I scheduled an oil change / tire rotation for 1pm the same day. I didnt get a confirmation that the appt. went through so I called to ensure they could take care of me. Larry said they were severely understaffed, but would be able to take care of my oil change by 5pm. I went in at 1 and he told me he was the only in-store operator and there were only 2-3 techs. I understand how difficult it is to be short staffed so I understood his issues. He listened to my comments about wanting a tire rotation, but the oil change was the main concern. He called me around 3:45 to tell me my car was ready. I went in at 4:55 to collect my car and was told my invoice amount, which I forgot how crazy expensive full snyth is. No worries there. I asked about the tire rotation and he said it was not done, which was okay as I was not charged. I paid and left, as they were trying to close. Upon reviewing my receipt, I noticed they went ahead and filled my washer fluid! I was not expecting that at all. With them being busy, I understand this is just a minor thing for them to do, but it saved me time from going and getting more fluid myself! I was extremely happy with how they were able to assist me. I do need to find a place to do my inspection, which may not be here as I dont want to try and squeeze in when someone else may have some more technical repairs they need. Like I said, I understand being short staffed and am happy Firestone Corinth was able to keep their cool and keep on pushing while working the job of 6 as a team of 3. Keep in mind were all human and we all get stressed. Larry kept our convo short, but was never rude. I may come back in the future, if their team is back up and running full time. They definitely did right by me this time!
I scheduled an appointment for 3:00 p.m. today and it was waiting for a confirmation. But since I didnt get it I called the store and the person on the phone said, hey no worries come on and well take care of you. so I drove like 9 miles got to the location then I was told theres a wait for 4 hours and I said somebody told me that they had a slot where I can swing by and they can do it for me quick and he said no way. very disappointed with this experience
Honest and Fair! I have taken my cars to FIrestone Corinth, TX since moving to the area 5 years ago. From my oil changes to major work,. like my cars A/C, they have been honest, fair, and true to their word.The team is also pretty much the same since I began going there which speaks volumes! They know you by name and I wouldnt trust my car with anyone else.I am now sending my high school kids there for any work they need as well. I had a piece of bungee cord stuck in my tire. Kevin was able to squeeze my repair in. Fixed it and was super nice and professional. I am new to Texas and will definitely use this location again. Very happy.
They quoted me 357 to do the front brakes on my wifes car. I asked three times for the total.of the bill and it was 357. When I picked it up it was almost 390. I complained, was argued with and just paid and left. Never to return!

Went to get car engine light diagnosed. Paid the $100 for it. They tell me the problem and its going to cost around $400. I just took the car home and fixed that problem myself. That did not fix my engine light because it wasnt the problem so they wanted me to pay $500 to not fix my problem.
These guys are great at wasting your time and trying to scam you for more money. Needed brakes done quick. Set an appointment for 8am and got there on time. Said the brake job would be an hour. Two hours later I called to see if my work truck was ready then they gave me an excuse why they hadnt started on it. When they finally got it up on the lift they said i needed new rotors and wouldnt just replace the pads without also doing the rotors. My truck was at the dealer five days before and they said the rear rotors we still in good shape. After 5 hours of having my truck they only completed an alignment and I told them I would do the brakes myself. I measured the rotors myself when I got home and there was still plenty of live in them. Funny how they have the sign and quote from the founder Harvey Firestone on the wall I believe fundamental honestly is the keystone of business. Im not sure the current employees believe the same way. Long story short, got high end brake pads, did the job myself in less than an hour, and saved a bunch of money.
If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I knew I should not have taken my car here, but I was in a hurry and they were close. Not only was I grossly over charged (almost $450 to replace spark plugs - $170 for the parts), but the problem wasnt fixed.And not only was the problem not fixed, but I was lied to. I was told, yeah, we found the bad plug, and when verified because when wed swap it with the other plugs, the error code location would change. That is an impossibility. I know this because I have since since changed the plug wires, and moved around the ignition coils, and nothing changes the location. Cylinder 2 every time. Say misfire code. Every time.If honesty and value are things that are important to you, then do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Anywhere else.
I’ve been going to them for years. I trust them with all of my vehicles. The service is always excellent friendly and informative. They’ve really helped me maintain my vehicles in my budget! Love this place.

We just moved to the area recently and needed immediate repair on our 4 Runner. Pulling into the shopping center right down the street and not being able to get it out of reverse, we called a tow service. The driver highly recommended Firestone and that’s where we took it. What we thought was a transmission issue was just a minor linkage repair. Once again-we needed help, our air conditioning went out in this Texas heat and other problems that we had neglected needed to be addressed. We immediately took it to Firestone and I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism and courtesy and workmanship they showed, not to mention it rides like a new car and it’s a 2003! I would recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care in Corinth TX to anyone.
We bring our fleet vehicles here and I’ve been using them for over 3 years for my personal vehicles. Staff is great, never had an issue with service or turn around. I’m usually there early and Kevin always takes care me. Super friendly, honest and straight forward. Definitely a pleasure doing business here.
I have had such great experiences with this location. The first one was years ago, and this last one was just this past week.Paul is the person I spoke with over the phone to set up my visit for this time. He is so kind, welcoming, and friendly. He went through options with me and didn’t leave any questions unanswered. I felt reassured by him and by my technician as well.I forgot my technician’s name, but when I was unsure about the work they told me I needed, he explained what exactly it was and I felt safe about him working on my car.I’m Type-A with control issues, so for me to feel safe with people I don’t know working on my car is a big deal for me.I also love sitting in the lobby there. It was really relaxing and I got to have coffee and read magazines and get work done on my phone. I had to wait a bit but I didn’t mind it at all because I got to hang out with Paul :)

They were able to schedule me on the same day. Also Paul and Kevin were very friendly and helpful. I have already recommend this shop to a couple of friends. I will definitely keep coming back.
Last minute on a Sunday afternoon was able to get two front tires and an alignment. Staff was super friendly and willing to stay late to make sure I got all I needed. This experience has definelty changed my opinion of Firestone.
Fast, affordable, and honest. Been here multiple times and they have offered a fair honest price for quality work. I havent been disappointed yet. If its a long wait or if they arent able to do the job they will always let me know ahead of time so that they wont waste my time.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Had a flat on my 2014 Mini Cooper and talked to Kevin, the Store Manager, about it. It has run flats and he told me if it was run on zero pressure, it couldnt be repaired and would need to be replaced. Walked next door to Autozone and asked about something I could use to reflate the tire so I could drive it in. I took a picture of the product, walked back over to Firestone and showed him. He said you cant fix a run flat tire thats been shot up with that goop. Cant do it, cant do it, sounds bad so far right? Then he told me he had a portable compressor he would let me borrow to take home and air up the tire so I could drive it in. HIS PERSONAL COMPRESSOR. He got it out of his vehicle and loaned it to me. I brought the car in and got the flat fixed.Thats going above and beyond! And frankly, Id rather be told it cant be done right than be told yeah, we shouldnt but ... And theres more for this location (shouldve written it up last October):Took my 2014 Mini Cooper to this location in October 2019 for a new battery. Unfortunately, there are electronic complications with replacing a battery in a BMW vehicle (my choice of words, not theirs). Josh, the Service Manager, explained that they didnt have the software required to replace the battery and recode it. Instead of just saying Sorry we cant help you, have a nice day, he called another location where a technician had the software, found out when he would be at work and scheduled an appointment for me the next day. Took it in and they were expecting me. Got it done without having to take it back to the over-priced dealer.These guys might not tell you what you want to hear, but you can trust what they tell you and know that theyll do whatever it takes to get the job done right.
Love this location manager and front counter Kevin is wonderful. He works for you and not worried about there numbers. Always does the right way I will pay there prices cause I know it’s done right and if there is EVER any issue with the work they fix it right away.

Ive been driving for over 20 years (and usually used cars that are 10+ years old), so I have plenty of experience with mechanics...The real reason I come here, though, is the customer service! The manager, Kevin, has demonstrated on multiple occasions that he genuinely cares about his customers! Everyone I have encountered, from here to CA, has done me right!Sure, you may find lower prices somewhere else... But, I know that when I take my car here I will get quality work that I can trust; and they wont try to pull a fast on me. Any difference in price isnt going to be significant enough for me to trust going ANYWHERE else!!!

Showed up at 540 for an inspection they close at 7. Only had 1 cashier who decided to make it a point to give his entire life story to all 3 customers ahead of me in line who were only picking up their cars. After having me wait for 45 minutes he informs me that its to late to do the inspection to come back earlier tomorrow. 45 minutes to check out 3 people. Terrible customer service.
Took my car in to get an oil change. Took over two hours. I have never had it take that long anywhere especially when there were only two other customers there besides me. The people working in the office were super nice. However, I cant justify going back with it taking that long.
The only reason for a single star is the fact the guys at the counter are so nice. I have visited several times due to the convenience of the location. EVERYTIME it has been at least an hour longer then the estimated time.

Got an oil change and safety and emissions inspection done for only $65. Family friendly as they have toys for your kids to play with while you wait. Only complaint is that they were so busy I had to drop my car off for a few hours and come back and get it.

They quoted my daughter $875.00 to replace a radiator in her 2008 Dodge Charger. This price was outrageous to me! I found another automotive shop that replaced it for $170.00 if i purchases the radiator which was $60.00 bucks . $875.00? Wow!!!!! I wasnt happy with this quote at all.......
Great service here! Call and set up an appointment and you will not have a wait time. They will have a spot open in their bay waiting for your car. They save your vehicles in their system so all you need to tell them is which service you need. They will not push unnecessary products or services on you (so incredibly rare nowadays). Prices are competitive and they offer great promotions. I know this sounds like a dream place haha but I promise as long as you make an appointment it will make it go so much smoother and no one feels rushed or not valued. Obviously situation can happen that can make an experience bad but I will continue to bring my business here as long as they keep up the good work and professional service and don’t try to sell me on something I don’t need. Thank you guys for making me feel safe on the road (I’m a Uber driver so it does mean a lot to me)
I took my truck in for a badly needed alignment. I was sure they were going to find some else wrong with it so they could charge me for more services. When I picked my truck up, I was surprised to see that I was only charged for an alignment and nothing more. They didnt even try to up-sell me anything else. Good experience.

I went late but the guy working (Josh) was really really nice about it. I knew they were about to close but i called ahead and they were really nice, told me he could get me in no problem! They didnt rush me and still did a great job.He told me i needed new tires and holy moly! Price gouging. I got the same tires for half the price elsewhere. I wouldnt recommend getting tires here or at any firestone but if you need an oil change or something like that, i highly recommend coming here! Theyre open later than anywhere else you could go in the area so that helps people who work normal hours!

Rip off! They charge 25 bucks to diagnosis the problem. Find somewhere else. They wanted to charge me 600 for an alternator. I got it done doe 325.
The are the best over all, great service, great staff, and great advice, gets the job done and quickly, and if there is any problem in your car that you don’t know, they simply give an advice, and a free quote and how to take care of it .

Took my truck in to get an oil change. They had my truck in the air for over 2 hours. Terrible customer service so I never went back. The next place I went to get my oil changed said that the drain pan was stripped and that they would not change my oil because it was too risky. This Firestone is absolutely horrible..
The problem Im having is after 3 months with the tire whatever happens after to the tire if I should have a blow out or need to replace this tire it would be pro rated in the tire was not free. The deal the competitor gave me was, they replace the tire, If anything should happen to the tire, for the life of the tireand not Pro-rate for new tire!!

I went in to get my tires rotated an oil changed. Two hours into the visit I am told that they cannot rotate my tires because they stripped one of my lugs. They said they would replace it. One hour later they come back into the store to tell me that they cannot put the fourth lug in because of damage to my hub and bearing. It looked as if someone had sanded it down (the metal was shiny and fresh) in order to force a lug into the hole, and a technician admitted that Firestone had done so. The manager disagreed with the technician (who was the one fixing my car!) and said that it was not Firestones fault. I spent three hours in the store and came out with more problems than I went in with. I no longer trust Firestone and now have to pay $450 to get someone else to fix the things Firestone broke.
Dropped my car off at noon for oil change. I come back at 5pm and its not done. Then they tried to quote me $2,000 worth of work that was unnecessary (2nd opinion laughed when I gave him the list). On top of that, they Never even called me to say they wouldnt get oil change done. This place is the stereotypical scam-artist auto shop. Front desk girl is nice, but 100% clueless on auto work.
Firestone is well... Firestone. Never had a great experience at one. Maybe the service you receive is a product of them being so big? I got an oil change and rear drum brakes replaced. It took 5 1/2 hours.
Expect at least an hour wait but they did a great job.

This will be my Fifth time to bring my Juke for brakes since they were put on. They just cant seem to fix them. Its been going on since May. I will never bring my or anyone else car here again. Also Josh is extremely rude.

This place is terrible. Management is rude for no reason and the techs are lazy and slow. I have had multiple terrible experiences here and for some reason I continue to go back. Well, not anymore. Im going to go to the kwik car down the road. Save yourself from the trouble and bad attitudes, and find a different shop.

Ive gone to this Firestone since they opened. For everything from an oil change to new tires. I need my headlight replaced, and I was quoted $72 for parts and labor. I went to kwik kar down the street and paid $19.95 parts and labor. Maybe its time to find a new shop

Horrible costumer service!! Correction, they have no costumer service of any kind! No wonder discount tire is busier than this forsaken place!Save yourself a trip and don’t ever come here! The guy walked in the lobby looked at us, checked his computer and just walked out, didn’t say “hello, will be right with you” or nothing!
Worse one, regular oil change 3 hours waiting. But only two vehicle in whole shop. Next door walmart, they took it and oil change less then 30 min.
I Waited an hour to get my inspection that only took 5 minutes to do. Others customers that came in after me got serviced first until I complained.

Very poor service. Ive tried to use them twice. I thought maybe the first time was just a bad day, but both times they were annoyed to have to talk to customers and really didnt care if you stayed and got your tire fixed, or if you left.
