I have come to the same place to get my hair cut probably 12 times over the past few years. I have even brought family members for their cuts. Until recently, I had no issues. Most recently, I called in on a Monday to see if they had an opening for 5:30 pm. I was told they were booked for the day, but had openings the next day. I work until 5 pm, so I scheduled my appointment with the woman on the phone for 5:30 pm the following day- Tuesday (9/14/21). (The same time I had requested the appointment on Monday.) I arrived at the store with more than 10 minutes to spare, but was told by the 2 women inside the locked store that they close at 5 pm. When I reiterated that I work until 5, and would not have made an appointment for before I could leave work, they said they could schedule me for the next day. While the website did update their hours and it does show a 5pm closing time, how it got past the person on the phone- twice!!- that I was scheduling an appointment after they close is awful. Very disappointing.

Went in to get my daughter a haircut where it says walk ins welcome for them to tell me they cant cut her hair. They were all booked up.. NO ONE WAS IN THE SALON!!! very unprofessional.

When you can actually get an appointment, they’re great. Good luck getting an appointment though.. and good luck getting someone to answer the phone.

Hanging out at Cost Cutters for my Thanksgiving day haircut so I look as good as the Turkey tomorrow. Plenty of chairs for waiting and plenty of chairs for cutting. The day I came their where 3 stylist on hand. I came in and made an appointment for 10:30 because I had errands to run. They took me promptly and I was very pleased with the cut. I have a simple head and they did a good job.Call ahead to get an appointment to avoid the crowds.

Wonder if this is a pick up joint or they do haircuts honoring my appointment time guess not

I went on a Saturday afternoon to inquire about a hair trim. They had no openings for the rest of the day. I made an appointment for following Monday. I explained in detail what I would like.I’m a licensed Nail Tech, so I understand the industry very well.My hair was extremely long. All one length. I asked for it to cut straight across. I wanted the dead ends cut off. He showed me how much he thought. I said a touch more. Which turned out to be a lot more.My hair is extremely uneven, and places that weren’t even cut. Longs strands hanging. I noticed how he was cutting it, which I thought would lead to it, not being even.I also left a great tip, being in the industry.I didn’t know at that time it was awfully done.I don’t want to go back to have it “fixed”, because if he couldn’t do a simple trim, that’s concerning!!

I called the number numerous times n they don’t have an answering machine either... if you are going to close at least let your customers know so they are not waiting for nothing.... n I finally had a baby sitter smdh so unprofessional

I can call that same day and get in!! I show them what I want and a price I am working with and they are AMAZING!! Two ladies that I go to especially that I love that do my hair! Absolutely love my hair every single time I go!! I love the conversations that I get to have when I go as well.

Over charged for root touch up was charged for full color. Called to correct it and never got a call back... call multiple times. Had next appointment scheduled and it was canceled without notice. Great place, not!!

Wouldnt cut my kids hair down as far as I asked then tried to tell me they found lice when it was just dirt. I had picked him up directly from the playground and didnt have time to wash his hair before hand. Someone else I know took their son there, they talked her out of shaving his as short as she wanted it too. Not the best way to get repeat business. Would have been better to have me come back in 8 instead of the 4 they were hoping for by not cutting it short enough. Wont be going back at all now.

I arrived only to have the open sign turned off and the doors locked in my face before the posted closing time. I guess going home early is more important to the people of this business than serving customers during regular business hours.

You get what you pay for. Okay for cuts. I would not get my hair colored there again though. They are great with the kids!

Nice place. The hairstylists are very friendly and are very patient with the customers. It also appears that they know what they are doing and take great responsibility in making their customer look good. I did have a bad experience cutting my hair here once but I will give that a pass as I have been always satisfied after that incident.

Went there at 6:30 for a kids cut and was told they werent taking anyone else. There was only one person waiting and their hours say they are open until 8. So not sure why we were turned away. I asked if we could make an appointment for the following day and they said they dont do appointments because they are walk in friendly. Doesnt seem very walk in friendly when im being turned away. So i cant walk in or make an appointment. Terrible customer service

Staff is very friendly and seems to stay calm even when things get busy. Good prices, especially on Wednesdays when they have a weekly deal. Ive been very happy with the quality of cut I get here for the price.

Friendly and well trained staff but never enough people working for the amount of people in the store on multiple occasions. Wait times given but never accurate, if given at all. Overall wouldnt go here if you dont have more than an hours worth of time on your hands. Truest disatisfied.

I had a really good stylist that worked here, but she moved, I decided to give the store another chance after and decided Ill follow my stylist anywhere cuz it seems the people left cant cut whats asked for. Now I have to wait for my hair to grow back before I look for people that can work with hair the way my stylist before could. Let me down.

Store opened at 9:02. Being the first one there, I was second in line to a walk in after me. Completely unprofessional. Staff are lazy. Socializing amongst themselves seems more important than anything else. Poorly managed. If not for limited wait times would never go to this place or suggest it to anyone. Which is probably why the wait times are short since no one comes here for those reasons I mentioned.

Burned by the wax again after I specifically said, Dont burn me with the wax, I have somewhere to be tomorrow. She assured me she wouldnt. The wax gets to low in the pot and too hot which is why the first eyebrow gets burned. Very frustrating and looks awful. Wont ever go back.
