I can never get a hold of customer service on the phone. Everytime I call I am waiting 30 mins or more only to give up. Doesnt anyone answer the phone??????

I had a great experience with SpanTran. Evaluation was timely and very professional. The customers need to be patient when trying to contact them by phone. They may wish to upgrade their phone response.

Im still waiting on them to fix a translation and send me the paid 2 hard copies!! I order the translation back on April, some parts where google translated and I paid for 2 hard copies and got none. I called, I sent emails, and I was ignored. Im still waiting.

SpanTran did a good job on my evaluation. I applied for a credential evaluation of my international high school diploma within a 2 week time frame and they sent it to me in 48 hours. Also the staff was very helpful, answering to all of my questions.

Since August 21, 2019. I gave them $225.00 for evaluation, translation.After one month I called them. They said that, they are waiting for the Haiti government to verify. I call every day, they kept telling me the same thing. Even though they know it is for employment. Finally, I found a place that did it for me the same day I called them. Spantran, is a scam with the complicity of the State and local government. Believe me, they will not stay in this business for too long.

So heres my story people! I drove there at the office, filled out a form, paid $200 and the lady was very nice and all that. She mentioned that in 10 days I will have a copy of my evaluations and a copy will be sent to the college I applied. So today, (10 days after) I called and guess what? My papers are not ready yet. Yall cant expect people to read your mind or guess whats is going on. If theres an issue, YOUR JOB is to call that person, or email him and explain the situation. Not Wait till he calls and find out that he paid his money and expects services that you cant provide!

Awful service!! First of all I paid 395$ for translation and evaluation!! And I paid for ten days business services! After 12 days I sent an email because i never got a communication of them; after they told me that I have to paid 60$ more because they need to verify my documents!!! I’m very upset about the all money that I had to pay. I paid for the last 60$ Friday at night and next Monday by 8.am they send me the documents by email, it’s impossible that they had a change to verify my documents with my university between friday night and Monday morning (early morning by the way) they only want get more money; now I have to wait more time for delivery!!! Awful awful awful service!!!

I would give them zero starts if I could ! Terrible customer service. It’s super obvious they don’t know what they are doing and they don’t have the correct information to performance their job ! I regret not looking at the reviews before going to this place but I make sure to tell my recruiter to not refer anyone else to this place ever. Totally a SCAM

Very poor service.I paid money and never got what I asked for. They dont evaluate diplomas, so dont waste your time and money on going there. They asked me after i paid all money for me to contact the university back home and ask them to call them or email them and confirm that i was study in there. I did all work and they gave me and email address that wasnt exist, we tried to send it couple of more times and Fail . So no refund and no evaluation .

I really like that everything was done online!!! others usually ask for mailing or faxing documents. But SpanTran is more efficient

You better do your evaluations with another company. I did not get the requested services, asked for a refund and they even wrote an email back they will not refund me. On a call with their head of finances, she challenged me to contact my credit card company to open a dispute. Her words: we fire them back! You can see how professional this people are!

Ok so these people told me over the phone that they were gonna make an exception with my case.. cause im venezuelan (my country is mayhem right now), they said they were going to waive certain things on my process that i just had to pay and write to them afterwards, now they are asking for the things they supposedly were going to waive and i have no posibilities to get that info for them.. so i might be scammed by this or in simple words i got robbed without a gun by them.. hope everyone reads this and do not proceed with these people.. i will be asking for my refund but as every big company they always win as i saw they are well armoured with theirs terms and conditions..Pd: Never trust customer service people of this company they do not handle correct information of proceedures and it seems they encourage people to pay for something its not going to happen and non refundable..I hope this was a punishable situation, but its difficult with the terms and conditions, i will be asking aroundThough.. they just cant be taking peoples money like that with no repercutions!Thank you

I’m having to many problems with this company because they are waiting a answer from a public university in Brazil? What if the institution never replies ? This is a public university in Brazil and it is very bureaucratic and they could never reply or take months to do so. We can’t be dependent on that. How long we will have to wait ? So they have complete the evaluation, however, due to the nature of my wifes academic history, they cannot release her evaluation until they can attest to the authenticity of her documents. With whom do you work? Terrible experience with spantran!

They advertise to have the evaluation ready between 12 to 15 days and they have taken more than that to get my evaluation ready. I aplied online and they took my money the same day but they have not send me even one email with aplication confirmation or status or information....nothing. I waited 15 days and i wrote and enail to know why my documents are noy ready... 24 hrs passed and i have not received any reply....really disapointed

They made me wait for about a month(considering their website information service should be mail in 15 business day) Now they want me to certify documents in Cuba (cost around $300) I said I dont want any longer the services and they claim they will not refund nor provide documents until I forcefully certify my docs in Cuba.. Bad bad bad company I do not recommend it, I do not understand how there are good comments, because of your mistake in my Birth Certificate, it harmed me with my immigration process. I asked for my money back and the very unfortunate people sent me an email saying that they did not return money because the work had already been delivered. IF IT WAS DELIVERED INCOMPLETE WRONG WITHOUT CERTIFICATION ..... !!!!!!! I will not return my Silver from Paso. That is why they speak so badly of Miami because the companies do not manage serious people who respect the customer. IN THE PHOTO PROOF OF YOUR ANSWER.
