Chantell is the best ever! She completely saved my skin. I used to have frequent breakouts but she minimized that greatly and improved the texture and brightness of my skin. On my initial visit, she knew exactly what was wrong with my previous beauty regimen and recommended products that were meant for my skin type. She is so worth seeing every month! She’s not into gimmicks or those super relaxing facials, she does medical facials that actually make a difference for your skin! I am going to miss her when I move for a few months. She’s amazing!

As someone who has suffered from acne since my teens and tried every product you can imagine, I was skeptical that Chantell could help my skin. I followed her on IG and saw all of her amazing before and after photos so I decided to give it a chance and I’m so glad I did! I went in for a acne consultation and “treatment” and It has officially been 2 weeks with my appointment with Chantell. Apparently what I paid for comes with a 2 week “check-in” via FaceTime since I do not reside in Miami. I have not received that nor have I heard back from her at all...While I did find the Face Reality products she sold me reputable, the treatment I received from her was disappointing to say the least. The main problem I had with this service is that after applying a “acne peel”, she preformed one of the most painful “extractions” I’ve ever experienced. SHE NEVER STEAMED MY FACE (before or after) and I let her know it was painful and she continued. After, I looked in the mirror and my face was SO inflamed and BLEEDING. All she did was hand me a pad to wipe the blood off. The next two days the pimples she extracted were still irritated, red, inflamed and eventually left a scar. So disappointed because I feel like my need for a solution was taken advantage of. I paid her $200 for a bunch of info I could have googled and a very painful extraction. LESSON LEARNED: only use services you have a referral for, do not book based off of INSTAGRAM.

I think there are two types of people who write reviews - the people who get paid to do so and the people who feel very strongly about what they’re reviewing. I am definitely the latter and, I have to say, there are very few things I can say changed my life. A friend of mine recommended me to this place for a facial and of course I went because she has the most beautiful clear skin and she sold me on a dream. I first went to Chantel about three months ago. And have done two brightening facials and a week or two ago my first chemical peel. My face isn’t perfect yet but the results I’ve seen in three months with the facials I’ve received based on her recommendation and expertise have brought my face to near perfection- no exaggeration. I’ve struggled with dark spots, blemishes and whiteheads for a very long time and it feels SO good to not have to wear makeup all the time now. I love my face and that’s literally only after three months (still have some dark spots but it’s a work in progress.) I had sun spots, wrinkles, blemishes, black heads, white heads, large pores, etc. I live on the beach and I work night life so sun and makeup ruin my skin pretty badly and I’m not as diligent as I should be. I can’t wait to go back to Chantel - she is literally the best and I would very much like to marry her and have perfect skin babies. She knows what she’s doing, she is very thorough, and ALWAYS checks up on me after each facial and answers my questions at any time of the day lol Aside for the customer service it’s the RESULTSSSSS! If you’re a human you know how hard it is to have perfect skin and how annoying it is when you don’t. See pics of my latest chemical peel! Just went for a consultation with Chantelle. She was very professional and educated. She truly made sure I understood everything by explaining my skin condition and what products I should be and shouldn’t be using for my skin type. She also went through all the facial options she would recommend for me so that I may choose the one I like best. We went with the Perfect Peel. I’m so excited to see my end results. I’ve started breaking out and was unsure on how to fix it. With a recommendation from my friend I booked an appointment with Chantell. Once I arrived she took me to the room and we discussed my skin and what my goals were. She then looked at my skin and explained what was wrong, my skin type, and how we’re going to fix it! As a bald man Ive alwaysbbeen a little insecure about how I looked until I met Lawrence and he suggested that I do micro pigmentation for a fuller look. It was painless and non invasive and I feel a million times better about myself. I absolutely recommend anyone with thinning hair or baldness, goes and talks to Lawrence. I definitely recommend him. Hes well worth it.
