***update. I am changing my rating from 4 stars to 5. My neighbor recently used him and he was right on time. Even was able to come out same day***This was the second company we had out in a matter of 3 days. The first company said he couldnt get down the drive way (his truck was too big).Reliable didnt even second guess it. He swooped right in and was able to swerve around the rocks and house with no issues. Very nice guy and willing to answer questions.Im only docking 1 star because he wasnt on time.But price, quality, honesty, and friendliness is all 5 stars.

Jessie was on time, efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. Being a curious person (because I have never owned a home with a septic tank before), I stuck around and watched. He explained everything as he worked and educated me on how to keep my septic system functioning at 100% between now and his next visit - which I will DEFINITELY be calling him back to handle.Thank-you, Jessie!

I never thought I would find having my septic pumped to be such a pleasant experience but it certainly was. Jessie the owner operator was amazing! He came right away. He was very efficient and neat. He cleaned everything spotless. He has a wonderful heart and went way beyond to help. I knew nothing about septics. He spent a lot of time to educate me. He showed me everything to do with the septic. He did extra services which he refused to charge me for. I will never use anyone else. Customer for life.

Im a new home owner in the canyon area with a septic system. Reliable Septic was recommended to me from some of my neighbors when I first moved into the area. Jesse is a great guy that really gave the time to walk me through how the system works and how best to maintain the system moving forward. Highly recommended.In regards to the flood of 1 star reviews recently, they are all within a 24 hour period. I suspect something is going on here to try to damage the companys reputation.

We purchased a house which has a Septic tank, we ran into some problems and were not sure if the Septic tank was full, we called a Septic company which prices were overrated. We called Reliable Jesse came out on a Saturday the same day that we called him and was honest with us and informed us of what we really needed to be done and he gave us a reasonable price. Jessie was awesome! He came out, fixed our tank, cleaned it, even stayed until 7pm and didnt mind moving his truck when it was needed. Very reliable and great service!

I called so many other companies that werent honest or willing to educate me on my tank and my the issues. Jesse was willing to explain my problem and help me understand what it would take to get this issue resolved. Not only are they very reasonably priced, they are THE BEST when it comes to not selling you something you dot need. They are true professionals and have a lot of integrity.
