Update: I get a message to contact them to discuss. I do, and now all I get is auto-reply support messages asking me to describe my issue. YOU asked ME to email you.Key Me is NOT local, despite the indication. I called to get a motorcycle key made. I asked for a location to go to to get that done. They asked me for my address and I told him SPECIFICALLY that I did not need a service call. He told me he would see if they could cut me a key and have someone call me back.15 min later, I get a text that my locksmith has been dispatched to my home and would arrive shortly.So what would have happened? I was able to contact him as he was enroute to my house. He gets there and now I owe a service fee?On my list of never call back businesses.I guess getting a service call entered was better than listening to the customer.

All the 1-star reviews obviously do not pertain to the KeyMe kiosk in Tom Thumb. Kiosk was super easy to use, had clear instructions, and several customization options. I walked away from the kiosk in less than 5 minutes with a brand new key that cost less than $8. Anyone who rates this KeyMe kiosk less than 5-stars dont know how to follow instructions.

This place is a scam as well as any another keyme. Called to get a quote on unlocking my car. Told me it was a 29$ service fee to get a guy out there and that depending on the labor it could be 19$-200$. I know what labor will be needed I just need to know what they charge. They won’t tell you. And they try to force you into giving your information before you ask too many questions. CBC NEWS has a video on YouTube showing they’re a scam look up CBC news locksmith scam. THIS IS NOT WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR AND ANYTHING THAT HAS THE SAME METHOD IS SCAMMING YOU!! KEEP CALLING LOCAL PLACES!

So this is a kiosk which will delicate keys for you. Pretty simple process it walks you through the procedure. You insert one key at a time, click scan & voila... The machine will dispense a copy of your key in 5mins or so. You pay using credit/debit card. Theres also a feature in which you can save your key using your fingerprint so in the future if you want to make another copy of the key you dont have to bring the original. You can also customize your key for an extra charge however it will be shipped to your house instead. Really amazing kiosk

This is a call center, not local. They require a ton of information before giving you any. I was old you will be contacted with a price and a time. I got frustrated and hung up. The place is calling me incessantly and will not stop.

The person that came to open my door was very ruden didn’t tell me the price until after he opens it the distzapcher and him should have communicated more they weren’t on the same page
