We needed a mobile RV tech to fix an electrical issue in our motor home while on a long trip. Quality was prompt to accommodate us with a campsite visit and fix our issue. Great service and people. Highly recommend them.

I was given Jaysons phone number when I was renting a car because of an accident I was involved in several years ago. Jayson fixed my car quickly and at a fair price. Since then, I have called his cell phone (after hours) with car trouble - and he was there in minutes. I have recommended him to coworkers and others and he has always been honest and fair and fast. If I have trouble getting my car to him, he will come get it while Im at work, change the oil or whatever, and have it back before I get off. He is wonderful!! I will never call another mechanic!! I am so grateful that I found them.

If you want Quality Auto repairs or work, go somewhere else!I had new front and rear brakes installed that havent stopped screeching. I have been calling to ask about the warranty for 4 months and they wont return any of my calls. I was convinced Jayson and Morgan would take good care of my vehicle. I WAS WRONG.I spent around $1,600 on new brakes, tires, fixing a seal and oil change. Dont make the same mistake I did.

We are from out of town and our hydraulic fluid leaked out and the bracket that held the container broke along with breaking something on the fuel filter. We needed the tool to get the old filter off and they were awesome! They sent someone to our exit, we were on, with the tool. No charge for coming out to help. Thank you sooooo much! We needed to get to Florida to see my elderly father. Please call on this business!

I wouldn’t recommend this company if you don’t know these people. They only look out for their own. I took my Infiniti G35 to be fixed by them due to the number of good reviews, but apparently the reviews were bogus. These people had my vehicle for over 2 months and never touched it… every time I called, they would say “we will start on it Friday”… EVERY TIME! I ultimately removed my vehicle from their premises after riding by the business on multiple occasions and seeing that my car sat in the same spot for over 2 months. If I wanted it to sit, I would have left it parked at my house. Don’t take your car here.

About a year ago, I bought a class-C RV from my grandparents in FL and was driving it back home. It was really struggling by the time I made it to this shop. Jayson took a look at it and explained exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. He didnt charge me for looking at it even though I tried to give him some money. He was spot on with his analysis and cant recommend him enough! Thank you Jayson!

Jayson is an extremely intelligent and knowledgeable person. He knew what was wrong with our rental RV from a phone call. When we arrived, he confirmed his diagnosis and gave us a rough estimate of cost. He also gave suggestions of additional services that would be beneficial to do at this time. My car had issues that weren’t described to me during the purchase, so I decided to research mechanics in my area because I didn’t want to go to someone who would do a “half” job. The entire staff is familial, so the kindness and courtesy that they show to their customers are authentic. My car came at 8:30 in the morning, and by 5:30, I was back inside of my car. Broken down with RV on I-75 north in southern GA. Once we found a tow service, towed here. Stayed late waiting for us to arrive, then started work immediately when they opened the next morning. Waited 7 hours for parts, then fixed RV and we were able to get on the road after 2 nights. Friendly, professional service at a family-owned business.

I truly wish I could give these wonderful people 50 stars!!! Our RV broke down Friday afternoon, roadside had us towed to Quality Auto & RV services. By the time the tow truck got us there it was after their closing time....they graciously waited for us to arrive. Once we arrived they unhooked our trailer; which roadside failed to tell them we had; and went strait to work on figuring out the problem. Once they found the problem they asked if we had a warranty on the part they needed instead of just charging us for one...no other shop I know of would even take the time to do that! It saved us $200 bucks right there as we did have a warranty on it. And the excellent service did not stop there...they also drove us to a near by hotel. Believe it or not...the blessings still kept coming...they let us put our food/freezer items in their shop refrigerator so we would not loose it all; they also worked after hours on Saturday as well. Once we returned on Monday for pickup of our RV they even fixed a small problem we had with our refrigerator didn’t charge us anything for that one...they also tried to figure out other issues we had with something else and directed us on what to do once we could find the part. Once they handed me the bill I was in shock....lets just say these people are more than fair...they are all a true blessing to us and anyone else they have helped and will help in the future!! I can not thank them enough...I will drive for miles and miles to give them my business from here on out!!! I was coming up 75 from Florida at 4:30 pm headed to Atlanta and heard a grinding noise in my front end and all my lights came on. At that moment I came to the realization that I was going to miss my trade show the next day. I quickly searchd my phone and found Quality Auto with great reviews. Jaysons dad answerd the phone and talk to me into the garage. I had a travel trailer which I parked out front. Within minutes the problem was diagnosed and the part was on the way. In 90° sun Jayson changed my wheel hub and got me back on the road within an hour. VERY GREATFUL! Thank u quality for going above and beyond.

Best customer service ever. Its REALLY hard to find an honest mechanicac. But this is the most honest Ive ever met.

Having our AC repaired at Quality may have been the best auto repair experience we have ever had. On our way back to FL to prepare for a hurricane the AC went out on our Yukon. We were towing a travel trailer and had our elderly dog with us. We called ahead and when we arrived Jayson moved vehicles around in the yard so we could pull in and not drop the trailer. He also ran a power cord so we could run the AC in the camper while they worked on the truck. He quickly identified the problem and quoted us a price which was more than fair. There was another issue or two and he fixed them at the same time. He was not happy until the system was running perfectly which ended up being at almost 8 PM (they closed at 5) and still only charged us the original quoted price. To top it off, Jayson gave us his card and requested that we text him when we got home so he would know we made it safely. He said he just cares about his customers and we believe it. If the need arises we would return without question and have already recommended this shop to our GA friends and family. Great service!

We visited quality auto & Rv when our 1986 Ram van camper broke down on I75 from Florida to Michigan. The air pump ceased up causing the power steering to go out and the van overheated. I quickly researched area mechanics, saw great reviews for Quality and saw they were open Saturday. After being towed there Friday night after close, Jayson helped us out first thing Saturday morning with the best attitude and contagious positivity despite being 7:50am. He quickly diagnosed the issue, provided some basic education and willingly answered our questions. He was confident, experienced and knowledgeable right off the bat and the rest of the staff on site were also friendly and kind. Jayson went right to work and We were out and on the road in an hour! Did not expect that or to be such a priority as they were clearly working on other projects as well. His prices are very fair, I would have paid double for such prompt service. It was apparent Jayson has been passionate about his work for a long time, it was 2nd nature to him. Our experience here was absolutely incredible . If I lived in the area, I’d never see another mechanic.

We were traveling through the area with a 2017 Chevy Pickup Late on a Saturday afternoon. We were stranded a 1000 miles from home. Jayson took time to help us and got us on our way. He is honest and I wish he was closer so he could be my regular mechanic.We say we are Iowa nice but Jayson is the true definition of Southern Hospitality.

I was making the long commute from Chicago to Florida when my A/C went out. It was 90 degrees outside and there was no way we could’ve continued on our trip with my elderly mother and small dog in the car. Jayson offered to take a look at the car and had us back on the road and we finished our trip before bedtime. He is a very honest and kind person and I thank God we found him when we did! If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Husband was traveling from Ohio to Florida with a trailer when the fuel pump went out on him on I-75. AAA was their usual useless selves and we started Googling for local dealerships and tow services to help. The local car dealership said they were totally booked and couldnt help, but suggested that Quality Auto and Jayson was a good guy and knew his stuff. That is about the most understated recommendation ever-- this guy is AWESOME!!! He arranged for a local tow with a guy who was the epitome of southern gentleman, met my husband at the shop well after his business hours and secured both the truck and the trailer and promised theyd get right on it in the morning. It was a difficult repair, requiring more parts and a ton of work, but not only did they get it done, but at a price that was way more than fair. If his shop was near where we lived, he would be our regular mechanic, hands down. Hey, Cordele, Georgia! If you arent going to this guy for car services, youre really missing out. My family and I hit a deer on i75 at the beginning of our vacation! The right headlight wasnt even attached anymore and there was a lot of damage to the right front end. We googled auto repairs and this was the closest. They were so nice! They checked the van out and fixed it enough for us to continue on our vacation. We will have to claim the damages when we get back to Canada. When it was time to pay they didnt charge us anything and wouldnt accept the money we tried to give them. They were friendly, quick, and extremely helpful! They really helped to make a bad situation better.

Jayson and the entire staff provided me with genuine hospitality. I broke down on I-75 some 500 miles from home and the tow truck driver recommended me to Jaysons shop. They were able to quickly get the parts I needed to get on the road and home safely. A testament to how much Jayson and the staff cared about me, as a customer, is that Jayson requested that I text him when I arrived home safely, even if it was 1 oclock in the morning. They also provided military discount! 5/5, would recommend to anyone.

While traveling home from Florida to Indiana, my vehicles alternator went out. Please keep in mind that this was a Saturday in South Georgia, where everything closes down around noon. After numerous failed attempts at finding an open repair shop, I was referred to Jayson by a local Ford dealership (I was driving a Chevy) and I quickly called. Not only did Jayson agree to complete the repair, he went above and beyond for my family and I. As a family of 5, he came to personally pick up my wife and daughters while my son and I waited on a tow. When he arrived, he promptly checked the alternator to confirm that it was the issue. Once my son and I arrived at the repair shop, I was not only given a quote on the repair, but the keys to his personal vehicle so that I could take my family to get something to eat for lunch while we waited. Jayson was able to complete the repair in about 2 hours, even though the quote time was 4 and we were on our way $200 less than the original estimate. At the end of the day, Jayson was willing to complete a repair that he could have made us wait until Monday for, he cleared his other scheduled repairs to get us on the road same day, allowed a complete stranger to borrow his own vehicle, and asked us to text him once we made it home so that he knew we made it home safely. There truly are great people in this world and we are blessed to have met one this day.

Allow me to add another 5 star review to the record book for Quality Auto & RV Services! Just like many of the previous peoples situations you probably have read, I too had some freaky car trouble while I was driving from Orlando, Florida to Cleveland, Ohio and pulled off randomly in Cordele, Georgia to hopefully figure what was up. Well, Im no mechanic so I looked up nearby auto shops and found this place and I gave em a ring while I was filling up at a gas station. Best decision I made that day! I explained my case to them and they said theyll help me out real quick and thats just what they did! No sooner than when I limped in there, they took my keys, had my car jacked up and my wheel off and immediately determined the problem (ball bearing was shot). Jayson gave it to me straight about my situation and asked if I was on a time schedule. Fortunately I wasnt, but he said that he wanted to get me back on the road as soon as possible! And indeed they did! After rolling in there around mid morning, him and his team got me up and running in just a couple of hours and I made it to my destination without any other issues! It was some of the best and fastest service I have ever received! I was extremely lucky to take a bad problem in the middle of nowhere and find the right people to help me! With that, I have to say thank you to Jayson and his team and family for being such wonderful people! It was truly a blessing!

Brought in a tandem axle trailer with no brakes, Jerry and Jaysons trouble shooting skills are great, and they had my trailer back on the road in 6 hours, with new brake wiring from front to back, and they also services wheel bearings and seals while they had the drums off. Although a little pricey, it was done right, which is worth every penny, when traveling 1,500 miles through mountain ranges, and runaway truck ramp heaven. Great job fellas! Had an issue with hitting road debris (big rocks) on my way home to Athens recently. One or more of the rocks hit the underside of my car and ripped into the oil pan protector and it was dragging on the pavement. Of course I didnt know the details until I found this auto shop (by some miracle) and Jason.I was sure in my mind I would not make it home and would be around Cordele waiting on a part for at least a day or more. Jason immediately put my car on the rack, showed me the part, took it off and let me know the car would be ok to drive home. I could get it fixed at a local shop near home. He also noticed I had low pressure in one or more tires and fixed them. Sent me on my way in less than 30 min with no charge.Best service I have ever encountered. I would Like to say this auto shop has been one of the most amazing and helpful auto shops I have ever been to! Family owned, they genuinely care about their customers! My fuel pump went out while I was driving back to Jacksonville, FL, the day before Thanksgiving. While waiting I asked his son about places to eat, he told me and even offered to take me and my family to get some food. He waited while we ordered brought us back and when they told me the problem I broke down crying but they reassured me that everything would be okay! Jayson recommended a good rental company took my Mom to get her rental and wouldn’t leave until she got one and made sure she got a good deal... Update when I picked up my car today he told me the price I was quoted originally was incorrect and that it was lower (Thank ya Jesus) and told me to make sure to let him know we made it back safely to Jacksonville. Speedy repair and an amazing, friendly, and professional service. My mom and I were on our way to Florida when the alternator decided to stop working. Jayson came out and jumped our car for long enough to get us to the shop, and got us in immediately. He has far surpassed mine and my mothers standards for customer service, and he even got us out just over an hour after we got here. While I havent had work done on my vehicle, I wanted to take the time to thank Jayson for his integrity and kindness. I was on the last day of a emergency trip, having driven for 2 days straight, started my jeep and was immediately faced with steering issue. I would never feel ok risking our safety not to mention someone else on the highway should something be unsafe. So I found the shop on my map and being 7 am settled in to wait until they opened at 8. He arrived at 730 and ushered me in, after explaining what I was facing and my concern over safely driving, he spent 45 minutes looking over the vehicle. He gave me his suspicions of what it could be but said I would be ok to make it back the 10 hour drive home. My safety and concern was what mattered genuinely to him. He could have had me wait and performed the service, but didnt. If you live near Cordele GA, when you next need service and maybe go to big box stores from fear of being mislead or overcharged, visit this shop. I have no doubt you will be treated the way I was, and that these days is a rarity. Thank you again

Went there for an emegency repair one New Years Eve and not only did they do GREAT work, the price was fair. I sincerely expected it to be a bad experience, but it was one of the best experiences Ive ever had with a mechanic. If I have car trouble and I know Im going to travel I-75, I wait to take my car to Quality Auto & RV Services. They sincerely take pride in their work!

Jerry did an amazing job on the Trek Bikes rig. I was stressed and frazzled, but he took over the situation and got me on the road quickly when no one else could. Deffinately good old fashion mechanics who understand how to problem solve.!

We had an ABS dash light come on when we were driving to Orlando. Stopped in Cordele and vehicle wouldnt move. Our smartphones said to call Quality Auto. So happy that we did! Jayson and his assistant came and limped our vehicle to their shop to avoid a tow truck charge. We got clear explanation of the diagnostics from the computer. With that information, we rented a car for our trip and picked it back up on Monday. The work was done and we were on our way. We felt that we paid a fair price and received wonderful service! I sure wish Jaysons shop was in our town.

Great thanks to Quality RV Services for their tech assist. I had a trailer with a slide stuck out and they pointed me in the right direction to troubleshoot the problem and even loaned out a piece of equipment to assist. Their assistance helped to prevent the need for a house-call.

I broke down on my way back home to Atlanta. They worked on my car until 11pm that night so I could get back home that night since I had to go Virginia to see family for Thanksgiving the next day. I cant say enough good things about this place.
