Jason has been my agent for many years now and he has always went above and beyond when trying to get me the lowest rates. I have continuously compared rates for same coverage with other companies and Jason always comes out on top. I have had an issues with the pricing on my policy for months now and it is still not resolved... I talk to this Agent and they tell me it is resolved.. I then talk to the State Farm 800 number and it is not resolved... I never get a call back from this Agent either.. I have to call in and hope someone will answer.. I will be switching to another agent as soon as I can.

OK first off Jason and I met at Comic Con. I had been spending money all day and he was giving away free sunglasses if you gave him your e-mail address. After spending money all day I decided some free State Farm sunglasses was just what I needed. He then wanted to send me a quote about a month later, but I informed him I had just been in an accident and wanted to finish up my term and claim with current company. He said No problem and respected my wishes.5 months later he remembered to give me a call and we talked. He ended up getting me MORE coverage + renters insurance and life insurance all for less than what I was paying previously just for car insurance. He is the nicest guy ever and always answers my calls/texts/e-mails within 24 hours (most of the time within 5 minutes).He even helped me by getting me an auto loan to pay off my bad credit auto loan and because of him I was able to take a 6 year loan with high interest and get a different 6 year loan with low interest and pay it off in 3 years.Overall this is just a guy who knows what he is doing, wont overcharge you or under-cover you, and is always just a pleasure to talk to. I even got my girlfriend to swap to him and she saved money as well. If you need coverage for any type of insurance or a loan Id suggest calling him.

Even though he could not help me with coverage, he still called me back and helped point me in the right direction. Most of the other agents I had called wouldnt even call me back. Great customer service.
