Prices cant be beat here. Definitely come with a hefty wallet as mostly everything here is bulk size. I also like coming here just for a quick dinner option. Theres a lot of fresh and frozen easy meals to choose from. This store is always clean, well stocked and organized. The staff are few but friendly. The parking lot is a little awkward though. Theres a liquor store attached and a convenient gas station which you can get a great savings on your gas price after you do your shopping. Theres a Dunkin Donuts inside.I like the selections here better than the other mega supermarkets nearby. Its really worth the yearly membership fee.

The other BJs close to 95 is much better. Newer carts, better products and the staff meet you at the door with a sanitized wipes and a smile not demand your membership card.worse BJs ever. Visited this store yesterday June 8 at around 5.00 PM,while walking in asked the employee checking the member cards at the main entrance door for a disinfecting wipe to clean my hands since she had a package open on her little standshe seemed surprised with my request but gave me one, asked for a second wipe to give my wife... to my surprise she told me these wipes are big enough for both of you use that one and refused to give me a second wipe.this person is clearly poorly trained and show no empathy to costumers at all, in general the store is poorly managed and employees careless about costumers.The service at the checking out area is a complete chaosI shop regularly at Costco ( there is a new Costco in Coral Springs on Coral Ridge Drive ) where in fact is a pleasure to shop with first class costumer serviceI will avoid this store in particular and BJS in generalvery depressing experienceCarlos CoutoCoral Springs

This bjs is more than everything. The employees were amazing, very customer service oriented. I tried all departments asked questions, looked impatient, tried to make them uncomfortable and not once one employee was rude or not helpful. The membership counter was amazing. The deli food was fresh and hot. They have great prices too. You can get a whole rotisserie chicken for 4.99, perdue for 5.99. If you are a single mom get out there get a membership because if you buy in bulk you save lots of money. Like capri suns a case of 4 boxes was for 6.99, you can get one box somewhere else for 3.99 so its a deal. The store is exceptionally clean. The shopping experience was excellent like i wasnt a member and joined after that due to outstanding performance, quality and ease of shopping. They also have laptops very competitive prices. Dont sleep on bjs wake tf up. Save money. They also have hands down the best tasting cakes and prices.

Absolutely worst place I have ever seen, terrible customer service, understaffed, unmotivated (obviously due the minimum wage salaries). Third world at its worst. The front desk worker under the name “geniraldo” or something was absolutely terrible. Wasn’t paying attention and couldn’t care less about the people standing in line. If I were the manager I’d fire him on the spot. But obviously they wouldn’t find someone else to replace him.

Got everything I needed. Had some issues at self checkout but was quickly helped and with great attitudes.

Ordered a mattress online for pick up. They email me saying that my order is ready for pick up.I get to the store and they do not have the order on the floor and the forklift driver that can bring it down. Come back Tomorrow. Today Friday 11/13 lucky me. Im trying to call customer service and no one is answering the phone ive called over 10 times. It is 7pm ET.NEVER BUYING HERE AGAIN. GO TO COSTCO THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN THERE.

I like BJs wholesale. After a recent move I started using this store instead of the Hollywood location. I will go out of my way to shop at the Hollywood location. This store has less selection and is poorly stocked compared to other clubs.

Ask the manager at floor about the patio set they have an display bc the reviews saying was smelling she said don’t buy it? What a customer service what a answer she gave us!

Excellent place. The use of coupons helps get good deals. The gas station attached is always busy but on average Ill save about $5 from empty to full on 14gal tank. The bigger the tank you have the more you would save compared to local stations

I understand that we all have to wear masks inside the store but that you have to wear a mask outside while pumping gas when you are all by yourself and nobody else around you??? That is just plain STUPID. ... Shame on BJs, CSPD and the city of Coral Springs.

I have been a member for a couple of years now and noticed that for the past 2 years the quality of the fresh fruits and vegetables are in complete decline, some even look fresh but what we find inside is another story., fruits tasteless, frozen damages or just spoiled. Wish they would do some thing about it !

My experience there was delightful but they dont have enough employees around to lend a helping hand at times due to the few I heard were let go for some inconstancy. Whatever the reason was who cares but theyre in need of more employees. Now this my 💭 so I hope something will get done real soon.

Update NOV 30 2020 915 am.This is the second time there is no paper in the Gas pumps to print out a receipt and this is the second time the SAME extremely rude attendant that did not look up from what he doing to answer me.Today the same employee answered with confrontational body language when I mentioned that this is the second time no paper is in the gas pumps.I cannot believe that BJs does not train their employees or enforce that their employees demonstrate courtesy and provide good customer service.

I worked for the company for 2 years, worked for the Coral Springs club for 3 months ; in my time there it was nothing but pressure ; I felt suffocated, with no one to talk to about my problems . They don’t care about their employees only about customers, but what good is the business when the worker ants aren’t happy .When I spoke up about my concerns I was dismissed and toldNot to worry. I sacrificed my mental health for a company that didn’t even give me resources to talk to someone about my concerns. It’s not about team work; every person for themselves

I was stopped by security who was following me around the store putting his hand in my cart telling me i was not allowed to have 4 packs of water. I understood and gave the security back 2 packs of water. Then he proceeded to tell me i was only allowed to have 2 packs of meat when I had 3. I have 6 people living in my home. I walked away refusing to give my 3rd pack and then he called an officer with a gun to come and take away my 3rd pack of meat. I could understand if I had 5 to 8 packs of meat but 3 packs is a modest amount for my household. I felt threatened. I felt they were too close in my personal space with this critical situation. I felt harrassed. At this point i wasnt interested in speaking to a manager and allowing more people into my personal space as im just trying to do my regular shopping and go home. I felt embarassed as everyone was watching me give back this 3rd pack of meat as if I was stealing it. I was at Aldis before this trip and I recieved absolutely no hassle and did my shopping in peace. I see that BJs has absolutely no respect for their customers or their customers well being and I will never do my bulk shopping here anymore.

I pay a membership fee to shop here. The bjs in Coral Springs Fl is horrible gets a zero. The cashiers and customer service desk have nasty arrogant workers. Asking a question is an issue for them. I also bought 2 battery operated toothbrushes. Neither one worked. Had to return it. Customer Service acted like this never happened before are you sure it doesn’t work? Cashiers at gas pumps SUCK. Nasty won’t answer your question tells u to go inside. Your car is at the pump if she can’t help you Why is she there? I have been to Parkland store. What a difference. Clean and helpful. Get rid of the crew & hire all new help at Coral Springs. I will not return to this store.

Omg awesome, amazing service. Ordered 6 cakes with 2 of them having pictures. One of the pictures got ruined as soon as I delivered to party location and they had another picture ready for one of my plain cakes i ordered by the time I drove back to the store with the plain cake.

10 stars, I went to get a last minute birthday cake and since I was in a hurry anything was good. To my awe and surprise the Lonel at club 365 blew my mind; he was professional, courteous, and understanding. People like Lonel are a rear find. He took the time to make the cake spectacular, as I walked to check my cake out people were stopped me to compliment the cake. The price was great 👌 and the taste 👌. BJS HAS THE FORMULA FOR CAKE SUCCESS. Try it.

Bjs is really a nice place to shop. However the employees take entirely too long to help customers at the self checkout. The longest I stood there for a employee was 15 mins and I was in a rush. Overall bjs is a nice place to shop but the customer service is not so great.

After waiting over 15 minutes for gas and assuming I would get the best price since I am a Bjs member paying 2.18, from just a 5 minute drive every gas station I passed they all sold gas for 2.18 except Cumberland Farms which had the lowest price I seen had I drove 5 minutes more I would have gas for 2.13 . I thought as a BJ’s member I would be getting the best exclusive price possible, I minus well just be a Cumberland farms member .Sunday August 25th 2019 .

Well kept BJ’s and no where near as crowded as other locations! Was a nice visit, and they always have great prices. This location has BJ’s Gas which is a major membership perk.

SAD place!! The gas station is dirty!! You cant find a parking spot because shopping carts are strewn EVERYWHERE!! The carts have broken wheels and are stuffed with trash and store flyers. The inside is disheveled and messy. The employees make sure YOU know what an imposition it is if you ask for help!! A business as big as BJs and they cant clean?

Theft at this establishment must be excessively high. After shopping and ringing up your own groceries (which is ridiculous by the way) you are harassed at the exit. Staff at the exit literally try to count all the items you have in your cart. I can see this to be an effective method at times. However it is time consuming and in most instances impossible to do. I do not appreciate being treated like a thief.I’m seriously thinking of joining another wholesale club once my membership is over.

Lisa the optician manager is super unfriendly the virus is already starting to morphed or is it just her. Its disgusting and appalling.

Unfortunately as we enjoy the products, the female manager seems rude to her own staff as well as customers who asked her to open up a register due to long lines. On a saturday 7 out of 16 registers opened and a huge line of frustrated customers. I expect much better customer service as well as management.

This location is the absolute worst with stocking items which have coupons from their circular. I am currently shopping here now, and out of the 12 coupons I clipped from THEIR book they only have 3 of the items. I am not talking about the items being out of stock, they dont even carry the freaking item. I am thoroughly disappointed. I will not be returning until they have the items they advertise. Now I have to go to another location and pray that they have them. Otherwise I would be wasting my time.

Customer service desk employee number 0033105 was so rude running her mouth and complaining not waiting for me to tell her i wanted a new card because i no longer work for the company and gave her a new enrollment paperwork. She said you have a membership. That is before i had to explain. She was so rude to a very long time with the man before me and ended that conversation rudely as well. I think she needs a vacation or retire. By the way all you see is her employee number no name on her. Canceled membership.

For the past three months, I havent been able to find several items in the store (e.g. small Kleenex box, sock eye salmon, French roast coffee, etc.) I finally brought my frustration to the managers attention today. His response? He called his assistant manager who then told me sorry, we are a smaller store so we dont carry everything. If we do, they go out fast 😡

Went to get a pack of water for the family. The situation was that they had to get it down from the overhead. The pathetic response I received was that they don’t have any one who could drive the machine. Looks like they need more reliable employees! This took place on 2/6/18 around 9:30. Management should be contacted about this situation.

Bjs has great prices and carries many good brands. They take both their own and manufacturers coupons which other wholesale clubs dont. They get vey, very crowded on the weekends so plan your shopping for mid-week of at all possible.

I love saving at BJS, however this location lacks a lot of the items offered at the Ft. Lauderdale location. They have coupons from the monthly booklet on Charmin Ultra Strong Mega toilet tissue, but dont have it in stock/dont carry it there. Another item not carried is McCormicks Smoked Paprika seasoning. I know they are a smaller location, but at least the items advertised in the coupon booklet should be carried to avoid disappointment.Otherwise, the store is clean, the people are friendly, and checkout is not so bad in the week day (cant say so for the weekend or holidays).

I always go to BJs near my home and never have a problem. Today we went for last min shopping before christmas and Johnny took care of us checking us us and was rude. I handed him 3 coupons and he took them put them down and while he was scanning us out. Gr8 dropped one of mine and 1 other in the floor and dropped the other 2 in the cart. I picked up the ones by his feet and tried to find the other 2 and told him i gave him the 3 coupons and he denied it and he was rude about it .I ended up finding the coupons and giving them to him and he stilled denied it. He was completly smug, and totally rude. He had zero emotion like he was high on drugs or something. Sad . ZERO customer service. Why Johnny do you do this for a living? Get a job you like if you dont like that one.

This store is turning into a dog park. Women from the neighborhood are bringing their dogs for a walk through the produce while they shop. Disgusting.

I was in the store early this afternoon, and the store itself is nice and has plenty of items in stock. The staff is what my big issue is with this location: it is particularly a woman named Theresa. She was some kind of manager. I was over by one of the samples, which I wanted to try. The manager lady interrupted me and seemed to scorn the woman running the sample cart for no apparent reason. The manager woman then started to move the cart and put her hands all over the meatballs. I found this repulsive and actually rude to chastise the nice cart lady when she wasnt even doing anything. I just wanted a meatball and she just barged in being incredibly rude. Im a paying member and I expect more from BJs as it is my favorite place to shop.

Love bjs, but this store is quite busy, and the parking lot sucks! Might be better if people werent so lazy and would push their carts to the corral.......it is florida though! Much easier to be lazy and just leave it in your parking spot!

It is a huge style warehouse market, you feel like you will find all one may need.

I have purchased several items here that have turned out to be moldy. On two occasions, the cheese and pepperoni trays I purchased were discolored and green. When I returned these, very few questions were asked and I got my money back, but I can only hope they pulled the rest from the shelf. Today, I opened a Sargento cheese and nut snack and the cheese looked moldy. Everything is still within the use date, but perhaps they’re just not storing it correctly. I don’t know how much longer I’m keeping this membership. I’m sick of gambling on whether an item is going to be moldy or not when I take it home.

This place never runs out of items. Clean, friendly, caring, and very hospitable. I love this bjs.

I dont know why people complain about the parking lot, gas lines, or gas prices? They must not have belonged to Costco. I used to go to the Costo in Pompano Beach. Parking was a nightmare, I never have to stalk customers leaving the store to park at this BJs location. Gas lines are usually short. I rarely have to wait for more than one person filling up. Have you ever tried to get gas at Costco? The lives are many cars long, and they dont have diesel, but BJs does. Finally, gas prices are lower than any station in the are (check using Gas Buddy app), and I save an additional 10¢ per gallon using the BJs credit card. The inside of the store is fine, the register lines can be long, depending on your timing, just like at any big box store.

This is the nearest BJs to my home. And convenient at the same time for purchasing BJs low price gas.

Love the gas prices, hate gas lines and the confusion the pumps seem to cause with the uninitiated.Prices inside the are house are good also and they accept coupons.

PUMPS NEED TO BE UPGRADED. VERY SLOW COMPARED TO ALL OTHER STATIONS.
