I am a new member at your gym and I have to say that I absolutely love it! The machines are great quality, it’s not too packed and the management over there looks like they take good care of the facility and it’s members extremely well. Whenever I have any questions or concerns this gorgeous women named Gigi Always answers my questions without worry. Great job! Happy I found my new Temple of peace to workout 🙏👍

I just signed my first contract with them and Gigi was amazing. She was really knowledgeable about everything and she guide me through it with so much patience. Can’t wait to get to my fitness goals with this great gym 💪🏽

Gym is worthy of the area its in, very clean and organized. Gigi in the front desk is excellent at taking care of customers. Highly recommend!

I love my personal trainer Julito. He’s been training me for the last 2 years. I have seen a huge improvement. I highly recommend him for teenagers.

MAKE SURE YOU ASK TO READ THEIR FINE PRINT CONTRACT PRIOR TO JOINING THIS GYM. THEY MAKE YOU SIGN IN A HURRY PRETENDING THAT IT IS YOUR PAYMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE MONTH WHEN IN FACT YOU ARE SIGNING THAT YOU CANNOT CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP UNTIL IT IS A YEAR OLD.WHEN YOU TRY TO CANCEL, MANAGER WILL NOT LET YOU AND WILL THREATEN TO SUE YOU AND TAKE YOU TO COLLECTION. YOU WILL BE STUCK TO PAY FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AS THEY WISH (I WAS CHARGED TWICE IN A MONTH (MARCH 4TH AND MARCH 18TH) WITH NO EXPLANATIONS. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!!! DO NOT SIGN.

Just moved to the area, Pilar said I wasn’t welcome to try the gym, even though it’s downstairs from my building. Said because I didn’t have a Florida license I couldn’t try the gym or sign up. They falsely advertise as a spa when they don’t even have a steam room or sauna. Horrible customer service and I do not recommend people trying this.

This is a great gym. It has something for all levels of fitness. The staff is very courteous and helpful. They offer classes and personal trainers.

I joined Metropolis 2 year ago, the staff is super nice, always willing to help. The classes are amazing. I dont understand what happened to the guy below, but what i can tell you is that everybody working there is always friendly and open to help in every issue. i was going to cancel my membership once because i was having financial problems, and the management help me by allowing me to freeze it for 6 month! they were very understandable, thank God it only took me 4 month to get back in track.

I join Metropolis about a year ago and would like to share my experience. As of now I;m extremely happy with the staff and the personal training program, the location is always clean and all the machines are top of the line. I would recommend this gym to anyone interested in working out in a great environment.

Omg!!!!! What an experience! Let me just say that this was my first time taking a spin class and I was a little nervous. I did not know what to expect but thanks to the amazing rockstar instructor David, I was able to not only sweat hard but have soooooo much fun doing so. He was very welcoming and patient and explained everything I need to know before jumping on the bike. He took time out to make me feel comfortable and I couldn’t of asked for a better first time! He was full of energy and hyped us up the whole time! I recommend this wonderful class to anyone who is willing to try something fun and hip. It will allow you to burn calories, build muscle, release tension, and just have a blast!!! I will be back!

This place is the absolute worst!I moved from Miami almost two years ago for work and forgot to cancel my membership. I haven’t stepped foot in their gym for 20 months. I didn’t mind being charged for something I signed up for, HOWEVER, when I called in 8 months ago to cancel I was told to “come in person or send a certified letter”.WHAT A JOKE! Do not sign up to be apart of this gym they are a bunch of crooks!Now they call 5 times a week threating to send me to collections!STAY AWAY

Al Sanchez at Metropolisfitnessandspa center is the most inspiring, focused and motivating trainer that Ive ever met. I was able to lose 10 pounds. I am now lean and toned thus so happy! Excellent trainer, amazing person.
