Update March 5 2021. Washer and dryer are still going strong. Very happy with this purchase!Purchased an older washer and dryer for $175 each. Both work well. No fuss or heavy handed sales tactics. Sales person even helped us load the truck and made sure I knew how to hook up the dryer power cord. I have never had a more pleasant appliance purchase in my life.

What a great Washer dryer combination from them.... 5 months later had a power surge effect the dryer... Call them up... diagnose the problem ....and told me how to fix it.... You cannot be that for fast friendly service saved me a $150 just at appliance house call alone.......

Purchased a washer and dryer set. Had an issue. Sent a message after hours. Aaron Contacted me back with in 10 minutes. First through a phone call then when i didnt understand he did a video chat! Discribed the issue and he was able to walk me through the super easy fix. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone!

I went to Restore Appliance to look at the washers they had for sale. After talking with the friendly people that work there, and explaining what was wrong with my current machine, they got the part that I needed and explained to me how to fix it easily myself. It took me only 10 minutes to fix. Thank you so much!! What I thought was going to cost me $250, ended up only costing $32. You guys are great!

Very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased two w/d sets at a very reasonable price over a year ago for rental housing. Any time I have any questions about the units or need maintenance, they are responsive with great customer service.

Restore sold us a Kenmore Elite clothes washer for over $300 that would not spin cycle at all. It was completely shot. It took my own time and money to get it in working order. Their claim that they go through and fix every machine is a lie. They will sell you machines that dont work at all. As long as it powers on long enough to sell it is all they do. BUYER BEWARE! Scam artist company.

This company has a very rude company policy, watch out! They will not give you a refund if you need to return anything. I bought a dryer from this place and then discovered my old dryer still works just fine. So I brought back the dryer since I didnt need it after all. They said they would not give me a refund, I could only get a store credit. To make it even more cheesy they simply wrote down my store credit on a piece of notebook paper and that was all. I didnt receive a receipt or anything for my records to show that I have a store credit there. So unprofessional and a very unhappy customer.

Bought a washer and dryer for 400.00, got it home, used once and it broke. I have no way to bring it back and they wont pick it up because i did not have it delivered. I would have done better to buy one off of craigslist or facebook. Save your money people

Horribly convenient. Walked in, chose a washer, negotiated a price, and was out the door with the machine in less than 15 minutes. I recommend shopping at Restore Appliances.
