Great place to get good affordable parts. Golf carts help tremendously. They give you printout of where your parts donor cars are in the yard. Look for the row numbers painted on the side of cars. Make sure to bring a cold bottle of water, rags and a good set of tools. Happy picking.

I like coming here because to me, I enjoy working with my hands. I enjoy coming here its fun to see a lot of history with older cars. Makes you realize they really dont make cars like they used to. Low prices. Plenty of stock so when youre looking for a part and you dont necessarily need a new part. Get a recycled part. you get to learn how to remove parts and put them back on. One of my earliest memories as a kid was going to the junkyard to get a part for the car. Its good to take the time and teach our next generation some of these trades. Its something that I feel like is lost with this current generation.

Im searching for information. I was told by the corporate office that air bags are removed from all vehicles when they are brought into the yard. Does anyone know if they remove the horn contact pads from the air bag assembly prior to disposal of the air bag? I need the pad for a 1999 ford F150. Thank you. Ray

I bought a motor, but it was bad. Pull a part has 30 day warranty. The only problem was having to put it in then take it out. Didnt have time. Thats ok. For the price I will be back. I just might of just had a bad one. Will let you know how the second one works out. I love pull a part. We will get it right next time. Thanks.

Eh, used to be decent. Most vehicles are picked bone clean these days. if your looking for truck parts go elsewhere, they havent had anything worth while the last 4 times Ive been there. Advantage is just down the steet. More expensive but I get parts cheaper then rock auto and they are good.

Whenever you get a new or used vehicle, go to the Pull-A-Part website. At some point, you will need a part for that vehicle. If they dont have one like yours on the lot, they will notify you when they get one. I received an email letting me know they had a vehicle like mine and exactly where I could find it on their lot. Plus, I received 10 % off the total for the parts I pulled. If you dont mind getting a little dirty and saving a lot of money, go to Pull-A-Part!

Great place to get used auto parts. Well organized yard with good selection. Not a ton of late models, but lots of cars >10 yrs old. They also sell a few used cars.

Unable to speak with anyone to see if they have thr engine im looking for. Nothing but recordings and not helpful at all.

I dont know what a 5 star junkyard is so I cant be honest and give it a five. However, everyone was very friendly and super helpful. It was really easy to find the locations of all the vehicles. I will be going back if the need ever arises.

The service is very bad, the price is absurd for the used parts, they hardly even mark the parts so that you cannot claim if it does not work, the voucher is erased as the days go by and without voucher they do not accept the return. In short, do not waste your time or money looking for parts in this place, in most cases you will lose. And the customer is always hurt, they are right.

My experience at Pull-A-Part in corpus Christi was amazing. I went to get an alternator off of a 2004 Hyundai sonata and had a lot of questions about other parts which the mechanic that is there on duty at all times helped me with. I had even left my cell phone on the counter while I went out in the yard to pull my part and did not have it for several hours, after closing up the manager actually let me back in to retrieve my phone which is needless to say very honest and made a very big impression on me. I went down the street to a different salvage yard and the guy was completely clueless. I came to Pull-A-Part and all I needed was a Toyota snap in piece that is near the lug nuts. The staff was incredibly kind, printed a sheet out of where the automobiles would be, and I found the part within seconds.. would recommend this place to anyone needing any auto parts. Call center needs to get its act together. Was selling a vehicle, was told 3 different stories by 3 different people. Finally got it straightened out, got a confirmation # for pick up, and wasnt even put on the schedule. Yall need to get on the same page.

Ask questions if youve never been there, they are completely helpful. Very nice people up front and can give you prices before you go to work getting what you need. Didnt finish getting a crankshaft out of a Honda and was told they would let me back in for free to finish getting it out. Very cool of them!

I went by the yard today to scrounge for small metal pieces for a Art project Im working on. So I walk in and am surprised on how clean and professional everything looked. I was immediately approached by a staff member and asked if I needed help finding anything. I told them I was just looking for scrap pieces. They gave me a map, and charged me a dollar to go in. So I am walking around with a wheel barrel and picking up scrap pieces off the ground. After I am done I have literally a handful of scraps. Now this is where it gets kind of sketchy. When i check out, they do not how to charge me. So they charge me for a functioning piece, a medium bracket. I asked, what if I had brought more scraps, or less, would I get charged the same? I got a shrug. If staff is reading this it would be a good idea to perhaps incorporate a box with a fixed charge for scrap. It would have easily awarded five stars if a price set was in place, instead of a rough estimate. I attached a picture, i was charged about $10 for this. (Should have been $5 in my opinion though)

But you have to pull the parts off the old vehicles that you need then pay at the exit desk. Theyre very reasonable on the prices i highly recommend them. Ive bought very good parts at very low prices and tires with rims too.

Employee named Vicky was EXTREMELY RUDE. A new employee asked for her help and she treated him like garbage and then treated me the same as if what I was looking for wasnt important...LITERALLY walked away from me and the other employee while asking her which part ect and helped another customer. Rudest, most hateful person to deal with. Spoke with a manager, said Ill talk to her when you leavebut he also seemed callous and un concerned. When the manager asked Vicky to look up the batteries, she continued to wipe down the wall then grabbed the book and slammed it show on the counter, flipping through the pages making it known she was angry. Wint be returning...Id rather pay full price than be treated like garbage by employees. All I can say is W O W!

If I could give them zero stars I would because these crooks quote one price online, then once you pull the part its a whole different price. After putting a few hours of knuckle busting labor to pull a motor and transmission they went up from just under 400 to over 500. These people are running a bait and switch operation that makes car salesman look like Angels. Dont waste your money and especially your time with this scam of a business. Youd be better off going to a real parts store.

How did I not know about this sooner? Great staff and wonderful pricing for used parts. Many vehicles have not been there long so parts are in good condition. Perfect if youre diagnosing the problem and dont want to spend top dollar on new parts only to find that it wasnt the solution to your problem. My case was a fuel injector, $7 for the used one vs $65 for a new one after almost $300 in other new parts only to be wrong. The only problem I ran into was reaching the engine bay. Vehicles are lifted off the ground making it harder to reach. Luckily an old wheel was there to stand on. I recommend a step ladder even if youre a taller guy like me.

After getting all the rows figured out it was great! And the rental carts were even better. Found what i needed.

They say he could get hurt. As an adult I could get hurt that is why they have you click on a wavier before going in. $2.00 to get in. Their prices are very fair.

Guy in the car area is extremely helpful. I highly recommend this this place. Got a new tire with the aluminum rim for 40 bucks. From anywhere else the rim alone was 100 bucks.

Tried called to sell an extra vehicle, phone just rang and rang. Took a drive to talk to them in person, all the lady would say is they dont buy a vehicle with no title. On there web page it specifically says....Yes, but in some cases a copy of your registration with your drivers license will suffice. Ive sold three vehicles to this place before with no problems.

Complete scam..... called about a part, gave them the make, model, and year, was quoted $7 for the part. Get there, they ask me again the make, model, and year, and they tell me $12 for the pat. Charge me $2 to “go look” and they don’t even have the car or anything close to the year or model..... I know enough about business to know that they have their cars inventoried and that they knew they did not have the car or any year even close to what I was looking for..... COMPLETE SCAM enjoy the $2 you’ll never get my business and I’m telling everyone I know how cheap your company is that you have scrape $2 from customers knowing you don’t have the car they’re looking for.

I own a 2003 Volkswagen Jetta that failed to start. It was due to the fuel-pump going out. I called around and I was going to be out a boatload of money to replace it.Then I called Pull A Part parts and the lady quoted me a price hundreds of dollars lower than was expected if available at their Corpus Christi, Texas location.I went on YouTube to watch a video of the whole procedure of removal & replace of fuel pump for a 2003 Jetta 2.0, and learned to my surprise the location of the fuel pump is under the back seat making the whole job to completion under a half hour, and less than $30. Hooray! They even have lend a tool and golf cart rentals. I highly recommend. A Five Star Rating for the friendly Staff and Low Prices.

Im giving 2 stars only because service is good but they depend on the technology for answers. I bought a rim from a 2009 charger because the system says it will fit on 2013 challenger. Well it didnt, but its ok cause it was only $40. Not a big loss. Next timw ill do more research before pulling which i suggest everyone do the same.

Free entrance for Veterans/Police is pretty cool, even still $1 is not bad. Very organized, computer lookup system is nice. Good prices, employees/service is usually nice. In reference to being charged a whole dollar to enter, I take it you have never been to a night club that charges way more than that just to walk in their door. And then spend even more on drinks. If you dont drink, then you paid to walk in there just as you did here. They have a business to run, and if you dont buy anything, they need to get a minimum amount of money to keep open. They have bills to pay too you know. Plus their inventory is of the car in question, not what everybody has already taken off of it or that it did not come into their property with or without. At least they know what makes and models they have on hand for you. That is something you did not have to find out for yourself.

POOR ethics, i was quoted a price for a fender so i agreed and went to pull it, then i get to register the guy wants to charge me a higher price, i argued with him that i was quoted differently, then i asked for manager and was told he was in a meeting, so i told the register guy to ask the guy across the way to ask him what he quoted and how he did it but he still refused, so they lost a sale over 7.00 $ and a fender which i stript everything off of which now is in a trash can like the guy wanted and a fender thats just gunna get thrown in a pile wow this aint no dealership or new part store, get off your hi horse and keep your word to make a sale. not to mention im going to the Better Buiseness Bureau.
