First and last time using this I service! Pregnant driver was rude and very unprofessional. Called company while She was driving. The lady said she would take care of it. Well, the pregnant lady didn’t answer call until I got out the car. When I returned to the car she was speaking in her language. I don’t speak Spanish but I understand it and the lady I called didn’t give me a courtesy call back. If this is the way you run your business it won’t last long. Shame on you super taxi!!!!

From dispatch to the drivers this company is outrageous.Horrible service, waiting over an hour for a cab that was 2 minutes away, every driver that I’ve encountered with this company cannot drive, they’re rude as hell, they’re constantly on their phone while driving, almost causing accident, driving reckless, this company will be getting reported, including the drivers

Terrible service, one asks for a taxi and they make them wait 1 hour is something unfair a person who leaves work tired and wait almost an hour is not ashamed and when a person asks for a taxi tell him the truth the minimum in how long he arrives
