It is one stop shop for almost all my monthly grocery shopping. All the things are stacked neatly and properly in concerned sections. Staff and supervisors are efficient, helpful and does there job effectively.store hygiene is excellent. I am also a fan of Sams cafe and its pizza. Overall always a wonderful experience.

To many tempting items. Went in for one thing and came out with a lot more. Word of advice...do not go shopping hungry!

FANTASTIC SERVICE AT CORAL SPRINGS SAMS CLUB TIRE/ BATTERY CENTER My experience at this club was just wonderful. My battery died and I needed a battery fast. Not only did SAMs sell the battery I needed for $69 less than all the auto parts store but they installed within 30 minutes at no extra charge. They did a great job and I will be going back for new tires.

Did pick up curbside. Everything worked perfectly. I wish I had gotten the name of the young man who brought every thing out. He was super nice and was even smiling doing his job in the rain! Thanks.

Cashier staff and Optical department were great. Plenty of cashiers to help with any self check out item I had. Was very clean. Displays looked stocked and really nice.

My wife and I were greeted at the door by a kind lady. Our cashier and her helper made an awesome team. We were checked out in no time at all. It was a very pleasant visit today. Also, on our way out the two door workers were polite enough to wish us a good day. All around a great location.

Once again I havent been to Sams club in many moons. It has changed for the better from what i seen. Aisle were marked clearly and the store was clean many things I wanted to buy, but I held back because I henge to move😒

Every time I come to tire center, I have bad experiences. This time I came to change the battery for my car and the associate at counter picked a wrong battery for my car. Luckily the technician checked it and replaced with the right one. It was just luck that he caught it. Why don’t we get a better service on these areas where skill matters ????

I just left the store and dealt with Markeisha (SORRY!! If I spelled your name wrong!!)... I also dealt with Tara (again, I may have the spelling wrong...) I dealt with both of them on the phone and they were both 100% professional and helpful on the phone. They gave me clear instructions on what to do. I came to the store and they did exactly what they said - and they were super quick.The funny thing is that Im not usually a fan of the warehouse stores because I dont like the membership fee, etc. But honestly -- the service and prices are so good that I dont mind one bit.I feel that both of these young ladies should be acknowledged for doing it right. Have great day!!

After getting the constant running around for weeks in regards to my membership I finally received the help I needed. I was greeted by the pleasant voice of a young lady named Priscilla. I explained to her the troubles I had and she took the time out to assist. She even went the extra mile to explain all the benefits of my plus membership I didnt know existed. Great Sams club! There are sanitizer stations throughout the store and hand washing stations. Store is clean and beautifuly stocked. The manager runs a really well organized store. Employee s are helpful and very pleasant.

I have always loved Sam’s Club but since the pandemic we haven’t visited much. We started using the curbside pickup service in Coral Springs and it has been a lifesaver for us.The prices are reasonable and the service is free. We drive almost 18 miles past a Costco to use this service. (Costco doesn’t have curbside. It uses Instacart. The prices are higher and the service charges are ridiculous.)The selection of items is very good and the staff is wonderful. There have been occasional hiccups as you can expect but a quick call to the store and it’s taken care of without any issues.I will continue to be a Sam’s Club customer even after the pandemic ends and look forward to thanking the staff there in person.

Its amazing and my mom got things that are Cheap lets say 39 things you have come out with 100 and something and have food there to buy.

Their fresh meat section was embarrassing!!! I have to drive really far to go to Sams Club and I am very angry at the selection that was present!!! The grocery store has a better selection, what was the use of me paying $100 for a new membership!!!

I placed an order since May 3rd 2021 wasn’t delivered on the due date June 8th. I called several time my calls were answered then hang up each time.

Generally, I like shopping at sams in corral springs, but the pharmacy technicians usually come across cold. Not even a friendly greeting or goodbye. Unlike sams in sunrise, where everyone in pharmacy is happy to be there and help you. Sams in corral springs can do better.

Safe place. All sanitary procedures are followed consistently. I saw employees cleaning the self check-out registers and surfaces after each customer. Prices are decent compared to other bulk retailers. Will buy from them again.

Alaskan salmon, Mahi-mahi, Cod great fish. Not farm raised. Read label and its origin. Important!Frozen Medley assortment veggies. Good for lazy days and quick meals, add to salad and whatever your heart desires. Reasonable prices. Bulk packages. Worth it.

I like it but they never have what you need in stock. They need to stock up more often. They didnt have munster cheese, organic milk, single ply toilet paper, they even ran out of their member marks water.

I shop here once or twice a month for bottled water and paper products. My membership cost is more than worth it with just one shopping trip. When others are caught in the long lines during a threatening storm or this pandemic I was home cool as a cucumber because I purchase those items normally from Sams Club so I was already stocked. Great service and customer service.

I had an in-store issue with a return and couldn’t get back in to correct it. I called the store after I got off work and Stephanie greeted me with a friendly voice, listened with interest to my problem then was able to produce the exact result I was hoping for. She even called me back to tell me about it. Now that is customer service! You all got it right!

Currently, it does not have much variety of products, in vegetables and fruits you find many rotten things, they have greatly deteriorated the store compared to the sunrise store. In the app it says that the store has certain products and when you look in the store for them, even the employees do not find it. Customer service employees do not have a good attitude to serve all reaces equally.

Easy going as usual, the scan-n-go feature of the app makes shopping here a breeze now. Even more so the curbside pickup, too bad that isnt staying free for my membership level indefinitely, but just a limited time.

Nicely laid out and its a little more cost effective on most items when compared to other membership warehouses like BJs and Costco

Todays visit to sams club was very concerning. We are in the middle of a pandemic and there was no effort made by personnel to control the number of people entering the premises. It was very crowded. Covid cases in FL are alarmingly high, out of control... so sad.

I had an appointment to change 4 tires that I purchased the previous day at the automotive department for 10:00 am. No one showed up at the department to help me until around 10:20 am. Even with me bing the first customer it took well over 2 hours to get the job done when I was assured the day before it would be no more than 45 min. I would have given 0 stars but the employee that assisted me when I first got there (kendy ) was very nice.

Just moved to Coral Springs yesterday, and wanted to pick up a few items for the house. I’m a new member and signed up via a promotion. Sign up and pay $45, and after spending $45 they will credit your next purchase upto $45, I have spent over $45 in the past two weeks but have not seen my credit show up on my account. So I proceed to the member service desk for assistance. The associates stated I needed to speak with the manager in the green shirt. I proceeded over to her line. She stated she was not open, the line was for customer pickups and to use another line, I advised I was sent over to her via an associate about my membership her response was oh, and continued processing a return. Another woman approached stated “what do you need” so not pleasant.. I explained that I did not receive a credit, and she went on and on that it should show up on my receipt. And told me to go and check my receipts. I stated I would of noticed if there was a $45 credit on my previous, and requested for her to review my transactions. We go back to the customer service desk and the previous associate that refereed me to a manager looked up my transactions. After reviewing my transactions they finally issued me a gift card for $45. Just an overall unpleasant experience. Poor customer service,

Was a nightmare. First, my husband and I had to wait 30 minutes to get in, waiting in the heat outside the store in University Dr. Coral Springs. They let 5 people got in every 15 minutes. We are 65 years old and was not a nice experience to us. Then inside employees didnt now about some products that we asked.Today was not a really pleasant day at Sams club.
