Great drivers.... great location.... great price!!! however they dont understand when you live in a Development where to pick you up but Ive been using them for 8 and 1/2 years now

So this morning called a cab then a few minutes later got the call saying the cab is outside but no cab to be found. When i called back the dispatcher said it will be 10 minutes. So far almost waited near 30 to 40 minutes. I dont get it. Then the try and apologize that it was the dispatcher fault why they are late to pick you late. The only positive thing is that they have a set rate but other than that their timing with their drivers is terrible

They Made me wait for more than 30 mins. I called back to ask what happen to my ride. All they said was that my ride was not registered in the list for pick up and that they never got a call from me smh. Complete waste of time. Bad service

Called for a taxi today at 3:17pm, so I gave them to 3:40pm and decided to call back, not answering, keep forwarding me to a musical messenger and then when I finally get someone she says 4mins call back again 3mins and then again no answer. Am still waiting half a hour later, no cab so I call again and then I decided, I wanted to speak with the manager, she says he not in and his name is George.

Back when this company was good they had perfect timing to pick up their passengers now i dont know what they are doing. I called today to get a cab to work the male dispatcher told me that the are gonna be there in 10 mins after a half an hour later after stating that the cab never came they said 5 mins did another 20 minutes past when I called again it was a female dispatcher who had no idea about a call from this number that was for a pickup. They need to work on passing notes how much each other if there is a car pick up going on. Its sad to say that these current cab companies are losing two others who decide to use companies like Lyft and Uber to get to their destinations hopefully you guys figure it out because you have better pricing but the communication skills is not there.

I’m in taxi right now with my kids,car sounds like wheels r gonna fall off and driver pics us up with his kid in the back in a car seat....your kidding me right? Last time,,guaranteed.

One of your drivers dropped my friend and i off at our house, the drivers friend was asking us about a foreclosed house on our block. Guessing they didnt realize we stayed out front, but someone literally tried to break into said house and when we ran across the street and tried to stop them they ran into the same lime green Prius we were dropped off in. Coincidence? I think not. Dont trust this company

My driver paid no attention to all traffic laws. Left on red--on sunrise highway. And 65mph down great neck Rd (30mph), And blew every stop sign. Most terrifying taxi experience in my life!

Called for a cab from Massapequa to Lindenhurst. Gave the address and waited. No one showed. When I called back, I was told that I gave a totally different address and hung up on, twice, even though I was very kind and understanding. Horrible customer service

They could do better but comparing with others cab company, this one is the best! !!Fast, reliable, fair price. They need to legalize more cars, but besides this, they are the best in the area.

DO NOT TAKE THIS CAR SERVICE! !!!!! The driver was watching YouTube for about 20 min while driving! And it was not even one video! He was searching YouTube while driving on the highway! The car was going from one lane to another, and he couldnt control the speed. The car is clean, yes. However, totally unprofessional and UNSAFE! !!! We take the taxis pretty often, this was by far the worst experience.

Done taking this company... they are cheap but not worth it, drivers do not obey the road laws, most of the drivers Ive had were disrespectful. I called half an hour before I had to go to work and when I called about 5 times the dispatcher tells me that the driver will be there in a min, a sec, 30 sec, or either they hang up.. now Im late for work

Terrible ! Driver tried to chatge me two exta dollars. When i called their dispact person she told me the correct price so he could hear. Then while walking away he proceeded to honk his horn and flipped me off. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! I recommed using five star cabs theyre the same price and alot quicker!!

Worst of the worst the comments can tell you this company is garbage. . Terrible ride in dirty car with a driver that cant even understand my address, never again.. ZERO STAR IF POSSIBLE

Theyre the absolute worst always on theyre phone not paying attention to the road watching YouTube videos try to get an extra buck out of me, some dont know theyre way of the road. Its so ridiculous so unprofessional the only thing that they do right is they have that app on their phone with their indications. I can list a few more things Im just highly disappointed.

Avoid them the best you can, firstly..I called in advance to let them know what time my train is coming so they can know exactly how much time before to come and get me..and still.. (they came late)...Plus the driver got Lost on the way to the Long.Island RailRoad train and I was already running late, its crazy that he really had trouble getting me there, I mean no GPS if you dont know your way around a 5 blocks distance.. Imagine that, the train was only 5 blocks away from my destination ..It gets better..He MISSED my train taking forever to give me my money and still gave me the wrong amount using the fact that I was in a hurry be because of his latest...he then charged me $10 for a $5 cab ride, he tiped his darmn self apparently as he stood there taking forever to hand me the wrong amount..meanwhile i watched the train leaving...total worst. service ever..and on top of that I had to wait 30mins for a next train in the freezing cold....lol funny thing was if he didnt get lost and didnt take forever robbing me from my money I may have had a chance to catch that train...WORST ever!!

A LOCAL GYPSY CAB SERVICE THAT CHARGES CUSTOMERS THE SAME PRICES AS THE LEGAL CABS IN COPIAGUE. THERE DRIVERS ALL DRIVE CARS LIKE PRIUS, COROLLAS, CRVS, CAMRYS AND MINIVANS ALL WITHOUT LEGAL TAXI LICENSES OR PLATES. WORST OF ALL THERE SERVICE IS GARBAGE. NEVER AGIAN
