. The apartment itself is nice with good, functional appliances and a neat appearance. The closets are very spacious. I had issues with the refrigerator and dryer when I moved in, however, the maintenance stuff is generally prompt and fixed the issues within a few days! Ive had no issues since then. During the summer, the pools are well-kept and great - Ive also noticed some residents taking advantage of the hot tub on warmer winter days. The gym is clean and a good size and parking is convenient. I am looking forward to the next 6 months at Pinnacle Highlands.
We have really loved living at Pinnacle Highland. The community is quiet and friendly. The building is well maintained. I thoroughly enjoy the staff and the amenities they have to offer. I definitely recommend this community to friends.
I think these apartments are beautiful and well maintained! I found the office staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. I wonder if people giving negative reviews were just people who dont understand how businesses and contracts work. I found the staff was able to help with all my concerns and questions open and honestly!! Highly recommend!!!
The property is clean and the tenants are really nice. The staff are very nice people and they treat you like family. Everyone smiles and interacts with the tenants and our comfort is their main concern. The apartments are beautiful
Pinnacle is such a large, beautiful property! We were amazed driving by and decided to take a tour! Our agent was so kind and very helpful with any questions we had. We had a wonderful experience and plan on moving here when our lease is up!
Home Sweet Home! More counters and cabinets than I had in my house, close to everything (shopping, restaurants, freeways!). Super nice and super responsive management staff. Easy move in. Nice amenities.
A lovely place. Friendly staff. Very spacious apartment. Pets allowed. Beautiful facility for anyone. Excited to live here for a long time.
I have lived here almost 2 months and I love it. They are spacious floorplans with nice big kitchens. This is what sold me! It is very quiet here to. The few times Ive had to call for maintenance, they have been so prompt. The staff has been very friendly and helpful from day 1. I love it here!!
Weve been living here for a few months, and absolutely love it! The apartments are very nice and so well maintained. We had an issue with an appliance and they came to fix it right away. You also cant beat the location- so close to lots of fantastic places for shopping and to the mountains for outdoor fun. I highly recommend living here!
Pinnacle Highland is an amazing community! Most beautifully landscaped community I’ve ever seen. Management is amazing to work with and very compassionate. They team up with Xfinity to throw amazing events, and they really appreciate us residents!
I cant say enough about how great Pinnacle is! I went on a tour on Monday with a very nice gentleman who took me around half the complex showing me apartments. It was very nice to be able to see vacant units as well as the complex itself. After my tour, I drove around to see what unit I wanted and I have finally decided. I look forward to moving here in a few weeks!
In Love With Pinnacle Highland Apartments! Recently got all moved in, it was a quick process from application & move in. Nicole in the office helped em through the whole thing. She was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. the maintenance team clearly works hard as my apartment was amazing!
To start off, I am NOT YET a renter at this complex. But I will be soon! I came here because of the size and quality of the apartments was the best I could find for the price. During my visit, Dylan was great at showing me around to various apartments (not just a model apartment) so that I would have a better idea of what I was going to get. All of my questions were clearly answered clearly and I feel that I got a good look at the apartment.Even the base models of the apartments (none of the upgraded cabinetry, countertops, flooring, etc) are well-kept and clean and honestly quite nicer than expected. The appliances in these models are older, but for $50/month, you can have all new stainless steel appliances. Low cost of base model, but still nice appliances? Seems like a great deal to me!On the downside, parking does seem a little more crowded here than it might be at other places (you only get one assigned covered spot and everything uncovered is free game, but limited in availability), but in my drive around, I was still able to find plenty of open spots at 6 pm on a Friday night. For people that might be curious like me, monthly fees are (as of 10/28/17):- Water, Power, and Gas = based on usage (likely ~$100 - $150 for a 2 bedroom)- Sewer = $20 per apartment- Trash = $5 for the first person + $4/additional person living in the unit- Renters Insurance (if you dont have any with your agency) = $5- Media package = there is none -- you find one on your own.
Ive lived in these apartments and the location and views are just amazing. I would definitely recommend this place. (4 stars because they do go a little crazy on their fees and pricing).
My wife and I have lived here for a couple years now and really love it. These are the best apartments and just renewed our lease for another year. We love all the beautiful views from our apartment. We also really enjoy using the fitness center and hot tubs.
My friend lived there years ago which is what brings me to this complex. The staff has been so kind, patient, and helpful while Ive been inquiring and going through the application process. The staff is easy to work with and help with each step of the way. Its a beautiful environment and I feel even better after the prompt customer service and kindness.
Phenomenal! That is the only word that can describe these apartments! The staff is first class and the views are breath taking. I have been living here for almost a year and I am in love! I plan on staying here until I decide to buy a home. Do yourself a favor and go check these out.
The staff was super helpful and nice. The model apartment we were shown looks nice and upgraded. It felt like home! Apartments are close to our jobs, stores, and gyms. It is in a nice neighborhood. We look forward to living here!!
I am very happy. This is home all the time for me. I do not want to leave . There is a class here that makes one feel good and safe. I am at an an age where security is very important to me.
I love a clean pool. Thanks for taking such good care of both of them. I appreciate all the conveniences. Paying rent online and submitting work orders online has been very helpful. You guys do a great job.
If there was anything less than 1 star, that is what I would give this place. Which is super unfortunate. When we moved out. they charged us almost 1000 dollars due to 1 stain on the carpet. When asked if any carpet cleaning was done before carpet removal, They said an I quote No. Carpet Cleaning doesnt get out stains. Then I asked, Then why do people get it done? To which no response. They said that they had to replace all the carpet in the house due to 1 small stain on the carpet. 1. They gave us the number for the lady over the entire property to try and talk to her but it has been day 3 of me calling and leaving messages with no response. Absolutely ridiculous.
My wife and I love this place. We have a 3rd floor unit with brand new appliances. The 9 foot ceilings make our one bedroom model seem much bigger. We pay our rent online, direct payment from the bank and work orders can be opened and observed online. Right now the entire complex is getting parking lot upgrades/resurfacing and management has been very transparent and clear with directions for when your section will be worked on and when to park. Unless this place pulls a 180, we will be living here for years to come.
I have recently moved in to this apartment complex, and Ive had a great experience. The move-in process has been efficient, organized, and the staff is very friendly and professional. But most important is how much we are enjoying our new apartment. We have a 3 bedroom and it is extremely spacious compared to other apartments complexes in the area. There are many large windows, great views, vaulted ceilings, LOTS of storage, and the list goes on. We love the neighborhood, we are enjoying the pool, and we feel great about our decision to move here. My list of cons is very short: 1. the gym (which is very nice!) is only open until 10pm. 2. no playground for kids.
Very friendly staff. Very accommodating. Im quite pleased with most aspects of this apartment. My wife and I already feel at home and weve just moved in less than a month ago. Im looking forward to the next year.
These apartments are really nice. I have been living here for a few weeks, and so far I am very impressed. The staff is friendly and the maintenance has been responsive. I have zero complaints thus far! I plan on being here for a year and then buying a house. Until then, I will enjoy my nice mountain view!
I lived here for 2 years and never had any problems, maintenance was always prompt and courteous. Leasing staff is great! Rates are incredibly reasonable for such a great location. Very clean and comfortable.
This review is for the tour that I took by myself, and then with my roommate. There are a lot of things that I look for when I am touring a community. The overall vibe, how well the grounds are taken care of, what the apartment looks like, and how the faculty talk to the possible resident, as well as current residents and other faculty. When I was on the tour both times, I was amazed at how great all of those requirements were. I had a different front office agent helping me each time, and both of them were very kind and answered all mine and my roommates questions very well. I always saw someone walking around or driving the golf cart around the property and it was extremely clean and well maintained. We had lots of questions to ask about amenities, noise control, big complaints, etc. and the leasing agents were very honest about it all. This place has a great vibe and has easily become our number one option for when we move in the beginning of summer. I highly recommend taking a look at the property and asking questions if you are looking to move.
I just moved in to these apartments today and I am blown away! I live on the ground floor so I have hard wood floors which I love! I have attached a picture of my floors (so you can see)!! I am in love with the unit so far, granted, I have only lived here for a few hours lol. I am super duper excited to be in such a nice community! I would highly recommend Pinnacle Highland!
I really enjoy Pinnacle! The pool and hot tub are always a good time, spacious and clean apartments and the staff is really friendly. I feel like I am helped everytime I have questions. Thanks guys!
Pinnacle Highland has such incredible views! If you care about your views you need to come look at these. I have been really impressed with the staff too. I am just all around happy!
Wonderful community with great neighbors. The staff is fantastic and love the apartments. The surrounding area is quiet and a great place to go for a run and walk your dogs. The apartments are very close to the ski resorts.
