I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt the need to express the great service of this company. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years. They always clean up after the job is done which is something other companies don’t always do. Great prices and always work with my schedule. They are very professional 10/10 recommend!

I highly recommend West End Pumping for any septic related issue, these guys are professional in their job and in dealing with their customers. I hired West End Pumping for pumping my septic and run inspection camera to make sure the piping has no issues also install rises. Polo came for the job and walk me through the services that he can offer me with the prices. Polo took his time to do the job and was thorough, he didnt mind me interrupting him while he was working and he will stop what he is doing and answer my questions. Polo and his helper completed the job and cleaned the working area before they leftExcellent service and very professional, hire them for your next job.

West End Pumping is the best septic company. They are always on time and do excellent and clean work. Other companies leave a mess after the job, but West End Pumping always makes sure to clean up afterwards. Amazing service

Short version: West End Pumping is the absolute best septic service company in Southern California!Long version: I moved into my house about 3 years ago and had no information know the septic tank. Called several companies for pricing of locating the tank, digging out the lids, pumping the tank and installing risers. I received quotes of way over $1,000. I called West End Pumping and they said they would come by to look at my yard and give me a quote. They were much less than all other quotes. On the day of the pumping, they were extremely punctual, very courteous, and respected my house and yard to the point where it seemed like they were working on their own house.Half way through, they discovered that my septic tank had been damaged at some point and someone tried to repair it but failed miserably. They gave me 2 options, they could fix it and it would be much better than the previous repair or they could replace the whole tank. Unfortunately I was not in a position to replace the tank so I had them fix the problem. Fearing a huge addition to the bill, they only charged me a fraction more for the additional labor and materials.They ended up digging out 3/4 of my septic tank, removing all of the dirt, framing, and pouring concrete to form a new top to my tank, covering the damaged portion. They also installed risers on my tank so future work will be much easier to complete. I am extremely picky and I have to say they I was blown away by how well these guys treated me and my property. I will be using West End Pumping for all of my septic tank needs from here on out. And I will recommend the to anyone that is looking for help with their septic systems.Also, my son absolutely LOVES trucks and tractors. They brought in a mini excavator to dig the hole and actually let him dig some of the dirt and showed him how to use it! Like I said, I was blown away with how they treated me. Other companies can learn how customers should be treated from these guys.
