Max did an excellent job cleaning our large area rug, and getting out the urine stains left behind by our Maltese. Max was extremely responsive coming out late on a Friday afternoon, and again on Sunday. He was determined to get the stains out, and he did!! We were amazed and so grateful for his hard work! Five star rating with this company! Very professional work and great customer service! Max, the owner is great to work with in getting your carpet restored. We were having allergy issues and felt it was due to previous tenants lack of cleaning. Lots of pet hair removed from carpet. I just sat for awhile after he finished, just to breathe in fresh air. It was amazing the transformation and well worth the money spent.

Dogwood Cleaning was top notch. They came out evaluated our needs, timeline and the result was amazing. Not only did our floors look great, but our furniture and rugs were all cleaned as well. We had Dogwood come out for an upholstery cleaning on our large basset sectional. Max was prompt and courteous. He discussed our needs and gave us a very reasonable estimate. Our couch was pretty dirty and took Max significantly longer to clean than expected. Max spent the extra time and did an absolutely amazing job. He restored our couch back to almost new! He didn’t charge any extra for the extra time, supplies and labor even though he spent twice as much time as he normally would have needed because of the condition of our couch. Dogwood is the most professional company that I have ever worked with. I would recommend them for any carpet/upholstery cleaning needs. They are more than reasonable, prompt and do a fantastic job. They have customers for life in us!

Max works miracles! My son drew on my mom’s carpet with a red permanent Sharpie. Other carpet cleaning companies told me they could not guarantee that they could get it out and could not come until the following week. Max offered same day service and explained that the carpet type would determine if it would come out. He was willing to come out within 3 hours. He spent 30 minutes here and the stain is GONE! He’s professional, friendly, and cares about what he does. I would definitely hire him again (and I’m sure with my son we will have a few more stains needed Max’s help)!

I called 2 other carpet cleaners and left messages and never heard back. Dogwood Cleaners picked up on the first attempt.
