I have been here for a year and a half, its been amazing living here. Its a quiet, well kept community. The staff always keep me informed with any changes that occur and does their best to accommodate me. They also have cool contests during the holidays and great perks. Its definitely a great place to rent.

This place is a joke and so is the property management team and property manager. People park in the middle of the road or in handicap spaces on a nightly basis. When you bring up the problem to the property management team or manager dont do anything about because “they dont want to upset anyone by towing their cars”. Ohh and on 4th of July dont expect them to do anything about the BOMBS being set off. Illegal fireworks are encouraged and allowed all hours of the night. Then the next day your car and parking lot are littered with debris and trash from all the parking lot parties. They say these are luxury apartments but nothing but trash lives here. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE RUN FAR FAR AWAY. We will be moving out as soon as our lease is up. Honestly wish there was an option for 0 stars

If there was an option of no star I would have given that unfortunately I have to put one star. The management is very very very rude. Also they will rip you off with your deposit don’t even expect you will get anything back instead they will make you pay more. No need to do any courtesy cleaning before leaving because even if you leave the apartment in perfect condition they will rip you off by charging exorbitant price.

If I can give more star ⭐️ I would!! The Grove at turtle run goes above and beyond expectations in my opinion. The office staff is more then willing to go out of their way to help you out! All you have to do is ask. When there is an issue in the apt weather during office hours or after hours it always gets resolved (and if they can’t they explain why and come back the very next day) this has been by far the best place I have rented from. Yes there is a few issues with wild life but we literally across the street from a preserve. KEEP IT UP GROVE STAFF!!!!

Ive been here 5 years. Love it here!!! Love the surrounding neighborhood!! I have moved within the complex 3 times from a 3/2 to 1/1 then to a renovated 1/1. Ive met some great people here. Of course there will be things that need fixing just as it would if you owned your own home. The entire staff takes care! The office crew is fantastic and I know because I am a tough lady. Once in a while you are bound to have an issue, its to be expected considering the size of the complex. Lots can go wrong. We are currently working through a lil situation (1st one in 5 years), which I trust will get resolved sooner than later. I still love it here !! I use the pools, hot tub, free coffee, club house, gym, tennis court, and walking trails regularly. On site trainer. Great amenities. I dont see or have any of the negativity other people say they have. I request a work order and the work is completed in 24-hrs unless a part has to be ordered. What I would like to see done to improve the overall appearance and give the place a more luxury feeling is to repave the street, where there is stone laid, make sure there is enough stone so you cannot see the weed block that is laid first, a better way to manage the garbage. I wish the residents would not feed the ducks. Duck poop yuck! The Grove does a pretty good job power washing so Im not taken over by the duck poop, thanks :-). The entry gates, Id like to see them closed all of the time. Fob entry needed 24/7. No fob no entry. Love it here!!

I lived at the Grove for a year and I really enjoyed the experience. The employees are very kind and accommodating to the needs of the residents. The two pools, gym, and the properties are well kept and it often felt like I was living in on a resort. My apartment was significantly larger than other apartments I looked for in that price range and the neighborhood is quiet even with all of the residents living there. The reason I moved out was because I wanted to be closer to where I worked. The Grove is in a great, safe, location with a beautiful park and walking area across the street. However, this location is also about a 10 minute drive from the highways which can extend your commute if you arent working in the Coral Springs area. I would highly recommend moving here if you are new to the area or Flordia and want to live in a good place.

There are a lot of Pros and Cons to this neighborhood. For starters the office staff is friendly then the first time I lived in here, and the gym is great, nice updated equipment. That is where the pros stop, the gate has poles which seems great but people just wait for a resident to come through then use the exit button they have on the visitor side to raise the pole and go through. Who knows who half these people are that are following through the gate or what theyre up to if they dont have a card or cant call the residence they are going to. Then parking is non existent. I can almost guarantee the office does not know who half these people are or if they even live in here. For the price it cost to live in these apartments, I should be able to park in front of my building any time I come home. On top of that, I have neighbors that have two garages and four vehicles. a house of two adults does not need four vehicles, and since each garage really has two spots, they dont need to take up any other spots. If the office knows there is a waiting list for garages why allow people to have two garages. I wish I could give it more star because the office staff is great, but there still are too many problems with access and ease of parking especially for the rent they charge.

I wish I did my research before renting out this place, because I was already unhappy as soon as I moved in because of the trash area and the maintenance. Sometime it took one week to get maintenance done on my apartment. One time I even had to call and remind them, because it took so long.As for parking issues, if you stay by the lake, you wont have any problem with parking, but you will have to contend with the ducks and spider webs etc.Anyhow, the reason why I decided to move out because they raised the rent by over $200 and I felt for the size of that apartment, it just s not worth it. Right now Im paying way less, and the apartment is way bigger and much nicer. So PLEASE dont be fool by the walk-in closet and the GYM. It is not worth it...trust me when I said that.I also have to note that they wont be giving you back your deposit, trust and believe me when I say they charge for EVERYTHING. They are know for charging for carpet replacement, instead of just cleaning it. I dont have any pet, and the carpet would have look just as nice with carpet cleaning, but they wont do it, and I come to learn that fact from other residents. If you decide to move there despite the reviews, make sure you do the walk through. I was so dupe into thinking these people would be decent with my money, but they were not.I hated everything about my experience here and I so wish you guys can believe me that Im not bitter or angry at all. I limit the number of reviews I give but for the sake of ethics I must warn anyone who is looking to rent from this property. In 2015 my husband and I searched around to several apartment complexes looking for a nice place to rent. I completed 3 rental applications with different companies. After a few months living at the place we chose which was not the Grove at Turtle run I started receiving calls from a third party collection agency stating I owe them money. No where on the application did it say I must pay one months rent if I decided not to go with the Grove. We didnt agree to move there ever and we didnt sign anything except for the application. The manager completely used my application against me when we decided not to rent from them due to negative reviews. This place is one you should never even bother looking at. Total RIP Off, do not even bother filling out an application with them unless you want to spend 1,700 dollars for an application. Do Not I repeat, Do Not give them any of your personal information.

After reading some of the reviews, I actually believe that people are being ridiculous. The staff are actually very professional and I have not had any problems with them. Any issues Ive had with my AC unit or anything at all have been addressed in a timely manner. I can understand tenets complaining about parking. Fortunately, I do have a garage, but I do feel the parking is something that they should address. I am just not sure how they would go about doing that seeing theres no space to build additional parking. As with all apartments, there are pros and cons. I feel the pros outweigh the cons. My sales person told me upfront (and I am sure they did the same with all of the tenets) that parking is tight--which is why I opted for the garage. Other than the parking, this is a great community. Plan accordingly for the parking and enjoy The Grove!

The Grove @Turtle Run apartments are dated, but the size is big. I didnt care for carpet in the entire place, and upon moving in, there were a lot of damaged baseboards, floor tiles, with painted counters and sinks in the restrooms. The tub in the Master bedroom was covered . The counter in the kitchen had many scratches. The air conditioner was old, in which I made several complaints to upgrade--management refused. Nadia was nice, Pauline was mean--she need to calm down, and be more professional, and train staff not to be so impatient when several complaints are made concerning the apartments. Everytime I entered the office, I seen eyes roll/heads turned, or just simple avoidance. Pauline was so unprofessional, I was going to complain to corporate headquarters, but my husband didnt want me to. The upkeep of the grounds onsite is minimal, no pesticide used to eliminate issues with the ants/bugs in cars. The parking is horrible, and the neighbors are not neighborly--no one speaks to you. If you are looking for a family friendly place for your kids, this is not it. This place is more pet friendly, than people friendly. Coral Springs in general, is a nice place to live...but I recommend finding a place that is more welcoming and friendly than the Grove at Turtle Run.

The staff seem to be welcoming and friendly when its in their favor. The location is great and the propriety is somewhat clean. But if you have a normal work schedule with a typical commute, dont expect to be able to pick up your own package at the office due to their schedule. Even if you call to have them deliver it to your doorstep ( and remove them from all liability), they refuse to. So the answer, I have to wait until the day I dont work, which could be a week or more in order to just pick up my package which was sitting in their office the entire time, its extremely frustrating. Oh and try not to mind that the garbage area has hours of operation. So you also need to accommodate their schedule in order to be able to throw your own trash away. The rules implemented here are ridiculous, and are absurd considering the amount thats paid for rent here. If it werent for those issues, It would be higher score.

The Grove at Turtle Run looks nice at first glance. The amenities are numerous and the front office staff seems cordial. Its after you sign a lease with The Grove that you see how truly awful this place is. Just days before the move-in date I received a call from the office telling me I couldnt move in. I informed the front office I had already hired movers and a moving truck, they did not care or try to help rectify the problem until I threatened to break the lease due to their inability to follow its terms. The model they show you looks nice and even considering that the apartments wouldnt look like that, I still decided to move in. The apartment was dirty, the walls were not painted after the last tenant moved out, and the AC was broken. The AC continues to be a constant problem and as a result my FPL bills are ridiculously high. I have called the front office to have maintenance fix it but each time they do a patch job and Im left to call them a few weeks later. If you are considering moving into the Grove at Turtle Run I recommend you driving around the development. You will see holes in the building with black insulation tubing where they are running lines to the AC units up the sides of the buildings. The complex is overrun by possums, raccoons, and rats. The evidence is the carcasses than can be found laying in the road. The front office staff are as deceitful as they are incompetent. Please be sure to stop by the complex after it rains, you can really smell the aroma of the LANDFILL that is less than 2 miles away. This review is based on my experiences living in this dump of a place for a year.

We just finished our lease and they did not have time to do a walk through with us. The obviously have never cleaned the vents in any of the apartments As there was constantly black dust coming out of the vents making the carpet dirty. As there was smoking in the apartment, we knew they would keep the deposit. But they said they had to put in new vertical blinds because of us, the blinds were already broken before we moved in. They kept saying they would fix them and never did. The balcony had a crack deep enough to show rebar and they said they had to do that to drain it. All they did to fix it was lay a clear sealant over it. I dont think that would pass a safety inspection. We told them about bad electrical outlets that they said were fine but did not work.!! They still make me wait 7 days or longer to get the stuff I order. They are mean, lazy, rotten nasty old bags who try to dress and act young. You know the type. They sit on their cell phones while I stand there and wait 10 mins waiting to be acknowledged . Im tired of it all. I have new scummy neighbors who moved in downstairs who leave their dog in a cage on their balcony 24-7 and all I smell is dog feces 24-7, not to mention the poor dogs health. Ive made multiple complaints nothing gets done. Ive even called animal control nothing gets done, they say its not illegal to leave the dog in a cage 24-7 unless it doesnt have food or water. The dog is beside the point- I am so fed up with the people in the office I cannot wait to move . Dont get sucked into the large closets and beautiful pool. You will hate it here. Our central air breaks all the time and they give us a temporary air conditioner for 1 room each time until they temporarily fix it. 2k in rent and I have to pay an extra $100 for a garage that is NOWHERE EVEN CLOSE TO MY BUILDING! Ive had it. They send out notices hours before inspections . Ill wake up at 7 am for work to leave and have a notice saying keep your pets somewhere because we will be inside your apartment for the day testing the alarms or doing some type of inspection. They have access to your home anytime they want with 2 hours notice.

I rarely write reviews but I am extremely pissed. If you do not get home by 7 PM you might as well forget about parking. The response I got from the office is rent a garage from them for an extra $150 so I can guarantee I have a parking spot. So what she is telling me is sir you are paying $1600 a month for a two bedroom shack and we want to suck an extra $150 out of you for you to park. When I have my kids in the car with me we have to park 8 to 9 buildings down with kids at 10 PM at night. Im sorry but the answer I got from them did not sit well with me at all. I dont even know where to begin....First, we signed a lease with a price that we had agreed one for a 1/1 non-upgrade. Two weeks before our move in date The Grove called us to let us know that they did not realize our unit was upgraded (which we already had our cable, FPL, furniture delivery) set up to this particular unit. They told us it would be $200 extra a month. At this point it was too late to back out now so we paid the extra $200 a month after trying to fight it.Second, being on the first floor you dont have a gate for your patio and we were experiencing raccoons on our patio so we took it into our own hands and put up a lattice fence to keep them away. The Grove sent us a letter stating that we needed to take the fence down or we would receive a fine. They also accused us of grilling on our patio (which we did not even own a grill). They told us if we were having issues with raccoons they would come out and put mothballs around the unit...They never did.Throughout the year we were leasing we experienced wear and tear such as the air conditioner stopped working, the sink was backing up in the kitchen and smelt like sewage more than once. The toilet would back up and whenever we would do dishes in the kitchen the soap bubbles would go into the toilet. The dryer was horrible. You had to dry your clothes 3 times to actually get them dry.We decided not to renew our lease after they raised our rent $180. Once we moved out we were sent a letter saying we owed them $777!!!! They charged for carpet replacement, $140 to repaint the walls (which we had already done before moving out) and $32 for our oven burners that were already horrible when we moved in.The places look nice in the photos but do not let them fool you!!! Huge RIP-OFF!!!!!

However, upon our departure they refused to do a walkthrough with us as indicated on our lease document and resorted to charge us $646 to furnish the apartment with a new carpet..The front gate is a joke.. with a little tug it will open so dont bother replacing the key card if you loose it. Not to mention is was broken or open most of the time anyway. If you already signed the lease...take pics of the apartment upon arrival and before departure. My problem with the Grove at Turtle Run began oddly enough after I moved out. I recently moved out of the apartments at Grove at Turtle Run on June. I requested a move out inspection prior to turning in my keys. My request was denied due to “staff shortage” that day. I was moving out of state the next day and was unable to wait to do the inspection. Prior to leaving the apartment it was cleaned and there was no damage present. I consistently called the complex to ask when my security deposit would be returned with no call back or response. On June 19, 2012 I received a letter stating that my $300 deposit would be kept and I would get an additional charge of $387 for “damages”. I had the manager send me pictures and cost of the supposed damages. The things listed were painting, cleaning, “pet odor,” and carpet damage. All apartments should be repainted and cleaned prior to a new tenant moving in and I should not be charged for this. Additionally, the pictures sent to me show a carpet imprint from my furniture (not damage). I disputed the charges in writing within the 15 days required by certified mail. I received a letter from a collection agency for the remaining balance of $387 approximately 2 weeks after to collect charges. When I explained that I was refuting the charges it was explained to me that even if I did that my credit would be affected for any future rentals or mortgage. I was forced to pay the amount so as not to destroy future credit. Please note this was in addition to the $500 pet deposit I had already paid.Prior to my move out I had no complaints about the complex. Its a fine place to live. Good location. Big rooms, big closets, big bathroom. As with most places, things broke and required fixing but it never took more than a phone call or 2 to get fixed. If you are planning on moving into the Grove I recommend you either never leave or make them do a move out inspection so as not to be subject to excessive and false charges.

Alright, Lets address all of the other points I have seen people make in their reviews. They have recently hired a new landscaping company to take over the community and they have done a spectacular job getting things in order. Is it a bit overpriced? Isnt everything in south florida? If you do not want to pay the price look for non luxury apartment complexes. The gym in this community is fully upgraded with the most recent gym tech and is one of the only community gyms with a punching bag that I have seen. The cons? The pools feel a bit outdated in design and they dont quite feel like a luxury atmosphere, especially the second pool located on the north side of the complex. They still use charcoal grills instead of propane like many other luxury apartments have already upgraded to. The pool chairs seem to be in rough condition as well.My personal experience: I have lived here since May and have had some issues with the apartment but every concern I have had has been addressed promptly. If you have a problem they will fix it. The office staff is very professional and they are there to help you. I have a 1br 1 ba apartment with a huge walk in closet that I have converted into an office. It also has a huge bathroom with a decent size tub. The carpet was brand new when I moved in and good quality. The counter tops are a little on the cheap side. They went with cheap material and sprayed residue on top of it to add grip. Everything said and done, I give it a four out of five stars only reason it is not five is due to pools and counter tops.

I normally dont write reviews, but my boyfriend and I arent even residents here and I felt I should say something. We went to this location with hopes of doing a walk-through for a 1/1. When we arrived the first thing we noticed was how squishy the roads were. Resident cars were in parking stalls, but the stalls were so small and so close together that only one car can get through at a time.We went in to the leasing office. There was a gentleman standing at the front waiting to be assisted by a representative. At the time, there were two in the office, both of which were assisting clients. The rep at the front was assisting a resident who was going on and on about her balcony door and whatever issues it had. When one of the representatives came over, it was already a four party line (note: the wait is not the problem). She assisted the gentleman first, the gentleman was a resident who was nicely inquiring on an issue with their gate, the rep rushed through his inquiry and went on to the next two parties in line (also residents). One was a little girl dropping of her familys rent money and the other was an middle-aged woman who was doing the same. At that point, she looked at both of them stating Rent money? when each party nodded to her and handed her their money orders instead of thanking them she said Yes, I love the rent monies. The little girl left and the middle-aged woman started to voice her concerns over one of her bathrooms and her garage as nicely as the man who had inquired about the gate. The rep continued to rush through her inquiry repeating that there was nothing she could do but have maintenance look into it. When the garage was brought up, the resident asked if she could move to another garage due to whatever issue she was having or if she could remove the garage from her lease. The rep curtly informed her that once a garage was on a lease, it could not be removed and ended the conversation with Well, theres nothing I can do for you, its not like I can change your light. The middle-aged woman left without a fuss, but obviously unsatisfied as she had mentioned she had emailed and left a voicemail last week. Now it was our turn. When the rep looked at us, she almost looked disgusted as if to say you cant afford to live here. I informed the rep that we wanted to do a walk through of a 1/1 if possible and she informed me that they didnt have any. She then proceeded to ask if we were married and what our price range was and so on. To make a long story short, we left without accomplishing a thing. But heres what I learned:1.) Theyre privately owned.2.) They do not allow combined incomes (not a big deal).3.) They have the lowest eviction rates (per the rep).4.) All three adult residents who were in there, were in there to talk face to face about a problem. While they have the lowest eviction rate, Im almost willing to be they also have the lowest lease renewal rate. The vibe I got from seeing three disappointed residents is that this place is money first and resident satisfaction second. My boyfriend and I were happy that we didnt get to walk through a 1/1 as the other places we visited after this one had much friendlier representatives and seemingly happier customers.Maybe it was just an off day for this rep and I know that maintenance issues happen, but they could have been handled better. And honestly, I think people should take their hard-earned money elsewhere.

Upon moving into the Grove I thought it was a great value because I only paid $200 deposit. However when my lease ended I signed another lease for the same rent I was currently paying. When I made my first payment of my second lease, I got it back with a note on my door stating that they wanted to increase my rent. I told them, I already have a signed lease and they have to honor it When I finally left the Grove my roommate did not do a walk-through and I got a bill in the mail from the Grove for over $700. Basically I feel this was retaliation, all the things that were listed were normal wear and tear, . paint, carpet ect but they had no pictures on top of this. I got a call from the credit agency threatening me so I threatened them back and told him it was for normal wear and tear that I was going to hire an attorney and if they put that on my credit report I was going to sue them for damages. I hired an attorney for $300. (Now I have legalsheild for $25 a month, no contract)They never put it on my credit report. However if you want your security money back you have to take them to court and show that this is normal wear and tear because its the law and they cannot legally keep your deposit, but they will, if you dont take them to court. You can look up the florida statutes for renting online and it Ill explain everything. IF they put it on your credit report you then can sue for thousands in damages if for normal wear and tear.

This place has updated kitchen appliances and one of the best on site gyms Ive seen for a community. Unfortunately their showroom had cobwebs and spiders in every corner and very old dusty furniture with ugly pillows, mismatched throw overs, and chairs. Theyre in need of a new interior designer for sure and could use a coat of fresh paint, this place is so old looking. It would be good if they can sweep or mop before allowing people in. My husband pointed towards me horrified and asked, what is that? I turned around and for sure right there on the patio was a rat, alive crawling around sniffing. The employee turned around mortified and started screaming. We all ran out of there and my husband and I left right away and never looked back! They need pest control and a serious interior upgrade!

Simply put, this place sucks! Save your money and go somewhere elseSo there are some pros to this complex, the apartments are nice and large with large closets, the gym is nice.To start the office can be extremely unhelpful. There were two trucks parked out front my building for a month, they never moved. They had spider webs all over, crap and water in the truck beds, and parked in the exact same spots, the exact same way for almost two months. I complained to the office four times and kept getting the same b.s answer its open parking. for $1500 a month, they could get out there and figure out if these people even belonged in the neighborhood. On that note, parking is terrible. There is no order and neighbors have no respect. I go to school and work, sometimes till midnight, I should not have to park like a half mile away because people on the complete other side have to many cars so they park by my building. First rule of being a neighbor, DO NOT park in front of someone elses building, there are 3 parking lots in this neighborhood, go there first! The neighborhood will probably claim they limit the amount of cars a unit can have, but this too I will call b.s on. These people just moved into my building, a 2 bedroom should not need 4 cars, parking by my building is scarce as it is let alone have to fight with these people who just moved in because they have way to many vehicles for the size unit.On top of this there is a gate. For the longest time it was broken and wide open so fake security there. Then when it is fixed it opens slow and allows for like 5 to 6 cars go through each time. Or if its closed and no resident comes to open it, these people will go through the exit gate when that opens. Who knows what type of people are getting into this neighborhood due to this.

Dont let the closets suck you in! Maintenance is grossly incompetent. Im not a complainer but if I could give this place no stars I would.I rented a 1 bedroom in August 2013 because of the closets. For the most part everything seemed to be ok with the exception of parking. There really is ZERO parking on the south side (right side) of the complex. So in August 2014 I decided to move to a 2 bedroom in The Grove b/c I needed more space. That was the biggest mistake of my life!First, the apartment simply was not ready on my move in date. During the walk through, they were still installing the appliances. I also had to call the manager to have housekeeping come and clean the apartment that was supposedly already cleaned. During the first week, there were quite a few maintenance requests because, again, the apartment just was not ready for someone to move into it. Requests like painting the walls b/c there were patches everywhere (which never got done by the way). However, the main requests were replacing a shelf in the closet and fixing the a/c. Now the shelf should have been a simple job right? Well somehow this supposedly experienced maintenance guy puts the shelf in slanted upwards. I mean how do you improperly install a closet shelf?! Then came the a/c fiasco. First I was told it would never get as cold as I wanted in the apartment b/c thats simply not possible. When I pointed out that it got that cold in my 1 bedroom, them I was told it was the direction the apartment was facing. Well that apartment faced west in the morning so why would it be hotter than the one bedroom that faced east? So finally, they blew out the coils and added freon and it worked for 2 whole days. I went back in to the office to let them know it stopped working and kept being told oh were going to fix it. Turns out I needed a whole new a/c unit. Well these bright bulbs decided to install an a/c unit while it was raining. When I got home that evening and turned on the a/c black soot came flying out of all the vents. I was told that was normal....uhhh ok if you say so...but the unit still wasnt working properly. After going back and forth for about a week thats when I was finally told that the unit was put in during the rain and still needed to be worked on and they were coming to fix it. Unit still not working. After getting sick of the back and forth, I stayed home one morning and got the manager and the maintenance supervisor to come to the apartment. The maintenance supervisor was absolutely clueless! He kept telling me it was working just fine until the manager noticed after standing in my apartment for 15 minutes she began to sweat with the a/c set at 70. Turns out the unit wasnt removing the humidity from the apartment but bright bulb maintenance guy couldnt figure that out standing in front of the thing. Supposedly that issue was fixed but the unit still wasnt working. Did I mention its August in Florida when Im without a properly working a/c? This went on for ONE MONTH! I had to call an a/c guy who told me what was wrong with the unit over the phone! Over the phone! But the head of maintenance couldnt figure it out.So I decided to move out. When I did my final walk through, I was told I would be charged for not steam cleaning my carpet even though the carpet was clearly clean because its in the contract. Notice Im not being charged because theyre actually going to clean it but simply b/c its in the agreement. Well I went back a couple days after my walk through (while still in my lease term b/c I did the walk through early) because I realized I might have forgotten some things in the master bathroom. It turns out I did forget those things but they were thrown in the trash. The items were new and clearly packaged as new in a drawer and there were items in the medicine cabinet as well. The rest of the apartment was spotless so common sense would have been to take 2 seconds to call me and ask if I forgot these items, but no. Then again, why should common sense prevail when it hadnt ever been present?

Very poor business ethics and the whole place is a drug den. When I complained about the constant drug use of people on their balconies, the woman in the office said You should have told them to share. We rented short term for 5 months, kept the place perfect, when we moved in it was filthy with stains on the rug, dirty shower, and all the surfaces covered in this nasty dust. When I asked them to clean it, they told me to use Tilex and clean it myself. All the interior doors fall off the hings and they never fix them, I had a towel bar that was jerry-rigged and when they came to fox it they took the bar out, left the end holders, said they will order the new bar, but I never heard back even though I followed up 4 times.STAY AWAY!!! This place is a private owned, low-income, drug neighborhood, with people in the office that act pleasant until you sign the lease. They will also have insane ridiculous charges upon moving out that will cost you $100s if not more. RENTER BEWARE!

This apartment complex has the worst customer service to tenants and has the audacity to continue to raise rent prices. My husband and I have had countless issues as far as things breaking and not being fixed in a timely manner however the lack of respect for us as tenants is what takes the cake. First the a.c. went out, then the washer and now the refrigerator stopped working which has caused everything to spoil leaving a terrible order throughout the apartment. When we spoke with them about this issue and asked how we would be compensated for the damages to our food, their response was that they were not liable even though this was the second time this issue has occurred and was reported. Not only did they stall on taking care of the issue but my husband was talked to disrespectfully in the office when inquiring about the status of our request. They refused to give us the number to upper management which has now forced me to file a claim with the BBB. Its one thing to paying expensive rent for a so called nice apartment but to deal with faulty equipment all the time, disrespectful office associates, lack of parking, and lack of ownership for destroying other peoples property is another thing. Save your money because its not worth the facade.

NOOOOOOOOO! This place is absolutely disgusting, rent is way to high to live in a ant infested hole in the wall. Dont be fooled by the nice entry way, they have raccoons that sift through the garbage daily. They dont fix anything when you call them and they nickel and dime the hell out of you. If you can bum it on someones couch for a year or go to a shelter it would be an upgrade. I wish I wouldve taken head to other reviewers prior to renting. RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Over a month there has been a nest of dead duck eggs at our front door step. Every night raccoons get into it and in the morning there are dead duck bodies everywhere. We have been calling since this started and the front office refuses to clean it.The smell of death is so bad it seeps into the 3 apartments nearby.
