Erik Slaughter and his State Farm agency have taken such good care of me and my family. We all highly recommended them! They take care of you like you are their family.

No coordination between the teams in the office. I had a query and it took almost 3 months to get clarified. Whenever I call for clarification, they say will look into it and call back you again as person whoever looking in another call, but never received a call. Again, I had to call back every week to remind. Very bad experience. But they provide good rates.

Absolutely love the team at Eriks office! Never have had any issues with them, and if you need something, they bend over backwards to see to it that you have everything you need! I highly recommend them!

Salman was so great. This is my first time getting insurance (on my own) and he was incredibly knowledgeable and so patient with all of my questions. I was floored by the painless process and great rate! Also, shout-out to Shanna for being incredibly kind and caring and so helpful. Wouldn’t dream of this being any smoother.

Not only are they uncoordinated when it comes to communications between associates working in the same office, but they wont stop trying to sell you State Farm services over the phone. Incredibly annoying office to deal with. Avoid at all costs.Update: It took having to write a 1 star review here for them to stop calling 3 times a week about refinancing my car.Another time when I went into the office because there was a document to sign, they got eerily into have you thought about what your family would do if you died? to sell me life insurance. I had to lie to them to feel comfortable getting out of my chair and leaving. They wouldnt let up.Later on, I needed to remove a car from my policy so I emailed Erik and never received a response after several weeks. I changed agents. These people are incredibly scummy. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Sal helped me with my policy last year, and it saved me a good bit! I have never had a problem with State Farm, and my friend had a bad experience with Geico - who I currently had. YMMV, but I was happy to get a better rate with State Farm that allowed me to switch!

Absolutely amazing, honest, prompt, affordable service, from initial quote to covering my new car now. They are flexible, explain things clearly and fully, and never pressure you. I was leaving another company for bad service, and the difference has been night and day.And theyre the cheapest rate Ive found--lower than my last company.

I am so thankful/happy I decided to pick up this phone call. I had requested several free quotes online from different insurance companies earlier that morning and I had already spoke to several that day and all had made me feel like they just wanted me to spend the money without hearing me out and what made the most sense for me and my situation. Relentless contact to get my business over the last 1-2 years, and when I was rear ended they almost avoided contact and showed themselves as a fairly useless branch of State Farm. I pay for full coverage on both of our cars and I have received service that feels just like dirt cheap liability insurance.

This office and agent are amazing. I have never had a more personalized and responsive agency experience. I would never go anywhere else for my insurance needs. I HIGHLY recommend.

Please dont waste your time with this agent. I moved to Texas from Nevada and what was supposed to be a simple state to state transfer turned into a nightmare of being double charged for months. Instead of following State Farms mission statement of putting the customs first he put profit ahead of everything. When trying to work this out I was told by Shawna we dont have record of you calling. So now Im a liar. My agent in Nevada has detailed records of all communication and emails back and forth. After 3 months (didnt want to cancel for fear of not getting monies owed) Erik finally calls and promises to respond personally to any requests for help. He must have a very short attention span.

Be awareEven Eric Slaughter, the owner of the company has very poor customer service, is very confrontational and has poor work ethics. does not know how to handle customer concerns.He is very defensive and him and one of his employees, Sally will tell you you are argumentative if you just state your concerns.they are nice when you are making the payments but wait until you have a claim is when you know who you are dealing with..they do not represent their customers .they will close your claim without notifying you and have you at fault on a claim even though another motorist hit you and they were at fault,they want to avoid handling the case becaise they do not want to pay the lawyers to represent you when you need them.whats the point of paying insurance if you do not get represented when you need them?I have been with this particular State farm for several years and gave them a chance after they did not handle my 2015 claim,now again. why do you think we have insurance,to feel secure incase something happens, not to have to chase State farm staff including this particular owner, Erik Slaughter around and be intimidated and discriminated against yet we probably pay more than those other customers you appear to value?definately handling this situation with the right office /s

Was told it would be an improvement from previous carrier. It wasnt! They called all the time (different person) to ask the same questions. No continuity, not very polite. I should have never changed to them (never had a claim), and will be glad to change back.
