Waited over 45 minutes just to be told that I would have to make a second appointment and come back another day. Was told that the category I chose on ZocDoc would only get me set up for the actual cleaning and annual check up. This is fine, but the staff shouldnt have waited 45minutes to tell me that 1) I would not be getting the expected treatment, and 2) that Id have to schedule a second appointment and come back. Even if the correct appointment had been made that means I still would have waited 45 minutes before being seen by a dentist. The receptionists were friendly but not helpful and the 45minutes that I was waiting neither of the two apologized for the delay or told me how much longer Id be waiting.The parking is not intuitive which isnt a big problem, but in that case this should be communicated with the patient via the appointment confirmation call. The office itself is also not easy to find--if you park in the back, the office number is nowhere to be seen and you have to walk around, to the front of the building; if you go to the main building entrance the office location is not shown, just the number.Would not recommend and I will not return.
Staff is very friendly. Best dental experience Ive ever had!
