Joseph was friendly, efficient and professional. He quickly processed the two packages I needed to ship. He provided the receipt with the tracking info and made sure I knew when I would be able to see the tracking on line. Great experience!
I sent a package more than a month ago and it was lost. They filed a claim but the manager and staff have been irresponsible in communication as to how to ensure the claim gets processed properly. I was misinformed about what to do and now they don’t want to refund my money. I have lost the package and now I’m not getting my money back. And there was little to no communication about the ongoings of the claim via email or phone.Very bad service and no concern to customer’s time.
I can safely say that I have never visited a more friendly UPS store! 😄 Joseph was extremely helpful, worked quickly, and brought a smile to my face. I’ll definitely be back!
This place feels scammy. You can no longer email files to be printed at this location. You have to use their Station to print and it charges you $2.00/ min to use it. If your email or website doesnt load because of slow internet, thats $4.00 for 2 mins. Will never return here.

On Monday the 11, 2021. We came to UPS to ship out some items for work. We had our kids so my wife got down only because our daughter had an ear infection and the medicine had finally worked for her and had fallen asleep. My daughter woke up screaming and I called my wife because our daughter had pain and was asking for mommy. Well in the 5 seconds that we spoke on the phone to tell her our daughter woke up and suffering from the pain in her ear, my wife tells me an African American lady cut in front of her. My wife kindly told her, maam it was my turn and she replied well if you werent on your phone youd know. My wife said I had to take a call and you rushed in front of me while walking forward it was only seconds maam. Well the African American cashier still helped her regardless of him knowing I was next and I expressed it should be my turn. I was ignored and asked for a manager. He then came and said this is between yall and not us ... Thank you! I was in shock as the rest of the people in line were agreeing with me that this behavior from the lady who cut in line and the managers behavior was unacceptable. I felt discriminated from the cashier as he ignored me and I felt belittled, embarrassed and frightened. This kind of behavior is not correct and based on the manager working today I can understand why his staff is like this. The manager treated me worse than the lady who cut in front of me. Please avoid this store, what are the chances something like this will happen to you? Not high, but there are plenty of other UPS store managers that will value your business.

Dropped off 3 Amazon packages for returns. Well 1 item a dress my wife didnt like showed returned and shipped in 2 days, but my 2 pairs of mens moccasins never show they left the store and its been a week. Sounds really shady to me. Luckily Amazon understood and issued the refund.

They charge around $2 to print the label . Other location simply let you email the label and they will take care of the rest.Also, the lady working there is extremely rude. She is one of the rudest customer service women I have ever encountered in my life period !Only if the lady working there was nice and welcoming I would have given them 5 stars even if they had charged me $5 for printing instead of $2.This 1 star review is totally for the lady staff working over thereNever ever returning or referring to anyone.But I can see that the owner does only reply to positive comments and don’t care about negative comments. I don’t think management will care about this one too

Had a Private Mail Box (PMB) with them for 2 years. Started out great, but everything went south after change in ownership. The thing that did it for us was the fact that they misplaced an expensive item that was sent to the PMB. They recognized the item was in fact received by them, but failed to take any responsibility. Over the course of 3 months I followed-up at least 12 times, in person, by phone and by email. I was told the owner of the store would get in contact with me but he never did. One can only conclude they just didnt care.

They asked for $331.23 to overnight a package. I trusted them and paid for it. The staff ensured me that this will be the fastest and safest way to send my package and this would be the final amount. They also made me declare that if the package somehow doesnt get delivered Then Ill have to pay for its return (another $332). Then they deliberately intercepted the package at the Canadian border and stopped delivery unless I paid additional import charges. I asked them specifically about import taxes and they said theyre marking it as a gift and it wont be an issue. But once your package is shipped but still not delivered, they will extort you for money till youre dry, especially if they see youre in an urgent need or situation. Also UPS, the bigger main predatory business behind the UPS Store just shrugs off responsibility by saying the UPS Store is just a franchise and theyre NOT answerable for what people here do. Well last I checked UPS Store is a subsidiary of UPS but they dont want to be associated with it because they also reckon its got pathetic service.

Employees weren’t super helpful AT ALL. I had ONE sheet of paper to print and it cost me $2.61. This could have been avoided had I known that they have no store email and that I’d have to sign in from my own personal email in order to print a single sheet of paper. I had to download the Google app and wait for it to load. The $2.61 isn’t the issue, the employees were just very nonchalant and not helpful at all. I’ll stick to the location I shall go to where I’m in and out in less than 5 minutes and pay 0.25 for one piece of paper.
I had a print order that had to be done and one call to the store and they were on it. I put the order in for four binded presentations at 2300 hours and by 12 PM they had it done. I’d recommend them to anyone. Thanks Scott!!!

Visited this location yesterday morning to ship several items within the US and Internationally... let me tell you how awesome Kanoi and the Team are at this location. 5 Stars is not enough! Very professional, helpful, and even made my stress level lower with everything I had to ship. Several of my items needed to be boxed up and they totally took that task off my hands. Kanoi even took it a step further to assist me after I made a shipping/packing mistake. I will use this location and service moving forward!!! Thank you Kanoi and UPS Store Peeps :-)

I want to spare others from the headache I experienced today. I read all my Amazon instructions (as I always do). Amazon makes returns easy. I went to the UPS store in Coppell. The woman who served me told me I had to come back with a box and labels. I showed her the info on my phone, I gave her a code. She repeated above. When I got home (30 min. away), I re-read the info. This is it:Bring the item(s) you’re returning to any THE UPS STORE.Show the return code below on your mobile device to an associate at THE UPS STORE, who will scan the QR code, pack, and ship your return for FREE.How frustrating! Another irritant (I was in a really good mood when I arrived). Unlike other stores, when I held my phone to show her the code, she kept telling me to hold it up, HOLD IT UP. Ive never been asked to do that with any other UPS store/person. Strange. Please look into this Coppell UPS. You know who Im talking about. Ill go to the UPS store in my own town (like I usually do). Youve lost my business, Coppell.

Definitely less accommodating and quite a bit more rude than other UPS stores. Charges $1.89 to print out one piece of paper. Let that sink in. I had no choice because I had to have it sent out today, but Im never going to bring anything here again without it being packed and with the label on it.
If I could give zero stars I would! I DID only go to this store for my shipping needs unfortunately I will not be coming back. Normally, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. However, Today I was insulted that the gift I was shipping was cheap and that I only wanted to do ground. The total came to be much higher than what I normally ship, since the box I was shipping today was smaller and lighter. I didnt think to much about the price at the time since I was just simply trying to send a gift. After everything was paid the associate told me they charged me extra for the brown shipping paper I wrapped around the box(They could have told me BEFORE I paid that I could save some money by simply taking off the brown paper). The service that I received today was saddening and unfortunate. Beware of the lack of customer service at this location.

I shipped 3 boxes from Toronto on dec 18 promised 3 day shipping its Jan 4 th now and still no boxes and no help from ups stay away or go threw what I am going threw fed x or the post office is a much better choice

Wanted to charge me a fee to drop off a box for pickup. It was already packaged and labeled.
They took several passport photos, but it was rejected due to shadows and caused delays with getting the passport. The post office is more expensive for passport photos, but the one they took was accepted.

Everyone in Coppell needs extra special attention because of their high status. This store has had my business and po box for eight years and I have had no problem. Except the rude people in the parking lot.
I wonder why this place has such low rating. Staff, speed and service are all beyond my expectations.
If you try to dropoff a package there that requires no service from them (no tape, no packing, youve done everything yourself and you just need a way to get it into the UPS system) they will intentionally stall or lose your package. It has happened twice at this location. Depending on who is working the counter, they might try to refuse the package since they are not handling it any way. Dropping off youll get an annoyed look, and once it was literally tossed over the shoulder to land on the floor (and that package was lost btw - Medical test results being shipped back to lab - so fun taking the test again). I had no choice but to use UPS since shipping was paid and specified by the lab.FRAGILE stickers were clearly on the package also. I sell a lot online, print my own labels and pack everything so that I just need to hand it off to a UPS location (like I do with Fedex). I require no service, just please give my package to the driver. They will successfully fail at representing UPS properly. I rarely ship UPS, but when I do I dropoff at the UPS store at MacArthur and BeltLine. It takes a lot for me to bother to take the time to write a review, and my experience there inspires me to overachieve.

It’s being 3 days and the package still don’t show anything more than dropped off and UPS customer support is asking me contact the location and these people are saying the packages were picked up by ups already. I can see why in all the reviewes they rate the customer service, they made me buy tape for almost 5 dollars because they can only place a strip of tape and had to chose or buy! I have no idea why these business are still open when they have horrible customer service

My package got there on time but my brother told me one of the items was broken. No I didnt pay for insurance on it but the fact that they didnt package it in front me and kind of hurried me makes me think that had something to do with it. No peanuts inside or any thing. Forgive me but I think the customer should see how you package their items before they leave the store.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I hope this place goes out of business! They insulted me personally, sent out a package, then informed me I had not paid for it. Then when I told her that I paid the day before, the general manager told me to pay or to get out of her store. I am so appalled at the service I received. UPS should be ashamed of the name this store is giving to their company.

Ridiculous people. Hand over the package to them and there is no movement for two days. Called customer service they say I need to deal with the store. Store is not picking up phone for last 30 minutes continuous calling them.
This is one of the worst stores I have visited.Today I went to drop three boxes and I was charged for putting a single strip of tape on each of those small boxes.Never had this experience.
