Zoua is the best stylist! I highly recommend her. I will only go to Zoua for my cuts and colors. She knows what she is doing and is always pleasant.

I book my appointment with Zoua shes an expert. I came here to get my haircut and got my hair dye done. I love my new haircut and also my hair dye. Zoua is my favorite person that I go too I have no complaints about it. Im glade I feel comfortable and welcoming everytime I go in.

My daughter wanted to make an appointment for a haircut. Since nobody answers the phone, and appointments are required thats impossible. They even say in their recorded message that theyre too busy to answer the phone and wont be returning calls. It would be nice if they included advice about how exactly to make an appointment then. They must not need the business.

My second time here and I walked out with an awful layered cut. The gal who helped me was nice but my hair layers aren’t fixable. I have to figure out how to fix them before my wedding which I don’t think is doable. I just want to know what’s going to happen to get this taken care of. It looks like my 2 year old cut the layers.

I always make a point of going to this location because the stylists are always so nice and professional. While its a bit further away then the closest to me I have found it to be worth it.Some of the reasons I love this place: Always friendly and helpful regardless of how many people are waiting. They keep track of the color mix that I liked the best so that we dont have to reinvent it which saves a lot of time. Always writes an estimate and has me sign so there arent any hidden charges or surprises at the end that will cost me additional money. The staff has always been very kind even when it had been a really long time since I had anything done with my hair.They are always friendly and kind and in this world its less common to find this than many may think. The world would be a kinder and friendlier place if more people treated others with the kindness that the staff at this Fantastic Sams does.

Employees are so nice especially Kali, she did a great job and explained everything if you have some questions regarding your hair. I would recommended her to do your hair. I would definitely go back in the salon.

Have fun sitting and waiting forever to get a hair cut.. 15 minute wait they said. 45 minutes later still not available and thats after 2 women finished up cutting customers hair then just disappeared into the back. At least great clips trys to get you in and out quick.

I was extremely impressed with Kelly, she cut my hair exactly as I requested. She was professional and friendly. The entire staff is customer oriented, that made my experience very pleasant. A very friendly environment.

Small and not as professional looking as Hudson. Maybe 2-3 stylists working at 5:30 - typically a busy time. After going to Hudson for years I was very unimpressed after just walking in and seeing the environment.

I came in needing a hair cut and a coloring that would require very little upkeep due to my busy schedule. We decided that the balayage technique and was given a final price for services including doing a balayage. The first stylist made me a bit nervous as she was continuously needing to help from another stylist as to what she should doing to my hair. She toned the bottom of my hair and then dyed the top of my hair and then the bottom of my hair. When she finally rinsed out my dye, my roots were lighter than rest of my hair and there was no blending of the 2 colors what so ever. During this process she kept talking about how she was going to squeeze her cousin in at the some point that day to do her hair. At this point I was passed off to the other stylist who was going to fix my roots so my first stylist could do her cousins hair. After she re dyed my roots, she then decided she was going to dye the bottom of my hair a different color. This final look is a bit better but is definitely no where near a balayage style and took over 5 hours.

Always friendly and professional. I look forward to having my hair done.

Waited at the front this morning for a few minutes and was not even acknowledged. Last time i cam they estimated me 15 minute wait and i waited about 45-50 minutes. Service is not great and stylist skill is not top notch.

Pretty quick every time I have stopped in. But hey Im a dude, cant be too difficult to style my hair... Give them the description of what I want, spot on with my request every time.

Ive been there three times now. My first time was great! Got the cut and color I wanted. The next time the stylist wouldnt do what I wanted and continued to argue with me. The third time was the last straw. I went there asking for toner. The receptionist said it cost the same as a dye job. I didnt understand why and asked questions relating. The stylist refused to talk to me about it and continued on the computer. Eventually I had to apologize to her for getting frustrated. A customer should never have to feel that way! The level of competiancy for customer service in this location is seriously lacking! Another thing Ive noticed- the stylist never stay long at this franchise

I have never walked into this particular fantastic sams location and not been told that the wait was at least 45 minutes once it was even 2 hours. Yet they tell me theyre walk in only. I know thats not true because Ive seen people walk in and say they were there for an appointment. Their customer service is awful. For me its worth the extra drive to go to the Woodbury location instead of the Cottage Grove. They lost my and my familys business for life today!

I went on 2/10/16 for a hair cut and came out looking like wolf man jack i wanted layered and kept to my shoulders this is pretty f/n bad. I will never come back and the stupid broad should by fired. p.s. no rating for this hair cut one star is too much

Horrible service with employees that take an hour and a half for a simple hair cut. Will never ever return to this location, or any fantastic sams since they all seem to be going downhill.
