AT&T U-Verse is the worst service I have had in my life. While the service technicians are very kind, helpful and responsive, the Customer service team is the worst. There are too many departments and too many people that do not know how to help resolve issues. I have spent countless hours on the phone with AT&T and after 1-1/2 years, still have problems. I do not recommend anything with AT&T.
