Where do I even begin... I looked all over for a consultant to help me with my med applications. Many of the consultants out there are doing this job as a part time to something else like they are full time physicians or professors and do this gig on the side .. so when I tried them I would get 2-3 hrs of advising but that was the extent of their help... Now fast forward to when I found Efiie... it was unlike any type of support I had ever experienced... my consultant and his team were consistent and exceptional at what is their full time job which they do this every year with multiple cycles of experience and with a 100% match rate. Having that kind of success does make it difficult to gain access to them because I did have to wait a semester to get into their Premed roster, but it was all worth the wait... it’s true though that the roster is tough to get on because a friend of mine whom I recommended tried to register for my consultants’ roster but he was waitlisted due to limited space. If you do get onto their roster though everything is so well laid out...they are involved in not only in advising me but also positioning and helping me build up a complete and competitive application profile to apply. I did so much more shadowing, extra curricular and everything else through their positioning of me. I communicated nearly every day with my consultant and the team. Now I am with them for help with my residency positioning and my brother who wants to be a dentist is also with them. I had been referred by a fellow Premed student who I met while looking for some advice on physician shadowing at my on campus Premed office. I sparked a convo and this same student told me he was using an outside premedical consultant at Efiie and said to check out their website because he had been with them for about a year and he felt super ready for the upcoming cycle. Because he spoke really highly about them and told me about many shadowing opps he got in the OR and volunteer positions they helped him land I went home and checked them out. He also said they have a 100% match rate of acceptance and he was also referred by another Premed who had been accepted last year. I was curious and not that I didn’t believe him but it sounded too good to be true. I spoke to my folks and decided to do a lot of research before choosing a medical school consult. I had to compare at least another company to see what the differences were. Truthfully I am glad I spoke to another company first because it gave me something to compare and after just one consultation with Efiie i immediately realized their services are in a league of its own. An example, company A was the regular stuff I can read off AMCAS but Efiie was literally positioning and strategy for me personally. Everything was thought of and laid out for me on what they create as my timeline. Fast forward to today and I can tell you I’ve been accepted to multiple medical schools and the support I received throughout this process is like no other I had ever experienced. I hope I can stay on their roster for them to helping me with my residency positioning!! I honestly could not say enough good things about Efiie. It all word of mouth for a reason. If you can get a consultation and onto their roster you won’t regret it. See for yourself.
