Its not the best dollar tree store I have visited. It has sufficient variety of items. The inventory they have is not well organised. If you are looking for something specific, it can be difficult. Cleanliness is not the best and its mainly due to haphazard stacking of items. Staff is helpful and polite

The store is overfilled, and if you are like me, its a lot to look at, which is nice. The store had what I was looking for, so all good.

This is the dirtiest and most unorganized Dollar Tree I have ever seen. Filthy trash covered floors and merchandise strewn all over the place. I cant imagine what the restroom looks like. The staff and the clientele leave a lot to be desired. What a dump.

Because it is extremely short staffed everywhere Ive been working a lot of doubles and I was not able to celebrate Mothers Day with my mom however I called this Dollar Tree and Leslie took good care of me she said she had a few Mothers Day balloons left and that she was selling to me so Im just saying thank you so much less for making my mother happy and making me happy I truly appreciate it kudos to Leslie she is what customer service is all about..... Leslie works at the Dollar Tree on University Avenue and Royal Palm right next to the Michaels in Coral Springs

There are many items and it is useful when you looking for some stuff of the last minute. Some products looks like chepear of low quality.

Well stocked Dollar Tree, better straightening than some. You can get through the aisles without difficulty. 1st week of August & theyre putting out Halloween decor! Plenty of free parking.

I like shopping at this store, but there is an Employee by the name of Olga, she acts like it’s her store, if you are not hispanic she refuses to help. She just walk by you if are asking her questions if you are from any other race. She is very rude and lack customer service.

This Dollar Tree appears way more stocked than the others nearby. Nicer employees as well.

KENYA the newly promoted assistant manager is a straight FEMALE DOG ! She’s totally unprofessional, and desperately lacks an education . Her customer service skills left a lot to be desired on a scale of 1–0 it’s a ZERO! She can’t speak properly, as though she didn’t finish elementary school, how she became an assistant manager is beyond me. Apparently the dollar tree hires illiterate hood rats . I should expect that . Not only does this nasty little girl has people follow me as though I’m a criminal, she throws my change at me !! I have reported her to corporate and I am following up with them.

Not much to find... This place is like a coin toss at one day you can find a plethora of things that you might find useful the next there is a bunch of garbage, I know is a dollar $ but some of the things are not even worth .20¢ on Wish. It used to be organized and that was excuse enough to come and shop a few detergents but now is always full of garbage things all over the floor. Dont even think about using the bathrooms in there. Better off going somewhere else. :/

Great store. Well organized. Has everything including frozen foods, non frozen groceries, dog food, cosmetics, reading glasses, glassware, greeting cards, party supplies, laundry detergent, and more. All for $1 each. Staff friendly and helpful.

They sell expired food. I ate four Hershey Kisses and the next day I got food poisoning. It was the worst feeling and I threw up multiple times. The bag of chocolates was checked and had expired in May. I ate the chocolate on September 19th which was the same day the chocolate was bought.

There are many popular businesses along this row. You just have to be lucky to find a parking spot. There are a few for handicapped, but not enough. Dollar Tree, is one of the best Dollar stores.

Its the holiday season and people are getting last minute items. You would think extra help and cashiers would be available. My experiencpe, just 1 cashier open and at least 15 people waiting to check out. I left! The staff is of NO help, rude at best..

Small store packed with tons of useful stuff. Friendly staff lead by a great manager who works hard to maintain cleanliness and keeps shelves stocked. Great place to buy balloons and party supplies. Unfortunately this store attracts shady customers and the elderly. Plus low life thieves! Seriously Ive seen them steal from Dollar tree and its pathetic and sad. Restrooms are clean but at times nasty people who dont know how to use toilet destroys them. (Hint) they old people. Heres the scary part the womens restroom just as bad. A/C must not be working. The store feels warm. Manager says it working. Well 30 customers may say differently. Shopping carts ..well some work and alot dont.

Over the past several months, this stores appearance has become quite a MESS! Shelves are always messy - merchandise still in boxes in the aisles during the height of business hours not to mention the merchandise thrown all over the floor by unsupervised matrons & children. Other Dollar Tree stores I have visited in Pennsylvania recently puts this store to SHAME! It was quite a welcoming relief to visit the store in PA that was CLEAN & ORGANIZED with pleasant personnel and a large variety of merchandise. If I could give it a lower rating I would.Shame on you Dollar Tree for allowing this store to get in such deplorable condition - it use to be a nice store to visit.

Lack of social distancing among customers. There is usually a long line, and only one register is open. Sometimes, they open up a second register depending on how long the line is.

Rude staff!!! Rarely get help when needed. Theres this one employees (Richard, i think is his name) is always friendly, helpful and courteous. Hes the highlight of this store. However, when hes not there its a place you dont want to be.

Spanish lady is mean shes mad because she works there dont like your job quit give it to some that appreciates having a job gross women

This store is a disaster area, what a MESS! Items tossed on the shelf in close proximity of where they belong. The district manager has failed miserably for letting the store get in this condition. Dirty floors, disorganized shelves, understaffed cashiers. I turned around this time and just walked out

Awesome prices, great things to buy, but the assistant manager ruined my experience, I was w my dad and we were buying a couple things and we needed a plain box to clean up so we asked an associate if they sold boxes and she said no but you can have any box of ours you see if its empty. Im thinking perfect, my dad (who is an older gentlemen) is moving the empty box he sees from other boxes that contain items out of a cart and the assistant manager yells out loud that we cant take that and causes a scene without just asking us whats going on. Literally everyone is frozen thinking wth is up with this woman. So I get upset and say the associate said we could have on as long as its empty. The way she reacted was playing dumb because I guess she thought we were just trying to take it without asking anyone. So i laughed out loud and responded sarcastically but at the same time trying my hardest not to yell at this woman since Im with my dad but Im 21 years old so I get insanely upset if anyone disrespects anyone I love clearly like anyone else. She just went back to attending someone and murmuring something under her lips. Point is she 100% lacks customer service, I honestly dont know how she got to such a position, she should have just stayed as an associate or nothing at all because she stayed being loud and disrespectful talking to herself afterwards that everyone felt uncomfortable. Thats not right. Totally ruined my experience. Pisses me off. I dont know her name but since Im moving to Coral Springs and I will DEFINITELY be going back in that store lol I will find out her name and let you guys know

This is the worst dollar tree . it’s junky and i saw a roach in the food aisle . Managers are rude kenya has an attitude and looks like she is forever angry with the world .

They are always long lines. Very few cashiers. Parking is lot is always packed. Hard to find parking.

This location is ridiculous. Poorly managed, always a mess and drastically understaffed. I always end up leaving the few items i intended to buy because the ONE register open has a line backed halfway to the end of the store.
