To say I am not a fan of going to the dentist, is an understatement. My recent experience with Swisher Dental and Dr. Thai has eased my anxiety by 100%. From the moment i sat in the chair, Dr. Thai listened to my concerns, calmed me down and thoroughly explained my options. Over the course of the next 4 visits, before each step of the procedure she calmly explained what she was going to do. She cared about my discomfort and made my visits as stress free as possible. Thank you Dr. Thai and team.

I had a great experience today at Swisher Dental. I have significant dental anxiety and have had trouble finding providers that know how to handle me. Dr. Thais associate dentist was great and his assistant was even better! They both allowed me to take breaks when I need, were attentive to my concerns and made me laugh more than a few times which helped calm my nerves. I have found my dental home now and know I will be in good hands.

330 appointment. Waited 30 minutes and left. No one bothered to let me know if I was forgotten or not. No call yet. I gave the office a second chance because Dr Thai is good. Unfortunately her support staff is not.

I have been going to Swisher Dental for 8 years now! Dr. Thai was recommended to me by a co-worker and I have been so pleased. Dr. Thai is incredibly thorough and has a gentle touch! The entire staff is very pleasant at every appointment. I couldnt recommend them enough!

I had 3 teeth prepped for crowns on January 27, I paid everything in full. On the day when my crowns were supposed to be seated they called 20 minutes before my appointment that they do not have the crowns. Very thoughtful to call a patient 20 minutes before their appointment when I had to take off work for that appointment. After that i didnt hear back from them. I called a few days ago to see what is going on, they said they will call the lab, still no call back. It has been over 2 weeks. What a disappointment!

I came to Dr. Thai, as a new patient, seeking a consultation for a cracked molar with an abscess. Her staff did an excellent job of being friendly, compassionate and professional, especially Camilla. She was extremely careful and thorough in taking all of the necessary x-rays for Dr. Thai to assess the severity of my situation. Dr. Thai gave me a THOROUGH examination and presented me with ALL the treatment options, along with the pros and cons of each. She was also happy to answer the MANY questions I had. I appreciated Dr. Thais sincere concern, thoroughness and her definite professional advice on treatment. Called this morning needing an emergency appointment because of 2 loose bridges! They understood the issue, and the fact that I couldn’t eat on either side because of this, and they got me In within an hour! Swisher Dental is one of the best practices around. I only wish I would have found this dental office when my old dentist in Lewisville retired. My experience at Swisher Dental was by far the best dental experience Ive ever had! The staff was very knowledgeable, welcoming, and kind. With this being my first visit, I look forward to my next.I recommend Doctor Thai and her awesome staff!

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with this place. I called before making an appointment to confirm they took my insurance. They said yes, when I arrived I confirmed again. Then after getting a plan together for dental work they told me how much I owe and what insurance will cover. I paid my half up front. I had 3 visits with them before I was told that they dont accept my insurance. AFTER the crown was placed, at the very end of the appointment. So I didnt even have the opportunity to figure things out. I saw them 3 times before they told me!! Then the bite was off on my crown, I confirmed that I wouldnt be charged. I reminded the receptionist that my insurance was not accepted, but it was a follow up on the work I paid for. She made me feel stupid saying yes they do take my insurance, and who would tell me otherwise. (The Dr told me) after several minutes of back and forth with them and whoever they talked to on the headset, she confirmed that yes they dont take my insurance. So I was about to be quoted a wrong price AGAIN. So now I owe almost $5,000 and I still have a bite that is too high on the crown. So not only did I get screwed financially, Im still not able to eat on that side of my mouth. I can feel how uneven my bite is. Its incredibly frustrating.

I shattered a molar one night. Im from Mississippi and a travel nurse working in Texas, so purely on Google reviews I chose Swisher Dental. I was prepared to have to wait a day or more when I called because there was no pain involved. I couldnt have been more surprised. Not only was I brought in that day, but the kindness and professionalism of the staff and Dr Thai was amazing. I was treated like I had been a patient and friend for years. Dr Thai was very thorough and so very gentle. Once she examined me she presented a plan and her staff worked with me on all the particulars. She has placed a crown there since then and she and her staff went above and beyond on working with my crazy schedule and life. It has been a true treasure to find care like this. As a nurse I also watch very closely for cleanliness and sterility in procedures and found them to be faultless. I couldnt recommend anyone more. A truly positive experience.

I am a college student pursuing dentistry as a career, so I shadowed Dr. Thai for a couple days. I was so impressed at how Dr. Thai treated her patients, and at how well she worked together with her team. Dental work can be intimidating most of the time, but Dr. Thai and her team always explained exactly what they were doing, and made sure their patients were reassured and cared for. There is a very light-hearted atmosphere, and the patients always left very pleased. It was a great experience for me as well!

If there were a way to give Swisher Dental 100 or more stars, I definitely would! I love my dentist, and all her staff! Dr. Thai is amazing! A true expert in her field! I’ve always been anxious about dental work, but not anymore! She, and her staff go out of their way to make sure I’m more than comfortable, and feel no pain. (If you’re anxious about having dental work done, Dr. Thai is the dentist you need!) I was embarrassed about the condition of my teeth, but they have all been so reassuring to me. The staff is very friendly. They have TV you can watch while youre in the chair. I have been there at least three times and I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes tops in the waiting room. I had a cleaning and some xrays done. Dr. Thai went over all the problem teeth on a computer screen and showed me the areas of decay so I could see for myself. We worked out a treatment plan. I am half way through the plan but so far I have had a few teeth filled and a crown placed. So far so good. No problems with pain. The crown fits nicely. Dr. Thai makes sure to keep an open line of communication throughout the procedures and you could tell she wants to make sure you are completely satisfied with the work. She is one of the best dentists I have been to so far because of the nice staff, nice atmosphere, and thorough service. I appreciate you guys and hope you keep up the awesome work!

Ive been seeing Dr. Thai for years. I live in Houston now but I make sure I get my biannual cleaning and check up with her because I dont believe I can get better service and treatment ANYWHERE else. She TRULY cares about the well-being of your dental health.In addition, the office is a beautiful and relaxing place to visit. Dr. Thai is the best dentist I have ever used. Her staff is marvelous and knows how to treat patients. Dr. Thai herself is knowledgeable, offers different options for treatment and delivers the chosen treatment in a kind and caring way. She always checks to be sure her patient is still feeling OK and makes sure you know what will be done BEFORE she begins. I will not use another dentist and have recommended her to family, friends and strangers (my waitress one night who mentioned she needed a GOOD dentist!). My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Swisher Dental in Corinth, TX. The entire staff from Leslie, the Office Manager, Sarah the Dental Assistant, and Dr. Suzanne Thai the Dentist, everyone was wonderful. They are all very personable and they took the time to get to know us. They also took the extra time to sit down and explain the treatments we both needed along with the cost so there would be no surprises later when it came to pay. We have never had experiences like these at any other dentist office. Other offices just get you in and out without any of these extra touches. We have finally found our dentist office and will recommend them to everyone!!

Wow! The reviews were RIGHT! In my search for a new dentist I was hitting road block after road block. When I contacted Swisher Dental I was weary from all of the phone calls between dentist offices and my insurance company to find someone that would accept my insurance and was rated highly. Swisher Dental was the FIRST office to offer to stop the phone tag and call my insurance company to iron out things for me. After I made my first appointment I had an emergency issue with two broken molars and I was brought in the following morning even though the schedule for the office was tight. I was filled with anxiety as I had never had to go to a dentist while in distress or when in pain. I was treated so well by EVERYONE from the front desk to Dr. Thai. The staff recalled personal details I had given them like my work schedule, past experiences and what I was hoping to accomplish when seeing Dr. Thai---even a couple of days later! I was seen in the office timely and spent almost 3 hours there but not a minute of it was due to delays by the staff or Dr. Thai....they were getting down to work! The atmosphere was just what I needed to calm my fears and apprehension. In fact, truth be told, I shared quite a few laughs with the staff and Dr. Thai. Did I like getting two crowns? Heck no....but I left feeling such relief. On my way out of the office I even asked for a couple of hugs from the precious ladies that worked there to relay my appreciation of their kindness. That very same day I referred a co-worker to Dr. Thais office and they made an appointment.

By far, Dr. Thai is the best dentist Ive ever known. She has done a lot of work on me and its all been perfect. Her staff is amazing too. Recently, my 10 year old daughter had 3 fillings and a sealant. (Like me) she has anxiety about a lot of things, but because of Dr. Thai and her gentle loving staff, my daughter stayed calm and did great!

Always a great experience. Staff is very kind and small town friendly in a big city, and I even received tips on making homemade cranberry sauce just in time for thanksgiving. Wife also goes here and loves it. They have always done an excellent job.

Dr. Thai is a wonderful dentist! The staff is very friendly, which makes it very relaxing knowing everyone each time I arrive. She worked out a treatment plan for my husband and myself which was very reasonable and our teeth look great! I am relieved that my kids finally have a dentist they love to see for cleanings and other situations like a tooth that has to come out every now and then. I am so appreciative of Dr. Thai and her staff at Swisher Dental! My mom is visiting from Taiwan and she had dental problems that could not wait until she got back home. My mom has an extreme fear of seeing dentists, but she felt safe with Dr. Thai. Dr. Thai made sure my mom understood everything that is going on and what she needed to do, she also made sure my mom wouldnt feel the pain during the procedure. Dr. Thai took the time to answer all of our questions even though she is super busy, she never tried to rush us or get impatient (we really had A LOT of questions!). I truly believe Dr. Thai went above and beyond what a dentist would do for a patient. She made my mom feel comfortable during her visits (as well as Tanya and Kamilla!) and made sure to follow up and check on my mom several times after the procedure. Best dentist office I have ever been in. And Ive been in a lot. Before finding Dr. Thai. She is amazing. My girls are no longer terrified of the dentist.Her staff is amazing and friendly and so patient.I dont think I could survive without Dr. Thai in my life. And I say that because my mouth is in very bad shape. And she is helping me get it back to healthy again.I recommend her to anyone who lives in this area.

The reception was very friendly, the staff was incredible, the atmosphere was totally comfortable. The only place I have ever given a review on before. You will not be disappointed. I highly highly recommend them. Often times you go to a doctor’s or dentist office and you really like the doctor themself, but then the staff is often unfriendly. NOT HERE! This office is absolutely awesome from the onset of walk-ing in the doors to the outset of leaving. And the follow up calls to make sure you are okay is so personal and wonderful. Ive been a patient here for two years. After a miscommunication with my three-year-old sons pediatric dentist, I decided to switch dentists and try Dr. Thai for him. I was really impressed. The office staff are all very nice, the assistant took time to show my son all the instruments and even let him try them out for himself, and when Dr. Thai saw him, she was very patient and gentle. The dentist and staff are very calm and welcoming which put my son at ease. It was a great experience!

COMPLETELY DISSATISFIEDI have been to this office twice. Both times there was a huge communication problem. I was referred by a family member who is quite happy with Dr Thai. When I called Swisher Dental for the first time to schedule a routine hygiene appointment, they were friendly and eager to get a new patient on the books. A few weeks later when I arrive for my appointment I was given a thorough exam and a treatment plan of some needed dental work, including some fillings. At this appointment the only problem was I did not get my teeth cleaned as I expected. I was told I would have to make a second appointment for that. This made me a little unhappy and I expressed that they should have told me that over the phone when I originally scheduled the appointment. So I made another appointment for the cleaning and also a couple of small fillings. The treatment plan had some major work that needed to be done, as well as fillings, but I told them I would have to wait on that until I could afford it. So I returned for my second appointment and got the cleaning and fillings. At this time I scheduled the next appointment for a routine cleaning.A few weeks later I started having pain and called to get an appointment to have the problem tooth pulled. This extraction was included in the treatment plan given on the first visit. During this call I am told that I will have to go to another dentist office because they don’t do that there. This is the first time I have heard of a dentist who cannot extract a tooth, but I say FINE and I go to an oral surgeon to have the tooth pulled. Now a few months later I am due for the second cleaning so I called the office to find out when my appointment was as I lost track of it. I am told that I was taken off of the books because I told them I was unhappy with their services and I would just find another dentist. The only problem is that I have been unhappy with the lack of explanations regarding what I should expect during either one of the visits, but I was happy with the services. So the receptionist said she would talk to Dr. Thai and find out what was going on. The response to me was Dr. Thai does not think that she and I are a good fit and I should probably find a new dentist. So now I have to find a new dentist wait another month to get in. They lied to me about why I was taken off the books and to top all of that off the tooth that she did the small filling in is starting to hurt again.

Enjoyed my experience here. The staff is always friendly and pleasant to deal with and it is in a comfortable environment.

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Thais office. You can tell that Dr. Thai and her staff really know what theyre doing, and Dr. Thai does a great job of explaining without you having to ask a lot of questions. At this last visit I had gum therapy done (an unpleasant procedure, and sadly not my first time) and it was as close to painless as that kind of procedure can be. I also enjoy the fact that shes so upbeat and conversational, listening to her talk to the hygienist while shes poking around really takes your mind off of whatevers happening.

Ever since I was little, I was always a bit hesitant on going to the dentist due to my experiences with other dentists. When I arrived at Dr. Thai’s office, I was immediately set as ease as her staff greeted me with such kindness as waited comfortably for my appointment. When I met Dr. Thai, I knew I could trust her because of how genuine she was to me, and how thoroughly she explained/educated me on why I needed to have a couple of fillings done.As her sweet dental assistant and Dr. Thai started working on me, I was completely relaxed and could practically fall asleep due to Dr. Thai’s gentle hands and their ability to make me feel comfortable. When the procedure was done, I was very VERY satisfied with her work.Dr. Thai is super talented and worked incredibly fast with the amount of work I had!I was always scared of the dentist, but after my experience with Dr. Thai; a genuine doctor that truly cares for her patients, I am confident on going to the dentist because I know I have truly found a great doctor.

Not having been to a dentist for about 5 years, I am dealing with some extensive work that could have been prevented had I overcome my fear of the dentist chair. I found Swisher Dental on a FaceBook group that highly recommended her office after asking for input on great dentistry. I suffered an abscess over the weekend and reached out to her office during the Super Bowl. They immediately messaged me back. Not only did they answer all of my questions but they came in early for me the next morning to be seen. Being 39 weeks pregnant, I knew that I would have to be referred to a specialist and that ended up being the case. However, my experience at Swisher Dental was amazing. I am highly impressed by not only Dr. Thai, but her staff as well. I was greeted my Shandel and Tanya when I first walked in. Both women went above and beyond for me. Their chairs MASSAGE YOU, GUYS. I was immediately relaxed when I sat down. Dr. Thai came in and checked me out. She told me that she could do the work but would prefer I see a specialist who does only root canals so I could receive the best service possible. She could have just taken my money and not cared about the well being of myself and my unborn child. And with the amount of sheer pain I was in, I would have given it to her. She will be doing my other extensive work that needs to be done and my preventative care as well. Never have I immediately trusted a dentist from the first encounter. Her smile, and non-judgemental attitude towards my fears and self damage done to my mouth made it easy to trust her. I look forward to FINALLY having a forever dentist.______________Side notes:1. My insurance started on the 1st of this month, yet I have not received my card information. Those who have insurance know that it is damn near impossible to get clear information and if you do not call the correct branch, you get nowhere. I was told 5 times that I had to wait 2 weeks to receive any info because my info Wasnt in the system yet. Its funny how they are quick to take our money but dont want to assist further with information.Anyways, Tanya, at the front desk is a complete angel. Explaining my insurance situation, I dont know ANY other employee at a dentist office that has gone as far as to call my insurance agency, and somehow get my group number and information!!!? I had waited 7 days to get info from the HR department and she somehow got my information without me even asking. I thanked her over and over again. These ladies know how to take care of their customers past just the visit.2. Swisher had asked for a release from my midwife to get treatment done. My midwife sent it over during the Super Bowl so the office would have it first thing in the morning. At my appointment today with my midwife, she told me that Dr. Thai had personally called her to ask about me and to discuss possible treatment when she was headed in early for my appointment. I had no idea. What other dentist would go above and beyond like that?? I had no idea they had even spoken. I am just floored by this office and look forward to working with them for many years to come.THANK YOU SWISHER DENTAL TEAM AND DR. THAI!

For this review there really should be 6 stars as Dr. Thai and her staff are a level above excellent. Before going to them I truly hated going to the dentist (I actually had a 9 year gap of visiting dentists) and just thought that was normal. I made it a point to go as little as possible and unfortunately that took a toll on my teeth and it was completely unnecessary. It turns out you just need to find the right one, and even though I have tried several over the years I never knew what a good dentist was until now. If you ask me why I can recommend them so highly all I can say is I have fallen asleep while she was working on my teeth on two different visits. If you can say that about your dentist then great, stay with them. But if you are like I was with previous dentists (peak heart rate and high anxiety during visits) you should give her a try. There is a good way to be a dentist, it doesnt have to be a bad experience, and Dr. Thai and her staff prove it.

Oh my gosh, the dental hygenists, the assistents, the receptionts and of course Dr. THAI are all completely top notch, professional and exceptionally freindly! The equimtment ks state of the art and you can watch tv as yoi are getting work done. Yall you need this fabulous team of dental genuises in your life!

Dr. Thai the best dentist in the dfw area. she greatest experience at the dentist ive ever had. she does a great job and makes you feel very comfortable and will make u want to come back. very positive i recommend Dr. Thai to any one in the dfw area. shes the only dentist i trust and the only dentist i drive from Irving tx to Corinth tx for my dental needs.
