Had a great experience. The owner was very friendly, welcoming and personal. I came as a walk in and she did a great job with my nails. She was very attentive to detail and took her time with each step. Im an OCD perfectionist who left very satisfied with the manicure I received.

Had my nails, eyebrow wax and eyelash extensions done here and all looked great. Love the way she treats her clients as well.

By far my favorite nail salon in town ! Kim and Sierra are FABULOUS at their jobs . I love seeing Kim I always love my nails and they last weeks ! I work in a factory so that says a lot ! The atmosphere is always so welcoming especially since there’s no more negative Nancy in the other corner anymore .. I’m always laughing the whole time I’m there it’s a great way to relax after a long day . You definitely will not leave disappointed with any service you receive here ! Too Chic is such a cute little nail salon and the staff is so friendly. I went to get my nails done as they are one of the only salons that are open on Sundays with walk-ins accepted. My nails went from an absolute mess to looking seriously good and healthy. Definitely found my new nail salon!

Let me just start by saying. I went in on a Sunday as a walk in. It was my birthday weekend and I dont get out very often as I run a daycare 7 days a week. The owner was the only one working and she had 2 more in front of me waiting she was feeling stressed I could tell. She also had 5 more come in while I was their. I did have to wait a while but she was doing her best to get everyone seen before she closed for the night. I absolutely love her work my nails are gorgeous and even though she was slammed she didnt rush and made sure everyone loved their service before leaving. I dont live around Cookeville so I usually get my nails done elsewhere but if Im ever in need I know I will be back.

I went there for my first time today, they didn’t turn out good. As you can see in the inspiration picture vs the actual nails, they’re significantly lower in quality. You can see the glue, the nails aren’t shaped right. Also the “French tip” is completely see through in some of the spots.

Extremely disappointed. Not very welcoming at all. I paid for the 45 dollar pedicure looking forward to the calf and foot massage and she literally just rubbed the lotion on my legs and rinsed it right off and I was still having to wipe it off the back of my legs when I got up.

Kim was extremely detailed and truly cared about her work. She was professional and welcoming. She explained all the services so I could choose exactly what I wanted! SO glad I found her! My nails have NEVER looked this good!

I’ve been to many nail places in cookeville and this is just the best, the atmosphere is amazing, and the sweet lady’s that work there are so welcoming. Kim went above my any expectations for this salon, Me and my friend absolutely had a great time talking and laughing with kim, i’ve been able to fully talk to a nail tech before but kim made us feel comfortable and talked to us the whole time ! This is definitely the place to go to get great nails done.

I have been biting my nails alot, so I decided to get my nails done. I wanted to try the nexgen dipp nails. I called around for appointments, and they were able to squeeze me in. I loved my nail, the tech was very patient. There was a point where one of my nail looked a little off, and she took the time to fix it. (Some nail techs dont bother to fix a crooked nail)This place is so cute, very homie, clean and it has a good vibe. There was only two people working, and they were wearing mask. The nail techs were very friendly. I will definitely be back

Awesome little place! Decorated with a little bling and a cool vibe, great service and friendly did an amazing job on my nails; and the Nexgen nails are actually good for your nails! So you can have your pretty nails but grow your own out! I have now found my nail tech.

Honestly I dont think this business deserves the one ⭐. I did not go here for their services however I had to pick up an order from wish there.. the woman was extremely rude and unfriendly.. Ill pass up an item before sending it back to this establishment.

This is a cute lil salon and the staff is amazing ! I really enjoyed getting my mani/pedi/wax done here. The staff is the friendliest and up to date on the most poppin trends and provides a very comfortable, relaxing environment. I’ll definitely be coming back and I recommend anyone else to go to because the work is quality and Pristine !

She conned me out of my money, and also used MMA. Which I don’t know if you know what that is, but if you look online is an illegal substance used in some acrylic nails.To top it all off I am a minor.

Amazing detailing on my nails and great experience every time I go to this nail salon 💅 I will definitely keep attending and I recommend a lot of people to go see Kim because she is an amazing nail tech and she makes you feel comfortable within her work atmosphere, it will almost feel as if you’re just hanging out with some girlfriends when you’re getting your nails done at her shop.
