Fast. I had a bearing go out and they got to me quickly behind Sams Club and got my truck and delivered it to my home past the airport, with no trouble.

Mr. Moreno was kind enough to let me collect my things from my wrecked vehicle after hours. He went above and beyond when I needed help. Very nice man. Bless you.

Excellent service, very timely, I have used this company to various occasions and have always been very satisfied. It is a small family owned business with employees who genuinely care about the e customers and their safety. They are very reasonably priced and always willing to go the extra mile.

Nasty is the best way to describe the way they handle business. Spoke with the owner and he is a rude and unpleasant individual who likes to try and bend a person over the barrel.Keeps insisting you hurry up to come get your vehicle when you informed him you were coming from an hour away. When you finally get close he starts throwing out nonsense such as, Get here in a half hour or youll have to wait two. I gave you two hours to get here. when in fact he only told me to call him when I get there.Rude and angry little man. Avoid dealing with him and his company If you can.

My fiancée had a blow out and did not have a spare tire. So, her car was left on the side of the highway at 4am in the morning. I called Texstar immediately to get a quote and see what it would cost have the vehicle towed about 1.5 miles over to a nearby tire shop. The man was not pleasant to talked to, but I looked past it, being that it was 4am in the morning. The price I was quoted for was at least $150, depending on whether or not the truck driver asks for more. I thanked the man for his time, but informed him that I was not willing to pay that much money. The man tried to threaten that if I did not go forward with the purchase that he would call CCPD and have the car impounded before I could take my business elsewhere. Frustrated by this point, I hung up the phone. I then called CCPD myself, and informed them of the situation, and let them know that the car would be moved ASAP. I proceeded to take my business to Apollo Towing, which was cheaper and had much better customer service. I do not recommend TexStar to anyone, unless someone is looking to get screwed over, pay too much, and get terrible customer service. If I could leave 0 stars, I most definitely would.

Experienced technician showed up at 2 a.m. and rescued us. Other companies did not answer phones. My sons car broke down on his way home from work and was blocking traffic. I highly recommend this company.

They charged $273 to pick up my friends motorcycle. He was hospitalized so I called them to ask how I could get his bike to avoid the daily charges for storage. I was told bring a note from him signed with permission to get his bike with his liscence and insurance card . So I drove 20 miles to their lot and they would not release the bike without a notorised power of attorney . So I drove back home got my friend loaded in the car and he had to go with me to get his bike. The bill was obviously padded to haul a perfectly rideable motorcycle to their junk yard. The office and staff was run down and looked like something or someone out of the movie deliverance. I would highly recommend staying away from this business.

Great Tow company a respectable driver

Slow and run-down establishment (and staff). Forced to use their company due to a car accident involving city-contracted tow service. They dropped off my truck to the dealership without the key, told the dealership there was no key, did not contact me letting me know, stated they would drop off the key the following day (after I found out), failed to drop off the key that day, so I had to cancel all of my appointments and go Pick up the keys myself to deliver them to the dealership… The dealership and told me that this was the second time that week it had happened with their company...Very unprofessional
