Awful experience with this company. After my house fell through, they were supposed to reach out to me to return earnest money. They didnt and instead blocked my email, my realtors email, and didnt return voicemails. After holding my earnest money for over a week, they fedexed it back with both names on the check, making it so I couldnt access the funds until my fiancé was back in town (the money came from my account). All in all, I lost precious time buying a house and missed opportunities on bidding. Will never use them again.

Horrible customer service and communication with my lending team and my broker thru my purchase. Claims that I never responded, when they never contacted me. And when it came to settlement, feet were drug, and the title was not recorded. Had to wait another full business day (and weekend) to finally hear at 7pm that it was done. Cost me rescheduling rentals for moving as well as deliveries of appliances. Horrible!
