Very poor customer service from owner was looking for new washer cuz mine died suddenly,. First place I thought of was Bay Appliance and I was disappointed 😞 found washer at better price anyhow!

Plenty of microwaves to pick from and fair prices.

Although they were able to get the part I needed. They charged me an outrageous amount then surprised me with a $60 core charge total bill $337.95. Average price ranges from $29-$120 at most other locations. Just a heads up

Purchased new commercial dryer, delivery guys extremely helpful. We just moved to area purchased very old house with very narrow doors. We were unable to get our refrigerator into the house. We were luckily able to entice them and they were kind enough to remove the doors and bring our refrigerator into the house. Thank you and great job.

We purchased a complete kitchen appliances, price was the best to be found, delivery excellent. Darin and crew were very helpful, completely satisfied. Also we live in the valley delivery was not a problem.

They dont list prices on their website. I want to comparison shop not call every appliance store and talk to sales people all day. Ill skip them and look at places that list prices. Im sure they will use the our prices change so often we want to make sure you have the lowest offer excuse but while visiting the store it seemed like they only had expensive products, I can finder cheaper prices online for the same products.Bought a used washer for $400 from them. It broke just 2 days outside of warranty period. Im sure they would have worked with us since they seem nice enough, but it wasnt worth the hassle. Used Craigslist instead and thats worked well for us.

Went in to buy a universal bed frame... they had it sitting out waiting for us. We remembered at the last minute that we would also need a King Size box spring. They had them in stock and we came back after we dropped off everything in our truck. They had them wrapped in plastic when we came back so they wouldnt get wet. Great service!!! I had a great experience needing a part for my washer machine. Tom not only had the first part the first time, he printed out instructions and showed me how to go about replacing the part. I was even able to explain to my honey when he got home what to do. Love good ol fashioned help. Thank you Tom!

Let me start off by saying they are very friendly people. We purchased a used refrigerator in good condition that they refurbished for roughly $350-$400. The cold climate control broke inside the freezer after the 90 day warranty naturally. They attempted to locate the part and told us they would call back but we knew the chances were slim which they were upfront about. After a month and a half of no calls (12/8/16 - 1/17/17) I finally called them and confirmed the part was discontinued but a universal part may be available, another discontinued part, for another $50-$60. Its one of those risks you take for buying used which we wont do again. Im thinking the part never worked because our food never completely froze but we were just too busy to call them. They seem very knowledgeable and are professional, but we wont continue to sink money into a used and broken appliance. Buy new when you can. I wont purchase used through them again.

Brought a Dryer in for repair (a Kenmore, not of the brands they sell) and the diagnostic was turned around in 24 hours, full repairs in just a few days. Staff polite and knowledgeable. Very reasonable with pricing, a new comparable unit would have cost at least 5 times what the repairs did. Highly recommend, will be back when future appliances crash.

Went in to find a replacement dishwasher hose. Gentlemen on the sales floor walks us over to parts where there is no one to be seen. Doesnt offer to find anyone for us. Some other guy walks right by us sees us waiting and ignores us. The place was dead so its not like they were too busy to even acknowledge us. This is why people shop on Amazon.

I do most of my own repair. These folks always have been able to help and come up with parts or one that will fit, the stove was only 45 years old. I recommend them highly.gary r

I wouldnt bother with this company in all honesty. Make sure you verify what price theyre going to offer before you bother with billing. I was told that I needed to go through the credit check and apply before they could tell me what kind of deal they could give me.Their deal was 400 dollars more expensive and they refused to price match even though I had already had my credit pulled. They straight told me that I should just go with the other guys, because they couldnt go down that low. Implying that I should just pay them 400 extra dollars more or less.What can I say. It was a complete nonsensical experience and now I have a Citibank line of credit through them that I dont need or want. At this point, I have to work on getting it closed. I have no intention of purchasing an item from a business that conducts itself in this manner. Its honestly my fault for trusting a salesman.Anyway. Take from this what you will. Dont commit to anything with these guys until you know for a fact what the bottom dollar is. Dont let them say, well lets see what we can do for you.If you dont care about getting the best deal for your money these guys are probably fine. If youre a bit frugal, like myself, steer clear and certainly dont let them get you on the hook like I did.___________________________________________________________UPDATE:In response to the comment/explanation provided by the business. Yes, I suppose I would rather deal with a big box company. I would assume they would be able to spell four letter words like paid and wouldnt start calling my cell phone behind the guise of a blocked number and leaving inappropriate messages.Yes, YOU HEARD ME CORRECTLY. Multiple calls behind a restricted number and multiple messages that were childish and inappropriate. Just one of which said, Oh you poor little baby. That comment, Im assuming, was directed to me for voicing a legitimate complaint against business practices. The worst thing about it is that it was done using my personal cell phone number that was garnered via the purchasing process. Hows that for customer service?Maybe Im just getting older, but Im starting to become a sympathizer with those who are losing their faith in humanity. Some people just dont have any respect, consideration, or concern for anyone else other than themselves. Its almost as if their moniker/ethos is, Im going to do what I want. Why? Because I can.Things like integrity and respect for others used to be paramount for interpersonal relationships. People/businesses like this are making that less and less by the day. Its unfortunate and to be honest... Its downright disgusting.

I have bought two beds, a dishwasher, a chest freezer, a mini fridge, and two tvs from this store over the years. We have had nothing but great service, everyone always has a great attitude and helpful.

They sent out a repairman for my dryer back in June, it is now October and they havent been back to fix my dryer. I have a broken dryer that IS UNDER A WARRANTY and this business is not fixing it like the warranty says they are to do as they are in a contract.
