HAI designed and remodeled our entire 4000 square-foot home. And even though it took place right in the middle of the Covid pandemic with materials and labor in short supply, our project remained on time and came in within budget.The design experience and the craftsmanship were excellent the entire process. There were even a few things done that met our standard of quality but did not meet HAI’s and they had their contractors come back out and redo even when we said it was fine the way it was.You won’t find a better more dependable and talented designer/general contractor anywhere. HAI also did a commercial space for us as well and that project was the exact same way. People comment on our home but also our office every time they come in. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

There are not enough amazing words to describe HAI Interiors. First off, the experience was fun and pleasant. How many people can say that about working with a contractor?? Second, Heidi is a #boss. She’s on time, communicative, professional, has an amazing eye for detail and expects the same of her crew. Third, she knows design AND contracting, which is unique in the interior design industry. If you want someone to just redecorate, she’s your person. If you want someone to just update your finishes while keeping the same interior structures, she’s your person. Or if you want someone to completely redesign your home and refurbish it for contemporary living, she’s your person too!Heidi took our newly purchased 1975 Texas Ranch home and completely updated it to have a contemporary feel and updated/SMART features (like smart lights and plugs all throughout the house) while also managing to keep the integrity of the original built (beautiful built ins and moldings). She has a great way of understanding her clients style, but also pointed out things only an interior designer would know (ie some tile only looks good on a sample and not on a whole wall, those ultra cool black and gold lamps will create an amber hue, etc) and also kept to our budget/our expectations realistic.Lastly, she really listens to what you want. I wanted an entire wall in my office to be a whiteboard. She made it happen. I wanted accent walls to bring a little pop of color and depth to our home, she helped me pick some fabulous wallpaper that provided an elegant feel at a lower cost. She just gets it.Seriously, don’t think twice about it. Hire HAI Interiors and actually enjoy the remodel process.

Heidi and her team are undoubtedly the finest designers in this part of the country. The level of professionalism and expertise that she brings to each project is unlike anything that you will experience. She helped me and my wife transform a mediocre property into something that should be on the cover of a magazine!! I waited a solid year before writing this review as I wanted some time to evaluate the quality of the work. I can say that I love the work as much today as when I first saw the completed product. The quality of the work is excellent with great attention to detail. The crew was stellar, the deliverables on time, and the process was painless. Heidi and Brittany worked with us from initial design - as in, helping us start from scratch when we only had some nebulous ideas about what we wanted - all the way up to completion, keeping us up to date and informed the entire time. You make a phone call - they answer or call you back within a short period. We were never left guessing at next steps, costs, process, etc. Honestly, I was very apprehensive going into the project and working with ANY contractor. I would work with Heidi and her crew again with no hesitations. Additionally, weve recommended her to several of our friends.

We just completed our second project with HAI and once again, Heidi knocked it out of the park! Our new kitchen is amazing. Her design is beautiful and comfortable, and she goes the extra mile to pull everything together. Her teams are polite, skilled and efficient -- the craftsmanship is hard to beat. Love everything about this experience!

Heidi and her team were wonderful to work with! We were a bit nervous since this was our first renovation (we have heard some horror stories!). Heidi and Brittany walked us through every step of the way and made it so easy. They were always in direct communication with us and we always felt like we were in great hands. We absolutely love the work they did (as does everyone who visits our ‘new’ house!). We will definitely use Heidi and her team for our next renovation.
