The unit I’m leasing was completely clean and everything was in its place and was ready to move in-to and that took a lot of stress off the move for me. I would definitely use them again!Thank you

The house we stayed at was very comfortable and felt just like home the moment we walked in. I could not have asked for a better experience and beautiful home to come to each night helped us have a wonderful vacation.

From the get go the whole process was shady. No one was communicating between staff in there office. The place I rented was smelly and things were broken. I told them about it and nothing was done. They kept my deposit claiming I broke the things I complained about being broke. Theyre a complete joke of a business. I assume how they stay afloat is by keeping everyones deposit.

I have had a very good experience with the company. Everyone is very responsive and maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly and efficiently. I also have had very positive experiences with the different contractors and/or staff that come to the house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Great vacation rental. Right on the water and near the stores. Great space for everyone to relax. Rental was clean and had all the dishes we needed. Response from office was always in a timely manner and pleasant.

Used to love coming here and have been a customer for 4 yrs, until now.We asked for private slip and thought that is what we paid for. Then condo next to us was rented out for 12 people (supposed to be 6) and started a fight about using the slip for fishing on versus us parking our boat. Its not worth going to jail over and it ruined our trip. We had 9 days left and we are leaving because they rent to folks that are disrespectful of others.

I would strongly suggest to avoid renting through this company, especially if you are military. They are extremely rude with their clients and do not respond in a timely manner. They do not fix maintenance problems at the time of report. It took them 3 months to give us our security deposit back even though we contacted them over 3 times about it and they did not get back to us until it was convenient for them. I could go into specifics but overall, they shafted me, my fiancé and the other couple that lived with us. Avoid the headache and dont rent with them.

We had a great time and visit will use them again saved over $700 by using them and not going to a hotel for 7 days

Everything we wanted in a vacation spot! Clean, beautiful views, close to the beach. Nice full kitchen and updated bath.Added features were a huge T.V. and wi-fi access.It was such a nice place to come back to after a day spent exploring where we could just relax in front of the big T.V. while posting our days pictures on FB. Will definitely visit here again!

EXPERIENCED THE WORST VACATION STAY EVER AT THE LEEWARD COVE - PROPERTY WAS DISGUSTING- DIRTY AND FILTHY THE WASHER DID NIOT WORK AND THERE WAS HAIR EVERY WHERE THROUGH OUT THIS FACILITY THE PULL OUT BED STUNK AND WAS COVERED IN HAIR THE FRIDGE HAD MOLD AND HAIR ALSO THIS WAS A RUN DOWN DUMP ALMOST AS A ROACH MOTEL - TRIED TO GET ACCOMIDATED THROUGH RENTAL MANAGEMENT AND THEY THOUGHT A REFUND OF $35.00 CLEANING FEE WAS FAIR - WE HAD TO BUY BLEACH;MOP AND SHEETS JUST TO HAVE A SLIGHT RELIEF FOR OUR WEEKEND GET AWAY THAT WAS TORTURE DUE TO THE DUMP- SO DISSAPOINTED IN RENTAL MANAGMENT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
