Huge selection! Ive been dreaming of a Brompton for 10 years and found them here. Was able to test and compare between the electric and non-electric bicycles. Enjoyed it so much that even my husband wanted one. Ordered 2 of them in November and had them delivered to Vegas before Christmas. Everyone at the store was so nice and knowledgeable. If I need anything, I just call and get the best customer service even all the way in Vegas! Jake is the best!

After checking several bikes. I finally decided to get two bikes for me and my husband. They have great customer service performance. They are friendly and they have all type of equipment that will adapt to your needs and bikes!They have good deals as of Bike rentals and a service place where you can get air or fix your bike around the corner!

Ive been thinking about buying a bicycle since I sold my car three months ago. After researching bike shops online, I decided that Holland Bicycles on Orange Avenue was the place to go to. Although their inventory is quite low because everyone is buying a bike, partly because of the pandemic, I found a beautiful, single speed bike. Nelson was great in assisting me in the purchase of the bike and the accessories I wanted. If youre looking for a bicycle, this is the place to go to.

Since moving to the island about a month ago, my wife and I have wanted to get bikes. Neither of us have any knowledge on what style bike would fit us best. Awesome shop with even better employees. I’ve had amazing service every time I go. I recently bought a bike from them. At the time of purchase I was under the impression it would take several days to build my bike (it just came in shipment). I ended up picking it up the very next day. Fast forward several weeks. My bottom bracket was making some noise. I brought it it and they fixed it within an hour. I live 45 min away from the shop and I definitely don’t mind 90 min of driving for service like this. We had a fantastic helpful, patient, and friendly young man (approx 511 tan, w/ black-, just past ears curly hair who said he was 20 yrs old.) A great listener/ pretty great salesperson, also! (Sorry we didnt get his name.)But a nicer person you couldnt ask to meet; he did all but pull out my wallet to convince me of the quality of my wifes new Specialized Crossroads 2.0 (step thru). It also didnt hurt that the store great availability & options for wife so she could pick the Lillac color bike & in the size, she needed.All respect to our young man-- Lucas finished up the billing but were well on our way to buy after our salesmans help for our session!Nice, well stocked store, w/ a friendly staff 2; for our visit, all of which we are very thankful for! 👏👏👏👏

I am so impressed with the level of customer service from the staff at Hollands Bicycles. There was a delay on my bike order and they offered a free bike rental until mine arrived to their shop. They are the only Brompton reps in San Diego.The sales rep was very good.Lucas was very knowledgeable of product and answered all questions.We received nice T shirts. Side note: Adrenaline bikes did not even offer a shirt after spending a lot on a custom bicycle.The location and setting up was very bad.No close parking, we had to park 3 blocks away.We stood in line outside the shop to speak with Lucas.We were in a crowded sidewalk with diners to the front and behind us and tons of foot traffic.We had to go to the front of the store and then walk to the back of the store several times.You had to go around 3 businesses to either front or back.There was a lot of traffic and not safe for a good demo ride.I think after spending $5k+ dollars, your bike should be set up within an hour.The battery can be charged at a later time or just charge for an hour.Picking up the bike, we had to wait for a delivery truck and a rental truck to vacate the alley.Yes, we were picking up our expensive bicycles in an alley.The location is terrible.The best thing to improve is location.Trek superstore in San Marcos allows a specific number of customers into the store and they have a huge parking lot to park and to demo bicycles safely.I cannot recommend this store.

I was lucky enough that they have the Specialized Allez in the size and color Ive been dreaming for. Drove down there from LA to pick it up on Sunday and they even replaced the front brake of my sons Rockhopper (I didnt buy from them) for FREE!!! Kade did a really good job! Their staff in the front store or repair room are so friendly and professional. Karl and Nelson were cool! I didnt get a chance to ride my new Allez until last night but found the front derailleur is not working properly. So hard to press and almost impossible to shift while riding. Emailed them this morning and got response quickly. Then Tyler called me. Guess what, we went over the issue, he called me again through FaceTime, I put my phone on a tripod so he could see I work on the derailleur, he taught me step by step, we fixed it and solved the problem!!! I later got another email from the owner Karl saying if the issue still there, I can take it to local bike shop and he will reimburse me for all expenses! I hope all bike shops in LA have the same attitude and enthusiasm these guys in Hollands Bicycle have!! Thumbs up for Hollands Bike!!!

Just the best service Ive had anywhere in a long time. Everyone that helped me in my new bike purchase was awesome. I worked in a local San Diego bike shop in the mid 90s and have always tried to go above and beyond for the customer. Thats the great service I received at Hollands Bike shop.

I have been cycling for 40 years and have bought a number of quality racing and touring bikes, so, this experience is framed with considerable experience in bike shops. More specifically, Jacob answered my questions patiently professionally and knowledgeably and to his credit when I had a question he could not answer hed find someone on the Holland team who did know the answer and get me the answers quickly. Holland’s carries Top quality Brands & products at all price levels and they have inventory to sell (not easy to do in this pandemic). The Sales staff was committed to matching me to the right bike (shout out to Jacob Nault!). The Ops/Service team committed to setup the bike quickly, with great communication on when it would be ready, and with the right instruction on pickup. I am now a committed fan of Holland’s bikes because the Holland’s Team earned it.

I took my cruiser in to get a tire and tube replaced. The workers greeted me quickly and were very friendly. They checked the tire for damage and couldn’t find any so only replaced the tube. It was fast and efficient.

Took my commuter in for a flat change and there was an issue with ther service that I noticed a few days later. I emailed the shop and Tyler got back to me within an hour. I brought the bike back and the issue was sorted out in a day and I got the bike back better than ever. Very impressed by the level of professionalism at this shop and I look forward to giving them my business in the future. Well done!

I just dropped off my brompton bike yesterday and was very pleased with patience of the service and parts staff. They took my name and phone number and estimated 3 days or so, great. Only strange thing is they dont give you a receipt when taking possession of your property? This is my second time using them so, Im sure it will work out fine again. Good vibes all around. Thanks

We were unable to find the bike in any shop in Los Angeles...once I located it at your store, it was smooth sailing....you offered me options for pick up or shipping and even thought we communicated on email only, it was extremely seamless and easy!! 100% satisfied!! Thank you!

Expected some sort of service for the purchase. Was told that when I arrived it would be fitted to me, that was not the case. Was handed the bike with no paperwork or history. Receipt had it labeled as repair so not sure if it was a new bike or repaired. Not to mention the carbon blemishes were horrible. Website had generic description, which should’ve been a major key indicator of quality. Paid 3,000k for something I believe should’ve been discounted, not to mention the lack of customer service. Don’t recommend and will never shop here again!! Should’ve bought from the manufacturer.

They have bikes for purchase and rent, but the customer service could be better.We are visiting and rented six bikes for our large family. We didnt really know how to get to the bike trail or how to best see the island. A bit of direction would have been helpful.

When my main source of transportation failed they championed the warranty issue of a bike I purchased somewhere else and even provided temporry solutions to keep me riding until the permenant replacement arrived. High quality products. Great selection. But the best part is the amazing customer service. You get treated better than family here. Lucas helped me out the couple of times I was there and he treated me like we’ve know each other for years. I felt right at home and comfortable. When customer service is this great, nothing else matters. No comparison. And having such an amazing assortment of Electra bikes and products doesn’t hurt!

So after having bike come loose from my bike rack and getting dragged behind my car, I visited Holland’s and met with Nelson and his team for replacement parts. These guys were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in helping me get my bike back in shape. Great selection of rental bikes and for purchase bikes. Good prices on rentals (not sure on for sale), great service - friendly, helpful and professional.Tip - this location is open until 7. Their other location (Hollands Bikes and More) at Ferry Center closes at 5:00 or 5:30 so if you plan to bike the whole trail around the bay, 7 pm gives you a little more margin - and we needed it!

Have to write a review. Shop is very neat clean orderly friendly knowledgeable. This was my fiances and my experience. We fist looked at the selection of bikes that were available as were are avid riders and were looking for something similar to what we were used to. We happily found two bikes that fit the bill. We were 13 miles into our 20 mile ride and I realized I had a soft tire. Luckily there was a CO2 cartridge and tube in the pouch below the seat. UNFORTUNATELY after I replaced the tube and put it on the bike I realized they provided the wrong adapter to be able to put air in the tire. I called the store just needing the right adapter or a hand pump. they were going to be there in ten minutes. After 28 minutes a gentlemen arrived with another bike!! Not at all what I was expecting or wanted. Also keep in mind it took 10 minutes to take tire off bike change out tube and re-install before I called. Come to find out he did not have a hand pump on the truck. Thats a standard tool for a bike repair truck. The bike I was now given had balloon tires on it and a seat as hard as wood. I rode this bike back. I had to stand up several times because the seat was so hard. I understand that these things happen and I wouldnt have written this review if 1. there was a pump to pump up my tire on the truck or 2 we were given some sort of discount for our troubles. I let the gentleman know what happened when we handed our bikes in and he still charged us the full amount.

I like to start off by saying how disappointing my experience was at this shop. Before making my purchase, I went to a couple of different shops and finally decided to come back here and order my bike. The salesman was really friendly and cool, he mentioned my bike would arrive in a couple of days and I would get a call. More than a couple days went by when I called the store and had to inquire about my order. The gentleman told me it was ready for pick up so I went ahead showed up and picked up my new bike. I was very excited that I decided to go ahead and take it out for a spin I went back home and by the time I got there I realize that the front rim was a bit “wobbly” I called back and told him about my situation and he told me they take care of it as long as I brought it back to the store. So I drove back to Coronado and got this taken care of. The next day I go to use my bike and I see that my “lockout” dial was not working. This means I’ll have to make another trip back to the store. I know this may be a One off incident but I feel like most of this could’ve been prevented if they Had built my bike properly the first time. I’ll probably be back at the store because they have a good inventory but my experience was definitely not fun. I would advise everybody to check their bikes100% before they take her off from the store.

Wasnt what I expected. I own a bike shop and its often hard to find service as good as my own guys. Its what I expect from my staff but its never what I get when I travel to other bike shop except at Hollands. The services guys were extremely friendly, put my wifes bike on the stand right away and got it tweaked in 10min so we could keep riding all day. Fantastic!

Ordered online. They cancelled the order without ANY communication. I could have been in a real pickle if I had waited a week and a half for delivery, luckily I checked the status after 2 days. They said the tire was mispriced and obviously was not correct (with shipping etc the order was roughly 50% off). companies do 50% off sells all the time. I did not see it as a mis-price but rather that they were listing low and charging a ton for shipping. This company does not care. Probably different if you are local, but they couldnt care less if you are shopping online with them.

The quality of staff and product are simply the best. Never disappointed doing business with them. I literally drive an entire state away to do business with this location. Thanks for taking good care of us.

If youre going to be in Coronado for a few hours, a stop at Hollands Bicycles is a requirement! This Coronado main-stay not only has an incredible selection of bikes for riders of all ability levels, they also provide the nicest rentals in town. Renting a bike for a short time (an hour to an afternoon) is a great way to explore this little island community, and the folks at Hollands are just the ones to take care of you. Theyre so knowledgeable, friendly and just embody the island life that is this little bedroom community. Theyll give you recommendations, maps, whatever you need and the equipment they rent is, far and above, superior to any other youll find elsewhere. The shop also sells new bikes of literally all sizes and previously loved bikes, equipment, helmets and lots of things that the avid cyclist as well as casual user might require. Their service department is second-to-none and is the reason I purchase all our family bikes here. The store services everything they sell as long as I own it. If youre in Coronado, stop in and give Hollands a look. They really do have something for everybody...
