Got the two-seater, the ride was so much fun. I thought I would only go for an hour and ended up doing 2 hours. The staff is so friendly and helpful. And we thought cars would zoom around us but they were very respectful, even though we were required to drive in the bike lane. Just recommend doing a quick stretch before you start.

Hands down one of my favorite experiences in San Diego! My wife and I have made it a monthly date to bike Coronado, such a great bike rental shop! Highly recommended

Have a blast with the family and rent a bicycle or a surrey from 2-6 people. I consider this outing cheap for an hour. 1.5 hours will be optimum which could include a quick bite or 20 minute coffee break.A 2- mile ride along the boardwalk is an awe-inspiring savoir-faire.Adult and child size bicycles are available. A surrey of 6 may appear safe but you got to have stamina and strength. If its too many folk or too much weight it may become arduous instead of fun.savoir faire.Actually the best activity pre-pandemic, in-pandemic and surely to bless any family onward in-time.I hope Holland Bikes continues to be prosperous.

They were so great! We were able to find parking in their lot just before 10am on a spring Saturday with perfect weather. They got 4 of us fitted on bikes with no wait in under 10 minutes. And they provided suggestions for where we could go and stop along the way. Love that they dont nickel and dime you for baskets and locks like Rays Rental did to us in Mission Beach. They were so helpful in answering our questions - truly great customer service!

Best place to rent on Coronado. Inexpensive, great customer service.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. I rented a little kid trailer and then later a child sized bike. Both were in near new condition and we experienced no issues on our ride. Reasonable prices considering where we were. Would recommend for your stay on Coranado island.

They make it so easy to hop on and explore Coronado Island. Im NOT an avid biker. So I went in there, told them what I wanted - bike for someone not used to biking a lot - and they hooked me up with EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. So fuss/complications. I was in San Diego for 2 days and a friend recommended biking on Coronado Island to the Pacific. The was the best possible use of my time. I actually came back the next day and spent my time doing the same thing. It was beautiful, peaceful. Holland Bikes gave me one less travel detail to worry about. Its the only way to do San Diego in my opinion. They have options for families, couples and singles. For the amount of joy derived from this venture, this is a STEAL of a deal.

This the best place to rent out bikes. They have lots of choices on the bikes to rent. The staff were helpful and friendly. If you are under 18, youll have to wear a helmet. The helmets were cool looking, at least my daughter didnt mind wearing it. We rode the surrey bike that sits 5 people. It was quite the workout but fun. There was a nice breeze off the bay too.

The store opened early and we were able to get one of the surrey bike for two people. Tyler was very helpful to us. The store will give you a 10% if you are in the military. They have a great wide selection of bikes. Very good service!

Nice place to rent bikes. They had a great half day price which gave us 4 hours of the bike rental. The bikes came with the helmet, basket and bike lock included in the price. This is a great way to get around Coranado Island for the day!

The bike rental experience was fine--it was quick, easy, and priced as promised. However, myself being a cyclist with a nice bike at home, the rental bikes were awful and had major issues with cross-chaining and shifting (I had to show my companion how to get around this). We showed up early in the day (on a Sunday), which was good, because there was quite a queue when we returned the bikes 2-3 hours later.

We love renting the bikes for a hour and taking our out of state families/friends around the Bay in Coronado. Comfortable biking and beautiful scenery!

Rented an Electra Beach Cruiser with gears. The ride was smooth and comfortable. The gears were very easy to use. A bike lock was included with the rental, allowing me freedom to sit on the beach for a bit or grab an icecream.

The best place to rent a bike in Coronado. $7-$8 per hour. Very friendly staff. Coronado is a great place to go for a bike ride. Mostly flat surface and lots of bike lanes.

Good service but first Tandem we received had crooked rear handle bars and seat. We had to return the bike and replace with a different. However service was great despite bad bike, just would have been good to check it a bit better next time.

The staff here are tops. We rented a Surrey on the hottest day in San Diego this summer and found it was way too hot to pedal about ten minutes later. Brought it back expecting to pay a half hour and they gave it to us no charge. Thats some top level customer service.

This is by far the best bike rental place on Coronado. The pricing is great and you ride out right onto the path to see a great view of the water and coronado bridge. Everytime Ive gone weve done 30 minutes on the 6 seater bike and its been plenty of time.

My wife and I rented bikes here to bike the Bayshore Bikeway from Coronado to Imperial Beach. This bike shop was the perfect place to rent bikes, helmets, and a lock. The bikes were in great condition, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place!

I had a nice two hour bike ride and when I took the bike back there was a sand tax. They said I rode in the sand and had to pay another $10. You rent bike next to a beach and you charge for sand on the bike that is outrageousness, I paid $25 for 2 hours and your sand tax is a rip off. Buyer beware
