At beginning was ok,friendly guy at front desk.we picked up a track for 2 hours for $19.99.well 2 days later I recieved 2nd bill for $57 .the bottom line instead of paying $20 I have paid $120 with $20 insurance and 18 miles over charged mileage.For this money I could hire movers from door to door service them that van.watch out when you get in that scam place

I visited the store in August - Great customer services...I was on tight time schedule due to a fire that took place at my previous residence and needed a U-Haul Truck to move my belongings. The gentleman that helped me out was understanding of my time. I rented the truck and was on my way.

Keep my working truck there. Friendly people, always helpful!!
