I cant remember the Mans name who helped me but he was Super Awesome! Very friendly, Very concerned if we had a problem and what he could do to help resolve it. Great group of guys that work there, never have an issue. Had a blown tire, called the roadside, they picked up my vehicle and it didnt take long for my tire to get fixed. Always very helpful and friendly, I recommend them to everyone who needs tires.

If I could rank this business any lower I would. This place is a joke. The management only cares about making money, period. Worst tire purchasing experience I’ve ever had. They waited until after putting on the tires on my car to inform me their equipment cannot perform the alignment on my vehicle because of the type of vehicle I have. Apparently I was the first customer in all of the Coastal Bend to come in with a late model Euro car. They should have said that prior to putting on the tires on my vehicle, scratching up my wheels in the process( which Miguel: one the managers who will deny it all ) and waisting my time...the only thing they were able to take off of the service agreement/tire was the price of unlimited alignment was less than $180 in credit? Seriously? That’s just barely enough for me to go somewhere else, which is what you should do. Stay away. It doesn’t make any sense to advertise a service and not be able to perform it.

My Wife called RNR tire express to make our final payment on the tires we had purchased she spoke with Jessica and she was delightful she took the last payment which was $69 she then proceeded to tell me that my next payment was going to be September 14 because she asked her how much we owed and she said that we were locked in to a 18 month contract and we owe $900 Because we were a day late and all she could do was knock 40% off of that and knock it down to $500 the only other thing she said we could do was return the tires she said if I’ve already paid for the tires why would I return them? what kind of deal is that? we were only a day late due to not being in town for the payment and now they want us to dish out an extra $500? we were thinking of going to get some tires for my truck after these were paid off but now after this i dont think we will!

My experience with RnR was pretty good, everyone there was so helpful and we got the deal done fast. Its definitely a place everyone should go to. Service is good, and they were quick with the installation which was a plus. Prices are great as well

Worst place to buy your tires. If you decide to buy here pay cash or credit cards. I payed them off last month and this month they’re texted me twice and are trying to collect. They keep telling me that they are calling the main office to find out when my last payment will be and they’ll call me back - which of course they never do. I was paying over $375 a month for six months and I even made a down payment in May. Since we have been dealing with this company (8 months) they’re had different managers, technicians and accts. payable personnel.

The best place to get a great start with tires!! Got a whole set of Yokohama for 30 a week... so... 120 for the month... 550 total... can make that in two weekends!!! Next week, got my alignment ready!! Thank yall for this!!! I am really happy with the service and speediness to get me back on the road!!! Yall keep it rockin!!!
