John and his employees could not have been any nicer! They truly made getting insurance stress free!

Back in March, within a few hours of the tornado, we were in John Whites office. John writing us a check, and Nanette, Tonya, and Lauren helping us cancel missing credit cards and making arrangements for our replacement State Farm Bank credit card to be delivered overnight. They have continued to help along the way, both in insurance matters and other personal matters.Equally as important, are the times were there to discuss our insurance needs. John and his team do an excellent job of explaining coverages and polices. John isnt a high pressure salesman, hes an excellent advisor who allows us to make decisions while he provides the pros and cons of our potential decisions.We know we can drop by, call, or email to ask a question and we know well get a prompt response. We think the world of them and we think everyone else will too.

My fiance was involved in an accident. The lady hit him. She was insured with State farm. Although it was her fought they treated me so great. I said if I ever switch I LL go to them . Now we have them and renters insurance and its cheaper than what we were paying with another company. The representative s are family friendly. Love it
