Great Independent Agency. But I must say, wow, after reading some of the other comments, it appears that the Cancel Culture is still going strong. Hint: If a salesperson does not call you back, it is not because they did not want to make more money. It could be that you are an undesirable client. Check yourself in the mirror. If would not surprise me if some of these Reactionary folks also like to post negative reviews on every social media platform they can get their hands on. Maybe it makes them feel important. Come on folks, with COVID-19 and all the BIG problems going on in the world, dont you feel like your energy could be better served, and channeled in a positive direction? Lets all make the world a better, more positive place, shall we?
Left us high and dry after quoting policies and completing documents ... they simply vanished. Did not answer calls, failed to respond to numerous messages and emails. No apology, no explanation! Left us with just 2 business days to scramble to find new insurance. BEWARE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Will update if we ever hear from them. Stay tuned.Edit added 6/2/20 - hard to believe that 6 weeks into Covid and after all docs were completed and signed, this business was just starting to transition to working from home and was unable to pick up a phone to notify us of their inability to send the docs in! However, the following day they were able to pick up the phone and call our realtor (but not us!) to say they simply did not want to do business. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM THEM! 🤦♀️
I received a quote from this agency a month or so ago, and there was an issue with the policy from the carrier. This agency failed to notify me until a month later so it was a scramble at the last minute to rectify the situation.Recently I requested a quote for a new rental property and had to email them repeatedly to get a response. Then they stated they couldnt believe nobody knew the age of the roof and their rude response was for me to go somewhere else for a quote.I currently have a policy with them, so why would I want to go find an additional insurance agent???They dont seem to answer their phones either. They only like to send emails....when they actually get around to responding which is rare.Wow. Thats why I have no empathy when these little mom and pop agencies who work bankers hours finally fold up and blow away.
Very responsive independent agency, has multiple insurance companies to offer. Highly recommend.
