Look elsewhere for a HOA management company!!! I bought in our complex in 2019, and I’ve been asking since then for information on meetings, our HOA board of directors or when meetings take place. I pay now almost $400 a MONTH to not get any answers and it’s ridiculous!!! This place has so much potential and they definitely don’t work for the homeowners. I’m sure they will sweep in and comment on my post, but too late. Should of answered my emails. *UPDATE* Let me rephrase the emails. EMAILS ASKING ABOUT MEETINGS!! I read their response below. Please respond to the homeowner suggesting you can use their place for a meeting. I also can’t wait to receive all the printed copies to my emails. I also live in Houston that’s why I didn’t attend that meeting you had during the week.

Good place to go. However, the pool is a liability with other patrons. Gates left unlocked, kids uncontrolled and jumping off pool features, late night teenagers screaming and running and fighting; no parents around.Grounds well maintained

I literally had the best time my room was super clean everything was working always got a response quick the office are very professional and the prices are awesome I will most definitely be coming back real soon thank you!!

We were headed on our retirement trip with big plans on our minds. Then Covid hit and we were trapped in Corpus Christi, on the island. Not a bad place to be trapped until we tried to deal with Palm Bay for a rental home. We paid a large sum and had a contract. Then we are told the house isnt ready and it will be a few days. It turned in to a much longer time for repairs. We finally gave up, canceled the contract and asked for a full refund. In the meanwhile they ripped our wonderful real estate agent, who was working on our behalf, were very short with us about when they would write a check. It was an awful experience. No one seemed to be having much fun in that office. It could have been so much better.

Terribly run business. The older lady, owner Im sure is rude and not helpful at all. Shes acts like the customer is a burden and could care less to try and fix anything. Properties are poorly maintained.

Love palm bay condos and stay there at least four or five weeks a year. Pool is best on the island.

We had a great time checked in on Monday. Spoke to crystal spoke to her twice on the phone and we were there 4 days didnt need to interact with anybody spoke to anybody from the office for anything and everything was just perfect we had a wonderful time close to the beach we loved the pool my daughter and I loved it we will be back thank you... only thing wish they declutter pantry and patio closet a bit.. but other than that it was awesome

Was a lovely place to live for the short time we were there! If anyone is looking for a short or long term visit I would recommend calling Palm Bay Rentals and Sales and ask for Kat! She is very nice and helped us tremendously! All of the women in that office are very nice and helpful. It lacks the 5th star due to the second balcony not being open but that was due to the hurricane..😁

We have used Palm Bay for over four years and they have managed our two town homes and our primary home as furnished rentals. We have found them to be professional, attentive and courteous. On several occasions they have bent over backwards to please and attend to our tenants needs. Our working relationship with them is excellent and outstanding.We have also used several other rental agencies that I wont mention. Palm Bay has proven themselves to us....highly recommended .

We had a wonderful stay with our 5 kids. We had a lovely condo with everything we needed. The office ladies were sweet and very helpful. The kids loved the pool. We cant wait go back this year.

Overall a pleasant company to work with until you move out. The customer service was always a friendly interaction, but when it came time to get the deposit back they gave me the run around you would typically find in a low end, transient rental. I cleaned the place spotless and still was deducted a considerable amount. After weeks of calling I finally got an answer that the deduction was due to rearranging the cabinets and residual dust. According to palm bay this was a good deal and that it was not typical to get so much of my deposit back. I would not recommend this place to anyone in the military or planning on moving a long distance. They know you dont have the time to deal with the petty BS.

While not the worst landlords Ive ever had, money talks. Taking money out of a pet deposit to steam clean rooms due to excessive pet odor and excessive pet hair when I know for a fact the dog was NEVER in some of those rooms. We had heard about the questionable cleaning practices from other sources and decided to go straight through them so we wouldnt have any surprises. While their own cleaning person verbally quoted us a reasonable number(it was a mistake not getting in writing) we were charged almost double of the original quote. When we asked for pictures of some of the things we were charged for they sent us some pictures that werent even our house. They also tried to come off as the good guy(or sent a veiled threat) for not charging us for some things like the front door frame broken when the owner had been there 2 months before to fix it. The sea breeze at location of the house literally destroys anything metal or wood on the outside of the home.Robin was fine to deal with and would actually help us out in a timely and professional manner. Debra acted like we were asking the world any time we talked to her about issues with the house.Long story short, like the previous reviews have said, they take your money anywhere they can.

We stayed at one of the properties at Corpus Christie for 3 days. We were 4 families with kids. The place was very clean and tidy. Because of humidity there was some moisture on the floor. We called them and very same day they provided with humidifier and few other things.We spoke with Amanda and few others before booking the place. The staff was very polite and helpful.It was hassle free to book the place. I definitely recommend it.

Palm Bay rentals has very poor interrelation communication between staff. We called three times to get information on short term vacation rentals and relayed this information to the receptionist, then they stated they dont even do short term rentals any longer. Then another staff called to give us the information that they dont have anything available. Not sure whos running the office but has really changed over the years. It was an exceĺlent resource for vacationer, not now!

Normally I dont write many reviews but this company is outstanding! Everyone worked so very hard to make sure we were happy and we had a fantastic home to stay in. Great customer service. I have stayed in the past with VRBO and was not impressed. Thanks again and we will be back next year!

Management is rude! They have THE WORST communication! Not once have we had a returned phone call... We just have to keep calling until we get what we need on that phone call! We are here for out of town work. As are several other people working on the same job, but are staying in different places(all rented out by Palm Bay.) We are only short term renters due to the job. We have sent a few people to this place only for them to be told completely different stories about renting. They dont rent weekly, or as Debra said this isnt a hotel??? Honestly... We had a severe roach problem when we first got here that had to be addressed 3 times! The air has gone out 2 or 3 times. Robin has been the best person to deal with, but again... Debra has just been so rude to us and the people we know that have tried to rent or are renting through them. We will not be renting from this place if we ever have to be back.

Stay away. Absolutely not a good place to rent from. In the end they don’t give your deposit back even if you’ve left things better than you found them, as well as had to deal with a massive amount of problems from their end - that really they should have paid you to deal with. Hardened hearts and negative attitudes that place blame on anyone but themselves.

Our family has stayed at the Palm Bay location 3 times and each visit went very well. We love the units that are poolside and the fact that this location has a small and private feel. There arent a ton of units so its rarely crowed at the pool and the beach is soo close. Units are clean and my only gripe would be to have more toilet paper stocked up, especially in a unit that advertises it sleeps up to eight. The a/c is also on some kind of fixed setting that mgmt controls so you have to keep dropping it back down. Ultimately I really like this place and plan to go back each summer!

Love the Marquesas; no shared walls, 2 bed, 2 bath and some units are pet friendly! Walk to Schlitterbahn, short drive to beaches. Quiet and peaceful.

The property description is a lie! Says 4 luxury bedrooms ... Would say only one if you call a love seat in the kitchen a bedroom ... And haha 3.5 bathrooms? There is a very small shower with a toilet and a one full bathroom ... All the outside lights are not working the garage door not working. This property is in the highway no fence, no barrier NOT Safe. Better business bureau here we come. Beware !!! A fraud... Oh and did we say that we booked this afternoon and asked accessibility in unit because we have two limited handicapped people NOT accessible at all and the icing in the cake the rental company did not inform that the water supply on property had an e.coli contamination! Do NOT recommend.

Hassel free, clean with a very nice pool. Loved my stay and would visit again.

The employees who work at the front desk are wonderful. There was no remote for the TV and Ruby brought one over and even programmed it for us. However, the owners must be tighter than a ducks butt, as my Dad would say. We rented for one month. They charge you one months rent ($900) for deposit. They also charged a cleaning fee up front ($68.75). Our sheets were filthy, smelled like they hadnt been washed in weeks. One of the couches was broken. We had to go a few days without a smoke detector. We were told we would get our deposit back within thirty days of move out. We received it a few days shy of 30 days. We were charged a supplies fee of $17.72. I think we used a few rolls of toilet paper and a bar of soap. Also some dish washing liquid as the dishwasher was broken. I would not recommend staying here.

I am a retired disabled vet. i wanted a place till i could buy a place. These people could not do enough for me. they put me up in a unit that was filthy,tv remote inop. i complain .i was told i was sent to wrong unit. moved me to another building another 2nd floor. i had to pack move un pack. this place was worse. i had signed a lease and gave them $1,473.06 no lights in micro or patio. rugs were filthy light switches crud. First night i turn in lights Roaches .i went to the office, and i was asked did i leave food out>>> i will be lucky if i get part of my deposit back. DONT DO NOT GO ANY WHERE THESE RENTALS. I have date stamp photos i will file file a complaint with BBB.I would go less stars

Terrible. The apartment Im renting from these people was in terrible shape when I moved in; dirt everywhere, filthy floors, and most of the appliances either dirty or not working correctly. The people in the office are condescending, unprofessional, and worthless. I will never rent from them again or suggest them to anybody else.UPDATE: I just got my security deposit back; they took out ~$120 for cleaning the place (that I cleaned and left in immaculate condition). Oh well, I guess Im just glad I got some of my deposit back.
