I have never had better customer service and humanity in a UPS store than what I get every time I walk it it this one. Everyone is great. They treat you like family. They respect their customers.
Stan is helpful and all of the employees are stellar! Quick and easy to get copies, bound materials and do Amazon returns!!
Ive been taking my items to be returned for over a year, never had a problem. For some reason, it seems to be ok to ignore a customer when they walk in and look at them as if they are bothering you. Three people standing there and one guy has to get up to serve me. Will not be going back. Wheres the customer service? Maybe I did not have on the right color that day. Also, I was charged $1 to add a piece of tape to another package I returned the other day. I could buy a whole roll at Dollar Tree.
The owner is absolutely obnoxious and very very rude!! Do not even think about asking her to do more than one Amazon returns at the same time because he has absolutely no idea how to do it nor is she going to take the time to figure it out.This is something that is very basic to do and if she’s contracted with Amazon she should know the steps on how to do a basic return. She is then going to tell you that she doesn’t work for Amazon and that YOU need to figure out how to do the return because it’s not her job… crazy!! Don’t waste your time going to this store unless you want to be yelled at and disrespected. There is another UPS location not too far on University and Ramblewood. Check them out instead, trust me!
Unfortunately I had the displeasure of running into one of the owners of the store today named Stan. I brought in an Amazon return and was told that I needed to print the shipping label (something that I never had to do before when returning Amazon items at Kohls) and was charged $2.50 to print out the label. Then he charged $1 to add about 20 inches of tape to secure the package. Other UPS stores that I have used have never charged me for these things so it is completely inconsistent across the board. The real issue aside from the absurd charges is just how rude and crotchety Stan was. The attitude is just so poor and not representative of how someone should treat their customers, especially a business owner. With so many other options available I will happily go elsewhere next time I have any shipping/packaging needs.

Highly recommend. Everyone there is polite and professional and care that you are satisfied. My husband and I have had a UPS box there for years (no porch pirates!) and used other services as well.

Had a package to drop off. Printed label at work, packaged it properly and put the label on the package and went to this UPS location to drop it off. Package was 70 pounds and used UPS Ground service. So when I arrive and put the package down, went back to the line and waited my turn. Then all of a sudden they started saying hey you cant drop it off because its 70 pounds. Im like I have done it multiple times before whats the issue. They are like its the policy. Im like show me the policy where its written? They were like we dont have to show you anything and if you dont leave we gonna call the cops on you. Im like for what. They said for trespassing. I was like wow. And still demanded to see the policy. They refused. Them the older guy said take his package outside and if he doesnt leave call the cops. Never ever have I seen this kind of customer service. Oh and btw. Called corporate and made a claim. They dont know anything about this kind of policy and neither did another ups store that happily took my package and shipped it. So dont deal with scumbags and I think they refused it because I didnt buy the label from them. I printed it home. So beware how they try to scum people. Never ever will I go to that place and I hope they will go out of business. Lets see what corporate says because my lawyer is dealing with it.

I live in Parkland. I drive 20 minutes to come to this location. (On average, I go 3-4 times per week.) I find that the staff is extremely friendly, professional, and helpful!! Especially Stan and Jason. They go out of their way to help! Makes it worth my wile to drive “out of my way”!!!!
I’ve been coming to this store for a very long time and it’s very disturbing because STAN the owner or manager is a very unprofessional man and he is very aggressive and angry when it comes with dealing with people. If it wasn’t for Jason or The other guy I feel like his store would close or run out business because of his negative energy and the way he talks to people. To him it looks like he thinks he is very professional but no way! He is too aggressive and he always try to use manipulation in every aspect and he talks over people which is very bad. Seems like he only cares about himself. Lost a customer. Good luck to the employees.
Staff does not go far and beyond to help the client. They close earlier than advertised with the staff just lounging around the last couple minutes before closing.

I don’t normally post reviews. But south Florida is so disappointing when it comes to professionalism. So it’s not a 1 because they were quick.But apparently they’re not taking Amazon boxes when they do returns. Which I normally send my returns in. They tell me they don’t need the box then proceed to instruct me to walk through the side alley to the dumpster in the back. I responded I’m not walking through an alley with my one year old and they said ok and walked away.I’m just not used to being treated with such little care. Take the box or use the box to do my return. Do not send customers through back alleys. Particularly ones with a small child.
Stan, Nick and the whole team at the UPS Store were more than helpful with all of our shipping needs. They met all of our expectations and went beyond with their professional customer service talents. Great service every time
When we made it to the counter for service, the person behind the counter started to be rude because we had small labels, he continued to rant to us that if we had a UPS account that the labels would be printed from that store for free, but he continued in a loud and angry manner, we have dropped packages off before using the same size labels and no issue, we left feeling like we were not welcome and traveled to the next UPS store up the road where we were able to ship out the packages no problem, save your time and headackes and just go to the store the parkland store as they were amazing.

During the past few years, when our firm shipped packages we would generally use Fedex. However, after experiencing the great customer service at this location - we will only ship with UPS at this store. Stan and his staff care about his customers and will go out of their way to help. They even showed us how we can save money on shipping when they did not have to say anything. I highly recommend this business !!!
Very unpleasant experience at this store, I’m not sure if the guy was a manager or not but he seemed to have some sort of authority. He was very rude for no reason at all. Also I feel like I was over charged & he didn’t give me a receipt.

Nick Orisino is absolutely the BEST!!! I came in with my 85 year old parents to get many documents signed and he was extremely efficient, organized, patient and kind! He wanted to make sure my parents were comfortable during the whole process. He made this process seem so simple and smooth and it was a lot of signing and a lot paperwork and he truly made it effortless !If i could give him 1000 stars I would! Thank you so much Nick and this UPS store !!

Stan (the guy with the beard) needs to work on his customer service!!!!! From the time I walked in the door, you can feel the negative energy!!!!! As soon as I walked in the door, he puts his hand up as if he is signaling me to come over there! I say please, thank you and still not a word! Have a good day I say and still not a word!!!! Older lady walks in and he greets her with the upmost respect! First thing I look for in any company is customer service and this location is lacking it!!!!

I went in to drop off 2 prepaid labeled returns because they did not fit in the UPS box outside my husbands office. There was a line. Keep in mind we are in the midst of a deadly virus and told to stay home or 6 feet apart. I asked where I could leave these boxes (like I do at USPS and Fed Ex). He said I cant. I have to wait in line for receipt. I said I dont need a receipt. He said again I had to wait in this line. He was a nasty older guy with beard. I left. Dont give him your business. I would have not given even one star.
The people who work at this location are nice and friendly. I drive about six miles to get here when there is a UPS store 3 miles from my home because they are rude and do not social distance customers properly.

Do not send your Amazon Returns from this store! This store charges for packaging to ship back Amazon items. They refuse to process return items without making customers to buy their bubble mailing envelopes Do not fall a victim of this kind of scam!

I went their to drop a amazon return which are free return, I had label and everything but the guy ask me to buy a 2$ box for each stuff to pack for return other wise he can’t return. After I told him none of other stores ask that before so he rudely said ppl want everything for free and we can’t do it .It was so rude and misbehaving attitude . They got paid from amazon for return but still he want to make more money for him self .So unprofessional
This store is full of rude people, with no social skills. Also would not accept my USPS package. I’m happy that these stores are independent, because I know that not coming back here and providing a bad review will actually mean something.

Why am I not surprised that most of the negative reviews here are about Stan? (or as my kid calls him- Stan Stan the Cranky Old Man). This dude has no customer service skills at all. I see from reading other reviews that he is the owner which doesnt surprise me because no boss would keep someone as surly as Stanny Boy. Ive had various run ins with him over the past few months, since I have been stuck working at home and have to mail stuff myself. The topper was last week when I was waiting on my designated circle with three other people in the store. A fifth person came in and Stan looks up and tells me to get outside- only four people in the store at a time. I tried to tell him I was the fourth person, that the other guy came in behind me, but I guess the other guy was his buddy and he told me again to get outside. I got outside alright- and went right over to the UPS on Coral Ridge where they were much nicer. I cant wait until lockdown is over.
This isn’t the first time my 17 year old daughter was mistreated by the bipolar older gruff man with a beard. There will be no more mistakes of anyone in my family showing up at this location.Don’t waste your time going to this location as it’s very temperamental on how you will be treated.

Im so glad that this store is doing so well that it does not care about customer satisfaction. I went in on a Saturday and paid for next day air ($47.53 when the United States Post office charges $25.00 for similar envelopes/pkg) was verbally told that the best he could do was Monday since they dont ship on Sundays. Find out thats not the case, it was picked up on Monday, arriving on Tuesday. The owner, who couldnt find my tracking number at first, told me that the USPS does not have next day air when I know for a fact that it does and almost at half the price. My suggestion: use the USPS, its cheaper and seem more responsive to customer needs. Totally exasperated with my experience here.

I’ve always had a good experience at this location. However, my husband was there 3 weeks ago and had a horrible experience with the rude man with the long beard. He either hates his job or hates my husband (who he doesn’t even know personally). Sorry but we will use a different UPS Store or FedEx from now on for our shipping, printing and poster needs.
The ONLY STORE I TRUST SHIPPING MY VERY DELICATE FLOWERS!! Ive been to other ups stores to ship but they arrived at the customers damaged!!! I drive out of my way just to go there!! And not to mention the customer service I receive!!! The main reason I still use this UPS Store is because of the excellent customer service skills provided by the Manager Jason. He is a true professional and goes above and beyond in helping the stores clientele. 5+ Stars for Jason!!!Unfortunately this UPS Store loses two stars because of their employee Nick, he gets less than 0 stars. Nick is very rude to customers, gets flustered when he makes mistakes (which happens often) and is extremely unprofessional and condescending to the stores clientele. It is shocking that this stores ownership has not terminated Nick for cause since he offends many customers and drives away potential business which leads to lost revenue for the owners. Given the high levels of unemployment and large numbers of individuals seeking employment currently this store should replace Nick with a person who has excellent customer service skills.

I had a really bad experience. I waited on the line 15 minutes. It was 6:45 when I arrived to store. At 7:00pm, the guy said that we are closed and can not take my boxes.Bad bad customer service!!!!!

Wish I could leave less then 1 star. Walked in at 7pm and the guy opened the door and said he cannot help me. Wish people could be more kind and considerate. Went straight to fed ex and they helped me.
This place is awesome super friendly staff I went to two places to drop off my package nobody would take my UPS package so I drove here and Nick took it no questions gave me a receipt and I was on my way in a matter of 1 minute. It took longer for me to walk there and back from my car!

I was trying to return my package to my seller, and it got foam rap on it and the ups store guy said they cant do it cause the foam pack around the box but i told them i receive just like this then they scare it with his finger and said we cant take it like this, i was very upset and left
I have been a customer of this UPS Store since 2008, and I have nothing but positive things to say about Stan and his crew of Stacey & Nick.They are always helpful, courteous, respectful and treat each customer as if they were the most important customer in the world.Highly recommend this UPS Store.

From The first time i went here, to the second, and final time, i got a bad taste in my mouth because of how rude stan (the owner) was. I drive 3 miles out of my way to acoid this store. I usually just return things from an amazon shipper, and the 2 times i I went, Stan made me feel really uncomfortable, and i had to basically be kind of forceful for him to ship my broken smartphone back to the carrier for repair with bunnle wrap around it (that i supplied). He said, you know this bubnle wrap wont protect anything right?. #1. Id it didnt protect anything, why is bubble wrap a packing product, #2. Did he think it was better off without any packing materials or something?, #3. Talk to me with some respect, just because i am young (28), doesnt mean that you ate better than me.
Quick Shop, nice guys, could have better rates though.
