Everything about this office was a great experience from the time I called to schedule. The receptionist was so friendly and welcoming. Zi was amazing, she was so patient, gentle, took the time to explain everything and educate me. I felt my new patient appointment was very thorough. Dr. Alexander was super friendly and also took the time to explain things. Everyone seemed like they enjoy their job and care about their patients. Highly recommend.

Had such a great experience! First time patient that booked last minute to take care of a filling falling out right before the holiday weekend! Everyone I encountered was extremely helpful and they got me in weeks before my typical dentist would have been able to see me. Ive been visiting Star Shine Dentistry practice for a few years now and have always received great care and advice from Dr. Leena Alexander. Amy at front-desk, makes you feel welcome with her smile and lively conversation as soon as you walk-in .

This dentist and her staff our the friendliest group I have met in dentistry! I was driving to Dallas to see a dentist there when I had a minor tooth incident I found Dr Alexander. Then I was having a major procedure and we ran into a problem that would have required oral surgeon and a eight week healing procedure. She took extra time in fact alot as she had already spent three hours but found a way to save me the expense of oral surgery and the setback of eight weeks which would have been detrimental to me due to medicine I required and would not be able to receive due to surgery. I cant say enough about how wonderful and talented this dentist is. I was concerned about the length of the procedure but even after the extra hour or more she spent helping me I was totally relaxed and calm the entire time. She is magic!

I have not been to the dentist in decades truly believing they all were from Middle Age Torture Dungeons. Boy was I wrong.All the personnel at Starshine Dentistry a very sweet, caring people. Dr. Alexander has a very gentle touch and easily explains what is going on. I had to have an emergency tooth extraction and they made me very comfortable, and they brought in their traveling oral surgeon, Dr. Mark De Simone. He was also fantastic. I had no pain, and was quite surprised at how well I felt after the sedation and numbing wore off.I will DEFINITELY be back for regular cleanings and checkups from now on. In terms of skill, I had a root canal done today and its the first time Ive had work done that I felt little to no discomfort which was pleasantly surprising. Hands down the best care and service I have received at a dental office! My son had been here twice before and they offered an honest opinion and did not charge us an arm and a leg! We do not have dental insurance so I was a little worried what the bill would be, however, I knew we all needed to go to the dentist. They recommended sealants for my sons molars and he needed one filling. Other dentists had said more work needed to be done. I was able to see the spots on the x-rays they took and saw that if I would have gone with the work else where I would have gotten ripped off. A couple of weeks ago I started having the worst tooth pain ever. I called as soon as the office opened and they fit me right in! They were also able to get me to an oral surgeon the same day and to take it one step further the oral surgeon was able to get my surgery done the same day. I seriously dont know what I would have done if it werent for Starshine Dentistry and their amazing care. They offer great, affordable family plans for people like us without dental insurance. I highly recommend them!!

They staff is friendly and will include you in developing a treatment plan that meets your financial limitations. They have an insurance plan available that I highly recommend. Dr. Leena and her team are simply amazing! Ive always hated going to the dentist, but after visiting Starshine Dentistry, I finally have a place to where I can feel comfortable and cared for. Her team made me feel right at home from the warm greeting from the front desk to the effective way that the hygienist walked through step-by-step exactly what would be happening. Dr. Leena also demonstrates an incredible depth of knowledge on best practices for dental health, and my kids also had a blast! They each received special toys from Dr. Leena, and the lobby is incredibly accessible for families with small children, including books and toys for kiddos to play with while they are waiting. I have seen Dr. Alexander several times now and highly recommend her and her staff. She is both a skilled and caring dentist and takes the time to find out about you and explain any procedure that is being recommended. They were the best! I had to bring my 7 month old along and they were so patient, even stepping out of the room when I needed privacy. The physician was very thorough and took the time to explain any issues I had. Even better, the work recommended was 1/4 of the price that another dentist recommended. So glad I found this practice!

Even better was they did not take advantage of my mouth like Six Day Dental would do for years before I realized I WAS BEING USED. Such great bedside manners! I am terrified of dentist s and usually my legs are all shaky when walking out. Here you feel totally confident, they listen and dont do anything without telling you, so you are prepared.
