This place charges an Illegal surcharge with out informing the customer! There is no signage any where stating that they can charge for Sanitation. this is ridiculous! They have to inform you of this charge at the beginning and end of services!!!!

I gave this place literally 3 tries! I thought the third time was going to be a charm but nope. I wanted an easy short bob but they did a horrible job. The lady was sweet but the job done was just bad! Will not be going there again. Writing this to save future people from wasting their money on this place.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I scheduled an appointment with the manager, Kaylen, a few days before Christmas. Kaylen arrived 2 hours after my scheduled appt. and didnt even bother to say she was sorry or give an explanation. I chose not to let her cut and color my hair as I had other things I needed to do on my day off and had wasted enough time wandering around Walmart waiting for her. I dont think she cared as she came in and started curling her own hair. Probably a blessing in disguise as I have talked to several of her clients since then who have been unhappy with her work and with a work ethic such as hers I am sure she wont have a job at this location for long and I am looking for a stylist that will be with me now and in the future.

The ladies here are the absolute sweetest! The manager jonni did my hair many times and has never disappointed! I will always come here, as long as jonni is here! They change managers like crazy but hopefully that stops!

Well I have been using this salon for years and never once been turned away to get service done and my 9 yr old daughter was turned away to get color put in her hair because only one person was on. Ive never had that happen to me, i have gotten my highlights done there many times when only one person was on and spent lots of money there. Turning my daughter away pissed me off and I will not return.

Had a rude hairstylist who refused to cut my sons hair since he was crying. She said in a snarky tone that she couldnt deal with him unless he calmed down. While I understand that it would be difficult to do a haircut for a young child whos crying and scared, I think she could have handled it more professionally.

My wife went in the ask for a easy cut. The girl butchered my wife’s hair her hair looks like a 2year old did it. I tried to call many time and was told no manger was available. My wife cried for 2 hours because of her hair.

This place is extremely unprofessional they screwed up my sons haircut so bad I called three times to fix the situation as well as telling them they needed to refund the money spent they charged my husband $16 for my sons haircut and ya so messed up I will be talking to the manager Tuesday about Lindsey and her mouth towards me. My sons hair is so messed up it’s all going to have to be shaved off to fix it I cannot believe this place

Clean and friendly atmosphere. Girls are the best.

Horrible service and unprofessional stylist. Cant cut a straight line and now I have to pay someone that knows what they are doing to fix my daughters hair.
