We have used Carolina Carpet Cleaning several times now. Each and every time the service was great! Our elderly dog vomited on his (our) favorite recliner and Steve got the stain and odor out. We thought we were going to have to landfill the chair, but it looks like new now. Yesterday, Jason came and cleaned several area rugs and our bedroom wall to wall. He was prompt and took his time in cleaning all the carpets. CCC is my go-to carpet and upholstery cleaner.

This is the third time we have used Carolina Carpet Cleaning. We have dogs, so you can imagine the issues that come up. They cleaned two of our large Persian rugs before. Picked them up and delivered back after doing very thorough cleans. This time, well, it was two couch cushions that they took care of in record time. Thankfully. I will always use them for those things that need prompt and careful attention.

We had a section of carpet that was stained red and nothing we tried would remove even the slightest bit of the stain. We reached out to Carolina Carpet Cleaning and they said they could patch the carpet no problem at all. Andy came out to our house and used some of the extra carpeting we had in the attic. He was in and out within 30 minutes and did a phenomenal job. You cannot tell at all the carpet has been repaired. Andy was super friendly and professional and obviously an expert at his job. Ive used two other companies in the past. They werent bad, but I often felt that I had to push them to do a good job. With Carolina Carpet Cleaning I didnt need to push at all. They did a detailed and thorough cleaning. I like that they prep the carpets by vacuuming them first and I like that they use a pre-treatment as part of their basic service. (Not every company does this as part of their basic service.) I had some pretty nasty stains on some white area rugs but now they look great. I would highly recommend this company.

We hired these folks to stretch old carpet, clean carpet which had a number of serious stains on it, and clean the grout in our bathrooms and laundry room. The only item of those 3 done well was the carpet stretching. The stains didnt come out of the carpet after it was cleaned. My husband went behind the carpet cleaner, used a product from the grocery store and the stains are almost completely gone. The grout cleaner made marks all over several freshly painted walls with his cleaning hose, took a lot of new paint off the trim, and chipped the bathroom floor tile. The company did send someone to repair the damage but it took several phone calls and 2 trips by the man who fixed it - extremely inconvenient for us to deal with. Also, the grout was not very clean. I ended up finding a product left behind by the company who installed the tile 19 years ago that worked much better. Like my husband and the carpet, I had to follow behind the cleaning folks to get a decent result. I believe Chris came out and estimated the costs of the services and he seemed very nice. The gentleman in the office who responded when we called about the damages was also nice and worked quickly to get the repair man out to fix the damage. However, because of the poor job cleaning the carpet, the poor job cleaning grout and the damage done to the walls and floor, I cannot recommend this company.

Chris and his team did a great job with 3 treasured area rugs. I forgot how bright and colorful they were until cleaned. I couldnt be happier with their service and professionalism. 10/10 would recommend.

I moved into a new apartment and the carpets were OK but dirty. Couple stains, hair everywhere. I moved in on December 30th so with the holiday I wasnt sure when Id be able to get someone out. I had an appointment the morning of the 3rd and it went great - the guy was clean, professional and respectful. Did a great job and the carpets look like new.I would definitely recommend these guys. They offer other services like upholstery and whatnot but I didnt do any of them so I dont have a review at this time - maybe someday.If youre in the upper Charlotte area (Cornelius, Huntersville, Davidson) definitely give these guys a call if youre looking for a stress-free carpet cleaning experience.

When Andy saw what kind of tack-strips had been used before, he realized that he needed something different. He volunteered to return with the new supplies on his own time and at no extra charge. Jason cleaned our white carpet of 13 years of spills and stains. Even the stairs! I highly recommend them and will use them again.

The experience was fantastic. They cleaned the original white carpets weve had for 10 years. I recently had to get down low on the carpets looking for the back of my wifes earings and I still couldnt believe how clean and white they were. Service was excellent. Prompt and on time, and I would recommend this company to anybody. Dont clip coupons for a cheaper, second rate job. Get the best!

These guys have done great work for me in the past but most recently I had a bad experience.Cleaning solution was spilled all over my hardwoods and not cleaned up, a lamp was knocked over and several pieces broke off and furniture was not moved back to its appropriate location. Upon calling, I received an apology but I really feel that since my lamp was damaged and I had to have my hardwoods cleaned, a monetary or service concession should have been offered.Unfortunately I probably wont use Carolina Carpet Cleaning again, as it doesnt seem that they are interested in retaining repeat customers.

My fur baby chewed the carpet which separated the hardwood flooring from the bedroom carpet, two bedrooms actually. The carpet was matched beautifully. If you knew about the damage and looked really hard you maybe could tell where the repairs were done. Great job!!!!

I paid for 3 area rugs to be taken and cleaned and then returned before I moved overseas. They did take the rugs, and bring them back rolled up and ready to load into the moving truck, but they dont seem cleaned at all. Theres nothing I can do because I didnt find out until my stuff arrived 6 months later in another country. My rug stinks of wet dog and has obvious dirty patches on it. And thats after leaving it to air out outside in the sun. A waste of money.

Sadly disappointed with the service experience I had with CCC on December 8. I was referred to CCC by my father who used the cleaning service for his carpet and tile cleaning and he was very pleased and I even thought his floors looked amazing. So, I decided to call and give them a first time try, as I usually use another well known company, but Im always willing to try new services. Unfortunately, I have been too busy to write a review any sooner than now.I hired CCC to clean my carpets in 2 rooms of my home (one being the hall) since the rest of my home is hardwood. On December 8, CCC showed at my home where I had removed all but 3 pieces of furniture and the young cleaner helped me with moving those. He proceeded to spray my floors with a liquid solution, but didnt explain what the solution was then proceeded to clean the carpets. I was in another room while he was working and he was very quick to move through the rooms and job when I noticed he had his dirty sneakers on the whole time with no shoe slip covers as most would where. I couldnt believe it. When he finished he collected my money, but didnt ask what I thought about the job and if everything looked okay. He was nice, yet not experienced and not trained to deal with customers properly.After he left, I walked around to check out the carpet and it looked horrible and definitely was not worth the $130 I paid. My floor was completely drenched which I find unusual, as if water was not vacuumed up at all. It took forever to dry and it looked exactly as it did before he arrived to clean it. My carpet is not old, nor has stains. Its not even white, its beige and I clean it often, but it still looked dirty in the traffic areas that should have been easily steamed up with an industrial system. Since the cleaning I have not heard from CCC not one time. Not one call or email to follow up and ask me how my service was and if I am satisfied with the results. No survey sent to me to ask for my feedback...NOTHING. I am so disappointed in this company, the cleaning process is a hoax, customer service is non-existent, and you are completely overcharged to be treated like an imbecile. I will not be using Carolina Carpet Cleaning in the future and something they have not learned in the business of serving customers obviously is, word of mouth can make or break you.
