This was my first time going to Big O tires. They had awesome service, and the gentleman we dealt with was very friendly. I bought four new tires and had an alignment done and we were given a very good price for it. When I left, I was still showing that one of my tires was low. I called them and was told to bring my car back in so they could look at it. I will be using this place from now on.

Good honest service. Oil change and tire rotation. Asked to check air filter because I drive in dusty conditions frequently. They said it’s Ok for now. A lot of places try to upsell when doing an oil change. New to area and happy to find an honest mechanic.

These gentlemen are nothing but professionals I went back last December had purchased a full synthetic oil change and didnt realize that when you do synthetic it lasts longer so right at my 3,000 mile Mark I went in to change my oil and theyre like no youre barely getting to 3000 Miles you could go 7 to 10,000 miles on a synthetic change I was like wow okay you know they didnt have to tell me that they could have taken my money taking my Groupon but they didnt they were honest and up front and absolutely fantastic well I had already pressed the coupon coupon and utilized it they made sure that because I didnt actually utilize if they had it in there notes that if I came back and when I came back that I would be it would be honored thank you guys I will never go anywhere else you guys are amazing highly recommend

I got in my car to go to work and one of my tires was low. I soon discovered I would be needing 4 new tires. I called around and Big O tires were the only place within 5 miles that had my size tires in stock. They did a price match which saved me close to $200! I also needed an alignment and they took care of that as well. Thomas was helpful, professional and friendly. I was able to take advantage of their no interest financing and they had me back on the road within an hour!

While always busy (not a bad thing), the guys are really helpful. I had to replace a single tire, and the remaining three were still pretty good. No problem getting a new one. Now I kind of want the set of four because the price was a lot less than I thought it would be.

Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable employees. Front end alignment cost was very reasonable and completed fast.

While being serviced I noticed Sean wasnt using torque sticks like he should and could over torque leading to warped rotors and broken lugs, I asked if he knew the proper torque setting and he said 100 for my car, he got to the last wheel and I saw it was over torqued and asked if he could back the lug out and do it again, he proceeded to raise his voice and curse at me stating he worked on nuclear equipment in the navy, I instructed him that he needs to do the job properly but he rudely insisted that I could just get my money back and he left with an incomplete job. Chase (the second tire tech) was nice enough to finish the job Sean could not do and he did it correctly. I was very polite to all staff and very thankful throughout the process but Seans actions and inability to do his job correctly led to a very low satisfaction rating for my visit with Big O Tire

The employees are always very nice and respectful and have actually warned me about serious problems with my car that I didn’t even know about. No they weren’t trying to take advantage of me- my brakes really were dangerously worn down and needed immediate replacement. They gave me a good deal last time I was in, probably because I made an appointment for an oil change and it was going to be a 45 minute wait before they could even get my car back. I was still in and out in an hour but they didn’t give me a new oil sticker or turn off my maintenance required light, so no telling if they actually did the oil change or just rotated my tires. Typically they get me right in, I understand they’re probably backed up right now, but my last visit was just okay.
