When you call, agents are pleasant over the phone . I spoke with Leo about a unit that was available on the website and when I got there I was “scheduled” to meet with another agent who was on and off the phone the entire time she was speaking to me . I was told that in order to see the unit, I would have to pay 100 up front. She asked me twice if I am able to pay, to which I responded, I am not comfortable paying anything without seeing the apartment. I am not sure what their experiences have been, but why would someone be looking for an apartment and not be able to afford a 100 agent fee? I was also told that people may have placed and offer for 6 months of the rent and I should get started on the application ASAP. I just smiled and nod because in what world would I pay fees if I am unable to view the unit . Long story short, I left the office without even seeing the unit I spoke to Leo about . But that is okay. I understand business is business and other doors will be open ! FYI the same unit ended up on apartments.com. In summary, if you select this service, be okay with having to pay them 100 without seeing a unit.

I reached out to Rent 1 Sale 1 to locate a place. The gentleman Michael Wynter, I spoke with had me waiting for an email that never came. All of the listing emails stopped as well and this was after I provided my application fee. He requested I also submit the first months prior to locating a place through Zelle. I would only agree to sending the $100 and told him I didnt feel comfortable sending him $1500 without anything in writing. So he ghosted me. I texted him two days later waited 2 hours with no response so I called his manager. Leo Ovalles who received my $100. He said you guys were talking and I told him I was told to wait for an email that never came. He called the agent and the agent retaliated by saying so you went and told my manager. He said that wasnt nice. He said it was too much pressure and to ask to be reassigned. I called the office to ask for my money back. I was told I couldnt get it back but they assigned me a new agent who I texted my information to and who had my number and he never responded. I’m so glad I didn’t send over my first month’s rent for them to hold. I am going to the Better Business Bureau. Ive made several attempts to resolve this situation. Do not do any business with them. They are not accommodating. Get a private realtor who knows the business.

Drove down here 45 minutes for them to have me fill out a form and tell me the property Im interested in is off the market. YOU LITERALLY COULD HAVE DONE THIS OVER PHONE/EMAIL/SKYPE ETC. Is this how you do business, extremely disrespectful of peoples time. Im sure Im not the 1st or last. Jessica is who baited me on driving all the way just for them to call owner of property and find out it was rented already. STAY AWAY

If you are trying to find an apartment to rent then I definitely recommend Magdalena! She was on time, patient, and very informative about the unit I was touring. She even went out of her way to call the owners broker twice to clarify things about the unit and also introduced me to the condo complexs office staff for further clarification of things. 5/5 stars, excellent realtor.

I was very excited to come and check this place out. I was in need of a new home and my realtor by the name of LINA rescheduled on me multiple times and was very bad on responding back to me. Truthfully the whole process was just to stressful for me.I still think that maybe this place has some potential i just got the wrong person.

The level of professionalism is as low as you could find when trying to rent. They push you into a offer They use one property to accept Multiple deposits through zelle and will only accept the highest offer. If the agent would have told me for that there was a higher offer I would have went somewhere else, without running my credit and paying 1275.00 as a zelle deposit. Why are you taking Multiple deposits under a specific rate and cancel based off one offering more ? I would contact a realtor that doesnt work for this company because they all have access to the same lists. These agents made me zelle money to tell me later that the broker took a higher bid. This is not professional behavior and my money should be returned through zelle immediately. Yet I havent heard anything. Do not deal with this office you will regret dealing them. You can easily go to remax and apply for a showing and much more professional agent will assist you. This office is border line a scam. Big red flags.

Anabel had the worst customer service I came to the office it was raining the office smelled like a wet dog due to the carpet inside when I told Anabel I wanted to rent instead of buy she seemed very disinterested and she took forever to find a few properties that we can view and also never sent me any list all week on properties to veiw also she was always on the phone having personal conversations very talkative but not talkative enough to call the new properties and ask about the credit requirements I had to call a few properties myself because she was wasting away a good business day . I am very disappointed in the service I received it doesn’t take that long to find a one bedroom for some one with no kids no pet but obviously some people are just lazy . I will not work with this company again not now or in the future I have found another office that is actually sending out listings and working for me .

She sent me several listings via email within the price range that I specified. Then we met on a Saturday to view a few of the places I was interested in. I wasn’t too crazy about the places we saw.. but Sara was so patient and understanding. She did not try to pressure me into anything. She emailed me a few more listings and we met again the next Saturday. This time, we found the perfect place for me and my girls in a beautiful gated community at an affordable price. So I had an appointment set up this morning at this office. First I like to say the girl Lauren I spoke to over the phone was very pleasant and sweet. The guy I dealt with once at the office was rude and condescending. Older man with grey hair and grey Facial hair. He greeted me in a white T and white pants which should’ve been the first sign to walk out of there but hey why not give the guy a chance right?! Wrong! I filled out the paperwork to and told him I was flexible on the move in time since I’m not in a lease currently. He said that’s not going to work I need a ten day time frame. What if I don’t have a ten day time frame? I’m flexible which I explain everything over the phone before driving over... he said what do you think I’m your tour guide? Umm I actually do since you’re suppose to be a Real estate agent But I just walked out of there. I guess the bad reviews were true. Don’t waste your time with place. Customer service in not their strong suit.

I got my rental in Cresent Cove thanks to r1s1 and also my rental in Holiday Village both in Coral Springs thanks to them. Go! Marlene and Laurenie who work at the front are the sweetest!
